| 1 | Interrogation of Streptomyces avermitilis for efficient production of avermectins显示文摘The 2015 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine has been awarded to avermectins and artemisinin,respectively.Avermectins produced by Streptomyces avermitilis are excellent anthelmintic and potential antibiotic agents.Because wild-type strains only produce low levels of avermectins,much research effort has focused on improvements in avermectin production to meet the ever increasing demand for such compounds.This review describes the strategies that have been widely employed and the future prospects of synthetic biology applications in avermectin yield improvement.With the help of genome sequencing of S.avermitilis and an understanding of the avermectin biosynthetic/regulatory pathways,synthetic and systems biotechnology approaches have been applied for precision engineering.We focus on the design and synthesis of biological chassis,parts,devices,and modules from diverse microbes to reconstruct and optimize their dynamic processes,as well as predict favorable effective overproduction of avermectins by a 4Ms strategy(Mine,Model,Manipulation,and Measurement). | Jinsong Chen Mei Liu Xueting Liu Jin Miao Chengzhang Fu Heyong Gao Rolf Muller Qing Zhang Lixin Zhang | 2016 | Synthetic and Systems Biotechnology2016,1,1: | 10 |
| 2 | Catalytic effect of Ni@rGO on the hydrogen storage properties of MgH2显示文摘Uniform-uispersed Ni nanoparticics(NPs)anchored on reduced graphene oxide(Ni@rGO)catalyzed MgH2(MH-Ni@rGO)has been fabricated by mechanical milling.The effects of milling time and Ni loading amount on the hydrogen storage properties of MgH2 have been investigated.The initial hydrogen desorption temperature of MgH2 catalyzed by 10 wt.%Ni4@rGO6 for milling 5 h is significantly decreased from 251℃ to 190℃.The composite can absorb 5.0 wt.%hydrogen in 20 min at 100℃,while it can desorb 6.1 wt.%within 15 min at 300℃.Through the investigation of the phase transformation and dehydrogenation kinetics during hydrogen ab/desorption cycles,we found that the in-situ formed Mg2Ni/Mg2NiH4 exhibited better catalytic effect than Ni.When Ni loading amount is 45 wt.%,the rGO in Ni@rGO catalysts can prevent the reaction of Ni and Mg due to the strong interaction between rGO and Ni NPs. | Pengyang Yao Ying Jiang Yang Liu Chengzhang Wu Kuo-Chih Chou Tao Lyu Qian Li | 2020 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2020,8,2: | 4 |
| 3 | High Potential Columnar Nanocrystalline AlN Films Deposited by RF Reactive Magnetron Sputtering显示文摘Columnar nanocrystalline aluminum nitride(cnc-AlN) thin films with(002) orientation and uniform texture have been deposited successfully on large silicon wafers by RF reactive magnetron sputtering.At the optimum sputtering parameters, the deposited cnc-AlN thin films show a c-axis preferred orientation with a crystallite size of about 28 nm and surface roughness(RMS) of about 1.29 nm. The cnc-AlN thin films were well transparent with an optical band gap about 4.8 e V, and the residual compressive stress and the defect density in the film have been revealed by Ramon spectroscopy. | 4 | Defense Against Poisoning Attack via Evaluating TrainingSamples Using Multiple Spectral Clustering Aggregation Method显示文摘The defense techniques for machine learning are critical yet challenging due tothe number and type of attacks for widely applied machine learning algorithms aresignificantly increasing. Among these attacks, the poisoning attack, which disturbsmachine learning algorithms by injecting poisoning samples, is an attack with the greatestthreat. In this paper, we focus on analyzing the characteristics of positioning samples andpropose a novel sample evaluation method to defend against the poisoning attack cateringfor the characteristics of poisoning samples. To capture the intrinsic data characteristicsfrom heterogeneous aspects, we first evaluate training data by multiple criteria, each ofwhich is reformulated from a spectral clustering. Then, we integrate the multipleevaluation scores generated by the multiple criteria through the proposed multiplespectral clustering aggregation (MSCA) method. Finally, we use the unified score as theindicator of poisoning attack samples. | 5 | Ecological Environment Change in North Slope of Qilianshan Mountains显示文摘Based on meteorological,hydrological, forest,and grassland data collected by location observation,remote sensing,field surveys and relevant literature during 1956 to 2009,the ecological environment change in northern slope of the Qilianshan Mountains was analyzed synthetically using regression and correlation analyses.The results showed that the temperature had an annual variation rate of 0.033 4℃·a-1 in northern slope of the Qilianshan Mountains since 1960,and exhibited a raising trend,especially since 1987.The annual variation rate of annual precipitation was 0.570 2 mm·a-1,indicating that the precipitation tended to increase.The climate had changed from arid to humid in this region since 1976.From 1956 to 2006,the glacier area of six inland river basin(Shiyanghe river,Heihe river, Beidahe river,Shulehe river,Danghe river and Halternhe river) and Datonghe river basin in northern slope of Qilianshan mountains decreased by 17.7%. Thickness of the glacier reduced about 5-20 m,and the snow line rose about 100-140 m.The Glacier ice reserves in inland river basin of Hexi decreased by 11.4%.From 1972 to 2007,27 glaciers in the eastern section of the Qilianshan Mountains disappeared.From 1956 to 2009,the runoff change in the northern slope of the Qilianshan Mountains was different in different regions.The runoff was reduced significantly in Shiyanghe river basin, increased slightly in Heihe river basin,and increased obviously in Shulehe river basin.From 1958 to 1988, the area of deforestation and farming was more than 10.0 million ha,and the forest area was reduced 0.6 million ha.Since the Qilianshan Mountain Nature Reserve was established in 1989, the forest was restoring gradually because of continual protection and cultivating,and the forest area was increased 9.4 million ha from 1989 to 2008. | 6 | Anesthesia Management of Living RelatedLiver Transplantation(A case report)显示文摘Objective To investigate the effects of anesthesia management on living related liver transplantation. Methods The donor was given procaine fentanyl balanced anesthesia; the recipient was given thiopentol fentanyl atracurium intravenous balanced anesthesia. ECG, P ET CO 2,SpO 2, blood gas, glucose and potassium were monitored. Results Cardiovascular system and respiratory system of the recipient during operation were stable. Conclusion Fentanyl intravenous balanced anesthesia may be used to manage living related liver transplantion. But, the following problems shoud be paid to attention. ①Citrate and lactic acid might accumulate causing metabolic acidosis. ②Hyperkalemia might be developed as the donated liver was reperfused. ③As the liver was an important place for glycogenesis, glycogenolysis, blood glucose was carefully observed and insulin was given to the liver transplantation patient.④As the living related liver was translated, reperfusion syndrome could develop.⑤ The patient was monitored carefully postoperation. | 8 | J-shaped association between dietary zinc intake and new-onset hypertension:a nationwide cohort study in China显示文摘We aimed to investigate the relationship of dietary zinc intake with new-onset hypertension among Chinese adults.A total of 12,177 participants who were free of hypertension at baseline from the China Health and Nutrition Survey were included.Dietary intake was assessed by three consecutive 24-h dietary recalls combined with a household food inventory.Participants with systolic blood pressure≥140 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure≥90 mmHg or diagnosed by a physician or under antihypertensive treatment during the follow-up were defined as having new-onset hypertension.During a median follow-up duration of 6.1 years,4269 participants developed new-onset hypertension.Overall,the association between dietary zinc intake and new-onset hypertension followed a J-shape(P for non-linearity<0.001).The risk of new-onset hypertension significantly decreased with the increment of dietary zinc intake(per mg/day:hazard ratio(HR)0.93;95%confidence interval(CI)0.88–0.98)in participants with zinc intake<10.9 mg/day,and increased with the increment of zinc intake(per mg/day:HR 1.14;95%CI 1.11–1.16)in participants with zinc intake≥10.9 mg/day.In conclusion,there was a J-shaped association between dietary zinc intake and new-onset hypertension in general Chinese adults,with an inflection point at about 10.9 mg/day. | Panpan He Huan Li Mengyi Liu Zhuxian Zhang Yuanyuan Zhang Chun Zhou Ziliang Ye Qimeng Wu Min Liang Jianping Jiang Guobao Wang Jing Nie Fan Fan Hou Chengzhang Liu Xianhui Qin | 2023 | Frontiers of Medicine2023,17,1: | 0 |
