| 2 | 人口学变量对大学生综合幸福感的影响显示文摘采用综合幸福感量表对内蒙古地区10所高校2 780名少数民族与汉族大学生的综合幸福感、主观幸福感、心理幸福感及其与人口学变量的关系进行了系统考察,对性别、民族、生源地、年级、专业类型、是否为独生子女、恋爱状况及就读院校类型等多种因素与大学生综合幸福感的关系进行了统计分析。结果发现:内蒙古地区高校大学生的综合幸福感处于中等偏上水平,处于'有些幸福-非常幸福'的大学生占总样本量的75.3%,而'有些痛苦-非常痛苦'的大学生占总样本量的9.0%。大学生的综合幸福感在性别、生源地、年级、恋爱状态及院校类型等人口学变量上具有显著差异,汉族大学生的主观幸福感显著高于蒙古族;研究结果进一步验证了理论界关于'人口学变量对大学生的幸福感影响不大'的观点,提示理论界今后应将更多的注意力转向研究影响大学生幸福感的内在因素上。研究结果还可以对少数民族地区高校以幸福感教育为切入点改善民族地区高校大学生的心理健康工作提供参考。 | 侯振虎 Chieh LI 许晓芳 | 2019 | 高教发展与评估2019，35，1： | 11 |
| 3 | Comparative study and systematic review of laparoscopic liver resection for hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘AIM: To compare the surgical outcomes between laparoscopic liver resection(LLR) and open liver resection(OLR) as a curative treatment in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). METHODS: A Pub Med database search was performed systematically to identify comparative studies of LLR vs OLR for HCC from 2000 to 2014. An extensive text word search was conducted, using combinations of search headings such as 'laparoscopy', 'hepatectomy', and 'hepatocellular carcinoma'. A comparative study was also performed in our institution where we analysed surgical outcomes of 152 patients who underwent liver resection between January 2005 to December 2012, of which 42 underwent laparoscopic or hand-assisted laparoscopic resection and 110 underwent open resection. RESULTS: Analysis of our own series and a review of 17 high-quality studies showed that LLR was superior to OLR in terms of short-term outcomes, as patients in the laparoscopic arm were found to have less intraoperative blood loss, less blood transfusions, and a shorter length of hospital stay. In our own series, both LLR and OLR groups were found to have similar overall survival(OS) rates, but disease-free survival(DFS) rates were higher in the laparoscopic arm. CONCLUSION: LLR is associated with better short-term outcomes compared to OLR as a curative treatment for HCC. Long-term oncologic outcomes with regards to OS and DFS rates were found to be comparable in both groups. | 4 | 父母身体健康状况与大学生的幸福感--基于内蒙古地区2780名大学生幸福感的调查研究显示文摘目的:探索父母身体健康状况与大学生幸福感的关系。方法:对内蒙古地区10所高校抽样2780名大学生进行了问卷调查,采用描述统计、相关分析、多因素方差分析、回归分析、F检验和t检验等量化研究的方法探讨父母身体健康与大学生主观幸福感、心理幸福感的关系。结果:父母身体健康状况不同学生的主观幸福感和心理幸福感具有显著差异,且在诸多变量中'父母健康状况'与大学生幸福感的相关系数最大。结论:父母身体健康状况对大学生的幸福感有显著影响。父母健康状况很差的学生的幸福感比父母健康状况很好的学生的幸福感低。父母健康状况、家庭结构、经济状况与性别因素一起能够解释大学生主观幸福感变化的3.6%,而父母身体健康状况、家庭结构与性别因素一起能够解释大学生心理幸福感变化的2.7%。 | 侯振虎 Chieh Li 许晓芳 | 2018 | 大学教育科学2018，0，3： | 6 |
