| 3 | Robust secure transmission for multiuser MISO systems with probabilistic QoS constraints显示文摘This paper considers a unicast multiuser multiple-input single-output(MISO) downlink system overheard by multiple single-antenna eavesdroppers. The objective is to jointly design the beamforming vectors and the artificial noise(AN) covariance matrix with imperfect channel state information(CSI) at the transmitter,such that the total transmit power is minimized while satisfying probabilistic quality of service(Qo S) constraints at legitimate users and the eavesdroppers. Using Bernstein-type inequalities and the S-procedure, we recast the non-convex power minimization problem as two different convex semidefinite programs(SDPs) which can be solved using interior-point methods. | 4 | Leakproof secret sharing protocols with applications to group identification scheme显示文摘In a traditional (t,n)-threshold secret sharing scheme,t or more honest participants can reconstruct the secret K.In the reconstruction process,the individual shares and the secret key K are revealed,hence K is shared once only.In this paper,we firstly give the definition of leakproof secret sharing scheme which is composed of a distribution protocol and a proof protocol,then propose two leakproof secret sharing protocols,a computationally secure protocol and an information-theoretically secure protocol.In our protocols,t or more participants can jointly prove that they hold the secret K by using a multi-prover zero-knowledge argument of knowledge.As a result,the secret K will be shared for as many times as desired.Furthermore,each participant can detect the dealer in the distribution protocol from cheating,and any verifier can prevent non-qualified set of participants in proof protocol from cheating.As an example of the practical impact of our work we use our techniques to construct group identification schemes with zero-knowledge. | TANG ChunMing GAO ShuHong | 2012 | Science China(Information Sciences)2012,55,5: | 6 |
| 5 | Delegateable signatures based on non-interactive witness indistinguishable and non-interactive witness hiding proofs显示文摘A delegateable signature scheme(DSS)which was first introduced by Barak is mainly based on the non-interactive zero-knowledge proof(NIZK)for preventing the signing verifier from telling which witness(i.e.,restricted subset)is being used. | 6 | Superior in vitro anticancer effect of biomimetic paclitaxel and triptolide co-delivery system in gastric cancer显示文摘As a well-known anticancer drug,paclitaxel(PTX),a first-line chemotherapeutic agent,remains unsatisfactory for gastric cancer therapy.It is reported that triptolide(TPL)could enhance the anti-gastric cancer effect of PTX.Considering the poor solubility of both drugs,we developed a red blood cell membrane-biomimetic nanosystem,an emerging tool in drug delivery,to co-load paclitaxel and triptolide(red blood cell membrane coated PTX and TPL co-loaded poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)[PLGA]nanoparticles,RP(P/T)).The successful preparation was confirmed in terms of particle size,morphology,and surface markers assays.This biomimetic system could prolong circulation and escape immune surveillance.And these properties were verified by stability,in vitro drug release,and cellular uptake assays.Moreover,the MTT and colony formation assays demonstrated the superior anti-proliferation effect of the RP(P/T)to free drugs.The enhanced antitumor effects of RP(P/T)on migration and invasion were also evaluated by wound-healing and transwell assays.Overall,the bionic co-delivery nanoplatform with improved efficacy in vitro is a promising therapy for gastric cancer. | Siwan Wang Hui Jiang Jia Wang Haisi Wu Ting Wu Mengnan Ni Qianqian Zhao You Ji Ziting Zhang Chunming Tang Huae Xu | 2021 | The Journal of Biomedical Research2021,35,4: | 5 |
| 7 | Exposure to blast shock waves via the ear canal induces deficits in vestibular afferent function in rats显示文摘The ears are air-filled structures that are directly impacted during blast exposure.In addition to hearing loss and tinnitus,blast victims often complain of vertigo,dizziness and unsteady posture,suggesting that blast exposure induces damage to the vestibular end organs in the inner ear.However,the underlying mechanisms remain to be elucidated.In this report,single vestibular afferent activity and the vestibuloocular reflex(VOR)were investigated before and after exposure to blast shock waves(~20 PSI)delivered into the left external ear canals of anesthetized rats.Single vestibular afferent activity was recorded from the superior branch of the left vestibular nerves of the blast-treated and control rats one day after blast exposure.Blast exposure reduced the spontaneous discharge rates of the otolith and canal afferents.Blast exposure also reduced the sensitivity of irregular canal afferents to sinusoidal head rotation at 0.5e2Hz.Blast exposure,however,resulted in few changes in the VOR responses to sinusoidal head rotation and translation.To the best of our knowledge,this is the first study that reports blast exposure-induced damage to vestibular afferents in an animal model.These results provide insights that may be helpful in developing biomarkers for early diagnosis of blast-induced vestibular deficits in military and civilian populations. | Yue Yu Jun Huang Xuehui Tang Jerome Allison David Sandlin Dalian Ding Yi Pang Chunming Zhang Tianwen Chen Nathan Yin Lan Chen William Mustain Wu Zhou Hong Zhu | 2020 | Journal of Otology2020,15,3: | 3 |
| 8 | OsPKpa_1 encodes a plastidic pyruvate kinase that affects starch biosynthesis in the rice endosperm显示文摘Pyruvate kinase(PK) is a key enzyme in glycolysis and carbon metabolism. Here, we isolated a rice(Oryza sativa) mutant, w59, with a white-core floury endosperm. Map-based cloning of w59 identified a mutation in OsPKpa_1, which encodes a plastidic isoform of PK(PKp). OsPKpa_1 localizes to the amyloplast stroma in the developing endosperm, and the mutation of OsPKpa_1 in w59 decreases the plastidic PK activity, resulting in dramatic changes to the lipid biosynthesis in seeds. The w59 grains were also characterized by a marked decrease in starch content. Consistent with a decrease in number and size of the w59 amyloplasts, large empty spaces were observed in the central region of the w59 endosperm, atthe early grain-filling stage. Moreover, a phylogenetic analysis revealed four potential rice isoforms of OsPKp. We validated the in vitro PK activity of these OsPKps through reconstituting active PKp complexes derived from inactive individual OsPKps, revealing the heteromeric structure of rice PKps, which was further confirmed using a protein–protein interaction analysis. | 9 | A strongly secure identity-based authenticated group key exchange protocol显示文摘In group key exchange(GKE) protocols, a shared secret key is established among a group of members for cryptographic use over a public network. An identity-based protocol is preferred to that under the employment of traditional public key infrastructure(PKI), since identity-based cryptosystem can simplify public key management procedure. In ASIACCS 2011, a security model for GKE protocol called EGBG model was proposed. The EGBG model takes ephemeral secret key leakage attack into consideration. Until now, there is no ID-based GKE protocol secure in the EGBG model. In this paper, we propose an identity-based GKE protocol. Its AKE-security with KCIR and full forward secrecy, MA-security with KCIR and its contributiveness are proven in the EGBG model. The proposed protocol does not involve NAXOS trick, which does not resist side channel attack and thus it provides stronger security guarantee.
