| 2 | Effect of electroacupuncture at Ximen(PC 4) and Hegu(LI 4) on expression of Akt in rats with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture(EA) at acupoints on the pericardium meridian on the expression of phosphorylated Akt(p-Akt) protein in rat myocardium after ischemia and reperfusion.METHODS: Seventy Wistar rats were evenly randomized into seven groups: the sham operation group(group A), ischemia-reperfusion model Ⅰgroup(group B), ischemia-reperfusion model Ⅱgroup(group C), EA at Neiguan(PC 6) group(group D), EA at Ximen(PC 4) group(group E), EA at Hegu(LI 4) group(group F), and LY294002 + EA at Neiguan(PC 6) group(group G). All processes were monitored by electrocardiography. In group A, the left anterior descending coronary artery was only threaded without ligation for 100 min. In group B,the left anterior descending coronary artery was ligated for 40 min and reperfused for 60 min. The left anterior descending coronary artery in group C was ligated for 40 min and reperfused for 100 min.Groups D, E, and F received EA for 20 min before undergoing ischemia for 40 min, and then received EA for 20 min before undergoing reperfusion for 60 min. Before modeling, group G was injected with LY294002(0.3 mg/kg) into the tail vein, and then underwent the same intervention as the other EA groups. After reperfusion, myocardial tissue from the left cardiac ventricle was collected to enable Western blot analysis of the p-Akt level, and analysis of electrocardiographic changes.RESULTS: In groups B and C, electrocardiography showed obvious elevation of the ST-segment Ⅱlead(ECG-STⅡ), while the ECG-STⅡvalues were significantly lower in groups D, E, and G(P < 0.01). The p-Akt levels in groups D and E were significantly greater than those in groups B and C(P < 0.01).Compared with all other groups, group G showed a significantly different expression of p-Akt(P < 0.01).CONCLUSION: The expression of p-Akt protein in cardiomyocytes was significantly greater in rats that were injected with LY294002 and received EA at Ximen(PC 4) compared with all other groups.This suggests that EA at Ximen(PC 4) resulted in activation of the phosphoinositide 3-kinase/Akt signaling pathway and phosphorylation of Akt. | Tian Yuefeng Gao Haining Li Leiyong Wang Jun Zhai Chuntao | 2017 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2017，37，6： | 2 |
| 4 | Preliminary calibration results for Jason-3 and Sentinel-3 altimeters in the Wanshan Islands显示文摘We present preliminary calibration results for Jason-3 and Sentinel-3A altimeters that we set up in the Wanshan Islands in Guandong Province,China.Two campaigns were carried out in 2018,from March 8 to April 16 and from November 3 to December 11,2018.Three GPS reference stations and tide gauges were established on the islands of Zhiwan,Dangan,and Wailingding during the campaigns.The in-situ sea surface height(SSH)of the altimeter footprint was determined using the tide gauge.The tidal and geoid connection between the tide gauge locations and the altimeter footprints were computed with the NAO.99Jb tidal prediction system and the EGM 2008 geoid,respectively.The data of the tide gauges were defi ned using the GPS buoy and GPS reference stations during the campaigns.The results show that the waveform of the altimeters was slightly contaminated by the small islands.The bias associated with Jason-3 and Sentinel-3A amounted to approximately+20.7±49.7 mm and+30.1±39.4 mm,respectively,which agreed well with the results from other in-situ calibration fi elds.This indicates that the Wanshan area was very suitable as an in-situ calibration/validation fi eld.The wet zenith delay(WZD)determined from the Microwave Radiometer(MWR)and the GPS measurements diff ered from each other for the Jason-3 and Sentinel-3A by−6.6±7.4 mm and 0±6.8 mm,respectively. | Wanlin ZHAI Jianhua ZHU Xiaohui FAN Longhao YAN Chuntao CHEN Zhen TIAN | 2021 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2021，39，2： | 1 |
