20日粮中添加甜菜碱对泌乳期奶牛热应激的影响显示文摘甜菜碱(BET)是一种天然有机渗透调节物质,可通过分子作用方式提高细胞的效率,复性变形的蛋白质。试验旨在探究BET是否能降低经产泌乳奶牛的热应激现象。试验选取荷斯坦经产泌乳奶牛(101.4±8.6 d)24头,随机分配到3组中,包括:对照组(CON组),不添加BET;中剂量组(MID),每kg体重保证摄入BET 57 mg;高剂量组(HI组),每kg体重保证摄入BET 114 mg。饲喂2次·d^(-1),保证充分采食。挤奶2次·d^(-1),并进行常规分析,记录每天的牛奶成分、产奶量、采食量和饮水量。每天6:00、14:00、18:00检测直肠温度和呼吸频率。奶牛饲养在室内,并进行环境控制,试验先进行为期7 d的热中性(TN)环境适应期,湿度指标维持在56.6%,之后进行7 d的TN环境和7 d的高温热应激环境,湿度控制在71.5%。试验后期,进行3 d的TN环境恢复期。在TN阶段,日粮中添加BET可增加牛奶产量,而热应激情况下,添加BET的两组和CON组间总产奶量及牛奶成分无显著差异,添加BET两组饮水量增加,但与对照组相比无显著差异;CON组下午呼吸频率高于MID组和HI组,但与BET两组相比直肠温度较低。TN环境下,血糖情况无显著变化,但热应激情况下,与CON组对比,HI组的血糖水平有增高趋势。CON组和BET两组的血清胰岛素水平无显著差异,但高温条件下HI组的胰岛素水平随温度升高而上升。热休克反应在体外培养的奶牛乳腺上皮细胞中表达。在TN环境下,HI组的白细胞HSP27表达下调,而热应激情况下,HSP70的表达上调,而MID组无显著变化。MID组中BET的作用效果不显著可能与肠道吸收有关。试验结果表明,在TN条件下,BET可提高牛奶产量,这与日粮采食量和饮水量减少有关,而热应激情况下,日粮中添加BET提高了机体温度。热应激情况下,HI组的BET可降低产奶量,提高血清葡萄糖水平。Hall L W Dunshea F R Allen J D Rungruang S Collier J L Long N M Collier R J 2017饲料博览2017,0,1:0
