| 1 | Genome Characteristics and Evolution of Pseudorabies Virus Strains in Eastern China from 2017 to 2019显示文摘Since late 2011,outbreaks of pseudorabies virus(PRV)have occurred in southern China causing major economic losses to the pig industry. We previously reported that variant PRV forms and recombination in China could be the source of continued epidemics. Here,we analyzed samples from intensive pig farms in eastern China between 2017 and 2019,and sequenced the main glycoproteins(gB,gC,gD,and gE)to study the evolution characteristics of PRV.Based on the gC gene,we found that PRV variants belong to clade 2 and detected a founder effect during by the PRV epidemic. In addition,we detected inter-and intra-clade recombination;in particular,inter-clade recombination in the gB genes of strains FJ-ZXF and FJ-W2,which were recombinant with clade 1 strains. We also found specific amino-acid changes and positively selected sites, possibly associated with functional changes. This analysis of the emergence of PRV in China illustrates the need for continuous monitoring and the development of vaccines against specific variants of PRV. | Xiaofeng Zhai Wen Zhao Kemang Li Cheng Zhang Congcong Wang Shuo Su Jiyong Zhou Jing Lei Gang Xing Haifeng Sun Zhiyu Shi Jinyan Gu | 2019 | Virologica Sinica2019,34,6: | 12 |
| 2 | Co-Co304@carbon core-shells derived from metal-organic framework nanocrystals as efficient hydrogenevolution catalysts显示文摘Controllable pyrolysis of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) in confined spacesis a promising strategy for the design and development of advanced functionalmaterials. In this study, Co-C0304@carbon composites were synthesized viapyrolysis of a Co-MOFs@glucose polymer (Co-MOFs@GP) followed by partialoxidation of Co nanoparticles (NPs). The pyrolysis of Co-MOFs@GP generated acore-shell structure composed of carbon shells and Co NPs. The controlled partialoxidation of Co NPs formed Co-Co304 heterojunctions confined in carbon shells.Compared with Co-MOFs@GP and Co@carbon-n (Co@C-n), Co-C0304@carbon-n(Co-Co304@C-n) exhibited higher catalytic activity during NaBH4 hydrolysis.Co-C0304@C-II provided a maximum specific H2 generation rate of5,360 mL.min-l.gco-1 at room temperature due to synergistic interactionsbetween Co and C0304 NPs. The Co NPs also endowed Co-C0304@C-n with theferromagnetism needed to complete the magnetic momentum transfer process. | Yanyan Liu Guosheng Han Xiaoyu Zhang Congcong Xing Chenxia Du Huaqiang Cao Baojun Li | 2017 | Nano Research2017,10,9: | 5 |
| 3 | Cr-doped Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)@C enables high-capacity with V^(2+)/V^(5+)reaction and stable sodium storage显示文摘Due to its abundant sodium content and low cost,sodium-ion battery(SIB)has become an effective substitute and supplement for lithium-ion batteries, which has a broad development prospect in largescale energy storage systems.Na-super-ionic conductor(NASICON)structural materials have stable 3D skeleton structures and open Na+transport channels, which is a very promising SIB cathode material. But in the typical NASICON material Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)(NVP),the number of electrons involved in NVP per formula unit is less than 2 at the stable voltage window, which limits the further improvement of battery performance. In this work,we report another NASICON structured Na_(3)V_(4/3)Cr_(2/3)(PO_(4))_(3)@C(NVCP@C),which is obtained by Cr-doped NVP through spray drying.By taking full advantage of the voltage platforms of V^(5+/4+),V^(4+/3+),and V^(3+/2+)in the window of 1.5-4.4 V,NVCP@C delivered a high discharge capacity(175 mAh g^(-1))and durable cyclability(86%capacity retention for 2000 cycles).In-situ X-ray diffraction results demonstrate that the reversible structural evolution accompanies by solid-solution reaction and two-phase reaction mechanisms co-exist during charge/discharge processes. When coupled with Na^(+)preembedded hard carbon(HC),the assembled NVCP@C//HC full cell delivers a high capacity(105 mAh g^(-1))and long cycling performance(70%after 1000 cycles). This Cr-doped NVP method offers new insights into the design of high-energy NASICON-structured cathode materials. | Bo Mai Boyu Xing Yunfan Yue Nianyao Cai Congcong Cai Sitian Lian Hao Fan Mengyu Yan Ting Zhu Ping Hu Xuewen Wang Liqiang Mai | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,34: | 0 |
| 4 | Application of several potential field separation methods of gravity data in Vientiane of Laos area显示文摘Gravity data observed in geophysical surveys are the sum of potential field produced by all underground inhomogeneous geological sources with different scales, different patterns and different depths. The aim of gravity exploration is mainly to extract the meaningful local anomaly from the regional gravity anomaly which is helpful to detect the deep structure and delineate the favorable area for mineral prospecting. In this paper, several anomaly separation methods are theoretically discussed, including trend analysis method, finite element method, interpolating cut method and analytic continuation method. And,these methods are applied to achieve the delineation of potash-mine deposit in Vientiane. Through experiments, analysis and comparison, the separating result of upward continuation is shown to be satisfactory, for that can separate the ore body anomaly from the background field more effectively. Further, with the combination of the geological information and gravity anomaly,it infers four rich potash zones in the study area of Vientiane which is significant for future geological work. | LI Zhaohui ZHAO Qiang WU Yangang YANG Changbao ZHAO Guoxing XING Congcong | 2017 | Global Geology2017,20,2: | 0 |
