| 1 | 小花棘豆(Oxytropis glabra DC.)内生真菌的培养与鉴定显示文摘小花棘豆(Oxytropis glabra DC.)是内蒙古草原上的重要毒草,实验结合微生物学和分子生物学手段进行了其内生真菌研究。结果表明:体外培养的小花棘豆内生真菌生长缓慢,呈圆形、隆起、边缘整齐、辐射状生长的白色菌落,后菌体分泌黑褐色的色素物质,分生孢子近圆柱形,有粗且比孢子壁厚的暗色横隔膜,隔膜数1-5个。10个菌株的5.8S rDNA/ITS序列与内生真菌Embellisia sp.L12株的序列高度相似。推测该内生真菌属于Embellisia。 | 卢萍 Dennis Child 赵萌莉 Dale R Gardener 吕桂芬 韩国栋 | 2009 | 生态学报2009，29，1： | 29 |
| 2 | Evolution of endovascular mechanical thrombectomy for acute ischemic stroke显示文摘Acute ischemic stroke(AIS) is a common medical problem associated with significant morbidity and mortality worldwide. A small proportion of AIS patients meet eligibility criteria for intravenous thrombolysis(IVT) with recombinant tissue plasminogen activator, and its efficacy for large vessel occlusion is poor. Therefore, an increasing number of patients with AIS are being treated with endovascular mechanical thrombectomy when IVT is ineffective or contraindicated. Rapid advancement in catheter-based and endovascular device technology has led to significant improvements in rates of cerebral reperfusion with these devices. Stentrievers and modern aspiration catheters have now surpassed earlier generation devices in the degree and rapidity of revascularization. This progress has been achieved with no concurrent increase in risk of major complications or mortality, both when used alone or in combination with IVT. The initial randomized controlled trials comparing endovascular therapy to IVT for AIS failed to show superior outcomes with endovascular treatment, butkey limitations of each trial may limit the significance of these results to current practice. While endovascular devices and operator experience continue to evolve, we are optimistic that this will be accompanied by improvements in patient outcomes. | 3 | Evolving Neural Network Using Variable String Genetic Algorithm for Color Infrared Aerial Image Classification显示文摘Coastal wetlands are characterized by complex patterns both in their geomorphic and ecological features. Besides field observations, it is necessary to analyze the land cover of wetlands through the color infrared (CIR) aerial photography or remote sensing image. In this paper, we designed an evolving neural network classifier using variable string genetic algorithm (VGA) for the land cover classification of CIR aerial image. With the VGA, the classifier that we designed is able to evolve automatically the appropriate number of hidden nodes for modeling the neural network topology optimally and to find a near-optimal set of connection weights globally. Then, with backpropagation algo-rithm (BP), it can find the best connection weights. The VGA-BP classifier, which is derived from hybrid algorithms mentioned above, is demonstrated on CIR images classification effectively.
