| 1 | Research on the Response Characteristics of Solenoid Valve of the Air-jet Loom by Simulation显示文摘Solenoid valve is one of the executive parts of weft insertion control system. According to the response characteristics of the solenoid valve, an improved design becomes a necessity. Firstly, the numerical model was established after analyzing the solenoid valve during its start-up and shut-down. Comparing the simulation data with the practical data, it is verified that the numerical simulation model has a high feasibility. Secondly, excitation voltage and spring pre-compression were adjusted respectively, and the response rules after adjusting were investigated. The research of the study shows: the response time tends to be inverse proportional to the excitation voltage during start-up, and it becomes a constant value with the increase of the excitation voltage; the response time is proportional to the spring pre-compression when the solenoid valve starts up, it is inverse proportional to spring pre-compression when the solenoid valve shuts down. And the total response time is a constant value with the increase of the spring pre-compression. Therefore, the value of the excitation voltage and the spring pre-compression should be selected when the curve is becoming flatten. | 2 | Facile defect engineering in ZnIn_(2)S_(4) coupled with carbon dots for rapid diclofenac degradation显示文摘Semiconductor-mediated photocatalysis is a promising photochemical process for harvesting inexhaustible solar energy to address the energy crisis and environmental issues.However,the low solar-light response and poor carrier migration are severe drawbacks that limit its practical application.Herein,we propose a convenient pathway for improving electron-hole separation and solar energy utilisation by engineering defective ZnIn2 S4 with doping of carbon dots.The optimum ZnIn2 S_(4)/CD_(2)00 nanosheet exhibited 100% diclofenac(DCF) degradation within 12 min under visible-light.The estimated photocatalytic efficiency under natural sunlight was 98.2%.Scavenging experiments and electron spin resonance(ESR) analysis indicated that the superoxide radical(O_(2)·-),photoelectron(e^(-)),hole(h^(+)) and hydroxyl radical(·OH) were the predominant contributions in the ZnIn2 S4/CD200/DCF/visible light system.Furthermore,ZnIn2 S4/CD200 exhibited excellent reusability and stability after 4 times recycling.The photodegradation routes mainly involved hydroxylation,decarboxylation,C-N bond cleavage,dechlorination,ring closure,and ring-opening.The ecological risk assessment and total organic carbon(TOC) tests exhibited desirable toxicity reduction and mineralization results.These observations not only offer a facile strategy for the construction of defective ZnIn2 S4,but also pioneer the direct utilisation of natural light for highly efficient environmental remediation. | Dongxu Yang Jialiang Liang Liang Luo Ruoyu Deng Guo Li Qiang He Yi Chen | 2021 | Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,8: | 0 |
| 3 | Enzyme Commission Number Prediction and Benchmarking with Hierarchical Dual-core Multitask Learning Framework显示文摘Enzyme commission(EC)numbers,which associate a protein sequence with the biochemical reactions it catalyzes,are essential for the accurate understanding of enzyme functions and cellular metabolism.Many ab initio computational approaches were proposed to predict EC numbers for given input protein sequences.However,the prediction performance(accuracy,recall,and precision),usability,and efficiency of existing methods decreased seriously when dealing with recently discovered proteins,thus still having much room to be improved.Here,we report HDMLF,a hierarchical dual-core multitask learning framework for accurately predicting EC numbers based on novel deep learning techniques.HDMLF is composed of an embedding core and a learning core;the embedding core adopts the latest protein language model for protein sequence embedding,and the learning core conducts the EC number prediction.Specifically,HDMLF is designed on the basis of a gated recurrent unit framework to perform EC number prediction in the multi-objective hierarchy,multitasking manner.Additionally,we introduced an attention layer to optimize the EC prediction and employed a greedy strategy to integrate and fine-tune the final model.Comparative analyses against 4 representative methods demonstrate that HDMLF stably delivers the highest performance,which improves accuracy and F1 score by 60%and 40%over the state of the art,respectively.An additional case study of tyrB predicted to compensate for the loss of aspartate aminotransferase aspC,as reported in a previous experimental study,shows that our model can also be used to uncover the enzyme promiscuity.Finally,we established a web platform,namely,ECRECer(http://gffzz4919e3ba129e423dswcuxpv569o9w6665.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn),using an entirely could-based serverless architecture and provided an offline bundle to improve usability. | Zhenkun Shi Rui Deng Qianqian Yuan Zhitao Mao Ruoyu Wang Haoran Li Xiaoping Liao Hongwu Ma | 2023 | Research2023,,3: | 0 |
| 4 | Being good or being known:International reputation of high-speed railway enterprises显示文摘With fierce competition in the global high-speed railway(HSR)market,international reputation has become essential for enterprises to venture into overseas markets.However,few studies have been performed on the international reputation of HSR enterprises.This study aims to reveal the formation mechanism of HSR enterprises’international reputation by developing a theoretical framework.The researchers identified five factors and proposed a hypothetical path model based on a comprehensive literature review.After the pilot study,questionnaires were distributed to practitioners in the international HSR industry for data collection.The path model was validated based on partial least-squares structural equation modeling.Eight of the nine paths are statistically supported.Researchers have structured a theoretical framework for the international reputation of HSR enterprises from two perspectives:Being good and being known.Subsequently,a strategic framework was developed to provide targeted promotion strategies for HSR enterprises.The findings of this study contribute to existing international reputation theories using the theoretical model and provide beneficial guidance for HSR enterprises to improve their international reputation through a strategic framework. | Yanliang NIU Siyuan LI Ruoyu JIN Xiaopeng DENG | 2023 | Frontiers of Engineering Management2023,10,3: | 0 |
