The Lyman-alpha Solar Telescope(LST) for the ASO-S mission——Ⅱ. design of LST显示文摘As one of the three payloads for the Advanced Space-based Solar Observatory(ASO-S)mission,the Lyman-alpha(Lyα)Solar Telescope(LST)is composed of three instruments:a Solar Corona Imager(SCI),a LyαSolar Disk Imager(SDI)and a full-disk White-light Solar Telescope(WST).When working in-orbit,LST will simultaneously perform high-resolution imaging observations of all regions from the solar disk to the inner corona up to 2.5 R⊙(R⊙stands for the mean solar radius)with a spatial resolution of 4.8′′and 1.2′′for coronal and disk observations, respectively, and a temporal resolution of 30–120 s and 1–120 s for coronal and disk observations, respectively. The maximum exposure time can be up to20 s due to precise pointing and image stabilization function.Among the three telescopes of LST,SCI is a dual-waveband coronagraph simultaneously and independently observing the inner corona in the HI Lyα(121.6±10 nm)line and white light(WL)(700±40 nm)wavebands by using a narrowband Lyαbeam splitter and has a field of view(FOV)from 1.1 to 2.5 R⊙.The stray-light suppression level can attain<10^-6 B⊙(B⊙is the mean brightness of the solar disk)at 1.1 R⊙and≤5×10^-8 B⊙at 2.5 R⊙.SDI and WST are solar disk imagers working in the Lyαline and 360.0 nm wavebands, respectively, which adopt an off-axis two-mirror reflective structure with an FOV up to 1.2 R⊙,covering the inner coronal edge area and relating to coronal imaging. We present the up-to-date design for the LST payload. | Bo Chen Hui Li Ke-Fei Song Quan-Feng Guo Pei-Jie Zhang Ling-Ping He Shuang Dai Xiao-Dong Wang Hai-Feng Wang Chun-Long Liu Hong-Ji Zhang Guang Zhang Yunqi Wang Shi-Jie Liu Hong-Xin Zhang Lei Liu Shi-Lei Mao Yang Liu Jia-Hao Peng Peng Wang Liang Sun Yang Liu Zhen-Wei Han Yan-Long Wang Kun Wu Guang-Xing Ding Peng Zhou Xin Zheng Ming-Yi Xia Qing-Wen Wu Jin-Jiang Xie Ya Chen Shu-Mei Song Hong Wang Bo Zhu Chang-Bo Chu Wen-Gang Yang Li Feng Yu Huang Wei-Qun Gan Ying Li Jing-Wei Li Lei Lu Jian-Chao Xue Bei-Li Ying Ming-Zhe Sun Cheng Zhu Wei-Min Bao Lei Deng Zeng-Shan Yin | 2019 | Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics2019,19,11: | 6
Di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate Disorders Lipid Metabolism via TYK2/STAT1 and Autophagy in Rats显示文摘Objective Previous studies have indicated that the plasticizer di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate(DEHP) affects lipid accumulation;however, its underlying mechanism remains unclear. We aim to clarify the effect of DEHP on lipid metabolism and the role of TYK2/STAT1 and autophagy. Methods In total, 160 Wistar rats were exposed to DEHP [0, 5, 50, 500 mg/(kg·d)] for 8 weeks. Lipid levels, as well as mRNA and protein levels of TYK2, STAT1, PPARγ, AOX, FAS, LPL, and LC3 were detected. Results The results indicate that DEHP exposure may lead to increased weight gain and altered serum lipids. We observed that DEHP exposure affected liver parenchyma and increased the volume or number of fat cells. In adipose tissue, decreased TYK2 and STAT1 promoted the expression of PPARγ and FAS. The mRNA and protein expression of LC3 in 50 and 500 mg/(kg·d) groups was increased significantly. In the liver, TYK2 and STAT1 increased compensatorily;however, the expression of FAS and AOX increased, while LPL expression decreased. Joint exposure to both a high-fat diet and DEHP led to complete disorder of lipid metabolism. Conclusion It is suggested that DEHP induces lipid metabolism disorder by regulating TYK2/STAT1. Autophagy may play a potential role in this process as well. High-fat diet, in combination with DEHP exposure, may jointly have an effect on lipid metabolism disorder. | ZHANG Yue Zhu ZHANG Zhao Ming ZHOU Li Ting ZHU Jian ZHANG Xiao Han QI Wen DING Shuang XU Qi HAN Xu ZHAO Ya Ming SONG Xin Yue ZHAO Tian Yang YE Lin | 2019 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2019,32,6: | 4

Solar X-ray and EUV imager on board the FY-3E satellite显示文摘The solar X-ray and Extreme Ultraviolet Imager(X-EUVI),developed by the Changchun Institute of Optics,Fine Mechanics and Physics,Chinese Academy of Sciences(CIOMP),is the first space-based solar X-ray and Extreme ultraviolet(EUV)imager of China loaded on the Fengyun-3E(FY-3E)satellite supported by the China Meteorological Administration(CMA)for solar observation.Since started work on July 11,2021,X-EUVI has obtained many solar images. The instrument employs an innovative dual-band design to monitor a much larger temperature range on the Sun,which covers 0.6-8.0 nm in the X-ray region with six channels and 19.5 nm in the EUV region.X-EUVI has a field of view of 42′,an angular resolution of 2.5″per pixel in the EUV band and an angular resolution of 4.1″per pixel in the X-ray band. The instrument also includes an X-ray and EUV irradiance sensor(X-EUVS)with the same bands as its imaging optics, which measures the solar irradiance and regularly calibrates the solar images. The radiometric calibration of X-EUVS on the ground has been completed, with a calibration accuracy of 12%.X-EUVI is loaded on the FY-3E satellite and rotates relative to the Sun at a uniform rate.Flat-field calibration is conducted by utilizing successive rotation solar images. The agreement between preliminarily processed X-EUVI images and SDO/AIA and Hinode/XRT images indicates that X-EUVI and the data processing algorithm operate properly and that the data from X-EUVI can be applied to the space weather forecast system of CMA and scientific investigations on solar activity. | Bo Chen Xiao-Xin Zhang Ling-Ping He Ke-Fei Song Shi-Jie Liu Guang-Xing Ding Jin-Ping Dun Jia-Wei Li Zhao-Hui Li Quan-Feng Guo Hai-Feng Wang Xiao-Dong Wang Yun-Qi Wang Hong-Ji Zhang Guang Zhang Zhen-Wei Han Shuang Dai Pei-Jie Zhang Liang Sun Yang Liu software engineer Peng Wang Kun Wu Chen Tao Shi-Lei Mao Gui Mei Liang Yang Li-Heng Chen Chun-Yang Han Bin Huang Yang Liu mechanical engineer Shuai Ren Peng Zhou Ze-XiWei Xiao-Xue Zhang Yue Zhang Xin Zheng Yang Wang Ya Chen Jing-Jiang Xie Fei He Qiao Song Wei-Guo Zong Xiu-Qing Hu Peng Zhang Jing-Song Wang Zhong-Dong Yang | 2022 | Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,12: | 0
Karst Cave as Terrestrial Simulation Platform to Test and Design Human Base in Lunar Lava Tube显示文摘Developing efficient approaches to building a suitable environment for humans on the moon play a key role in future long-term sustainable lunar exploration activities, which has motivated many countries to propose diverse plans to build a lunar base. The lava tubes discovered by the Kaguya mission offer huge potential sites to host such bases.Through computation and analysis,we show that lunar lava tubes offer stable structures, suitable temperatures, low radiation doses, and low meteorite impact rates. We summarize previous research results and put forward the conditions to find and use a suitable lunar lava tube for human habitation on the moon. The establishment of extraterrestrial bases still faces many technical bottlenecks;many countries have begun to use the earth’s environment for extraterrestrial exploration and simulation missions. In this regard,we proposed the idea of using the Earth’s karst caves to simulate extraterrestrial lava tubes, selected caves in Chongqing as the simulation site, and demonstrated the feasibility from both structural and environmental aspects. Finally,we proposed a karst cave simulation platform with three main research directions:cave sealing technology, efficient daylight system, and internal circulation research of artificial ecosystems containing natural soil and rock.We hope to promote the development of related research on extraterrestrial bases through simulation experiments. | Jinghang Ding Gengxin Xie Linli Guo Xin Xiong Ya Han Xi Wang | 2022 | Space(Science & Technology)2022,,1: | 0
3-to 24-month Follow-up on COVID-19 with Pulmonary Tuberculosis Survivors after Discharge:Results from a Prospective,Multicenter Study显示文摘Objective Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)and tuberculosis(TB)are major public health and social issues worldwide. The long-term follow-up of COVID-19 with pulmonary TB(PTB)survivors after discharge is unclear. This study aimed to comprehensively describe clinical outcomes, including sequela and recurrence at 3,12,and 24 months after discharge, among COVID-19 with PTB survivors. Methods From January 22,2020 to May 6,2022,with a follow-up by August 26,2022,a prospective, multicenter follow-up study was conducted on COVID-19 with PTB survivors after discharge in 13 hospitals from four provinces in China.Clinical outcomes, including sequela, recurrence of COVID-19,and PTB survivors, were collected via telephone and face-to-face interviews at 3,12,and 24 months after discharge. Results Thirty-two COVID-19 with PTB survivors were included. The median age was 52(45,59)years,and 23(71.9%)were men.Among them, nearly two-thirds(62.5%)of the survivors were moderate,three(9.4%)were severe, and more than half(59.4%)had at least one comorbidity(PTB excluded). The proportion of COVID-19 survivors with at least one sequela symptom decreased from 40.6%at 3 months to 15.8%at 24 months, with anxiety having a higher proportion over a follow-up.Cough and amnesia recovered at the 12-month follow-up,while anxiety, fatigue, and trouble sleeping remained after 24months.Additionally,one(3.1%)case presented two recurrences of PTB and no re-positive COVID-19during the follow-up period. Conclusion The proportion of long symptoms in COVID-19 with PTB survivors decreased over time, while nearly one in six still experience persistent symptoms with a higher proportion of anxiety. The recurrence of PTB and the psychological support of COVID-19 with PTB after discharge require more attention. | WANG Jing Ya ZONG Xing Yu WU Gui Hui QI Yuan Lin LI Hui Zhen JI Xin Yu TONG Lin ZHANG Lei YANG Ming Bo YANG Pu Ye LI Ji Ke XIAO Fu Rong ZHANG Lin Song HU Yun Hong LIU Hong De XU Shou Fang SUN Sheng WU Wei MAO Ya LI Min Qing HOU Hao Hua GONG Zhao Yuan GUO Yang JIAO Li Wen QIN Jin WANG Ding Yi WANG Fang GUAN Li LIN Gang MA Yan WANG Yan Ping SHI Nan Nan | 2022 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2022,35,12: | 0
