18Magneto-elastic waves in the orthoferrite plates induced by solitary domain wall显示文摘Dynamics of domain walls(DWs) was studied in transparent thin orthoferrite samples with weak ferromagnetic ordering at subsonic and supersonic speeds.Direct measurements were made of flexural vibration amplitude in the samples studied,which were induced by a solitary DW with periodic actions of a driving magnetic field.The values of the amplitude reached 7 nm at a resonance.The formation of magnetoelastic solitons was observed and their dynamics was studied at a resonance between an elastic and a spin subsystems.Solitons lag behind the DW at the moment when the DW surpasses the sound barrier and are ahead of it at the subsonic motion.KUZ'MENKO A P ZHUKOV E A DOBROMYSLOV M B KAMINSKII A V 2007Rare Metals2007,26,S1:0
19Stabilization of cubic ordering of zirconium dioxide nanoclusters on silicon with laser ablation显示文摘Regimes of continuous and pulsed laser action on high-melting oxide compounds of ZrO2 were found with the aim of obtaining steady coatings on monocrystal silicon on laser ablation.X-ray phase analyses,scanning and atomic-force microscopy reveal that the coatings obtained are of nanocluster structure with the cubic ordering.In this case the nanoclusters reach several hundreds of nanometers in size.An assumption was made that on laser ablation of ZrO2 thermostabilization may take place where a minimum of the surface energy is attained just at cubic ordering.KUZ'MENKO A P PETERSON M B KUZ'MENKO N A ZAVODINSKY V G PUGACHEVSKY M A DOBROMYSLOV M B 2007Rare Metals2007,26,S1:0
