Evolution and Outlook of Resource Allocation Mechanism in the Age of Internet显示文摘In today's society, the Internet, big data and artificial intelligence are being integrated and the mechanisms of resource allocations are also evolving, mainly because of the changes in background factors, means, and processes that influence resource allocation. To analyze and study this evolution, we need to combine resource allocation, industrial organization, and industrial regulation theories to determine the driving and restricting factors new technologies bring to business-to-business and business-to-consumer interactions and how the combination of internet, big data and AI will impact productivity and pricing. We must also analyze the differences between today's supply-demand and pricing processes and those of the industrial age to discover whether there are special resource allocation mechanisms in this era and how to summarize them theoretically. This paper reviews the evolved resource allocation mechanisms at the present stage of the integration of the Internet, big data and AI based on resource allocation theories from classical Marxian, neoclassical, and modern western economics. | He Da’an Ren Xiao Tan Xiaomei | 2019 | Contemporary Social Sciences2019,4,2: | 0
Regulatory effects of electro-acupuncture at Zusanfi on ir-SP content in rat pituitary gland and peripheral blood and their immunity显示文摘INTRODUCTIONIt has been reported in many studies that electro-acupuncture(EA)can positively regulate erythrocyticimmunity and T-lymphocytic subgroups.Nevertheless, its mechanism remains to be explored. In thepresent study,a multi-group,multi-stepped and multi-indexed observation was conducted on the effects of EA | Wei Gao Yu Xin Huang Hong Chen Da Yong Song Qin Li Wang Department of Gastroenterology Medical Affair Office,Tangdu Hospital,4th Military Medical University,Xi’an 710038,Shanxi Province,China Department of Gastroenterology,Chinese PLA General Hospital of Guangzhou Command Area,Guangzhou 510210,Guangdong Province,China | 2000 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2000,6,4: | 5
Study of the Electrical Double Layer of a Spherical Micelle: Functional Theoretical Approach显示文摘By using the iterative method in functional theory, an analytic expression of the Poisson-Boltzmann equation (PB eq.), which describes the distribution of the potential of electrical double layer of a spherical micelle, has been carried out under the general potential condition for the first time. The method also can give the radius, the surface potential, and the thickness of the layer. | Zheng Wu WANG1, Gan Zuo LI1*, Da Ren GUAN2, Xi Zhang YI2, An Jing LOU3 1Key Lab of Colloid and Interface Chemistry for State Education Ministry, Shandong University, Ji’nan 250100 2Institute of Theoretical Chemistry Shandong University, Ji’n | 2001 | Chinese Chemical Letters2001,12,7: | 1
Matching Strategies and Fuzzy URLs in Web Based Component Retrieving显示文摘The World Wide Web (WWW) has greatly changed the way of component based software reuse, for large number of components provided by different vendors become available and it’s rather difficult to find and choose what we in fact need. To make large amount of the components collaborate, an information exchanging model is essential. In order to retrieve and search the suitable or usable components more effectively, some techniques should be taken into account. Among these techniques, matching strategies and fuzzy URL semantics are significant for the former help us to find components which could be reused and the other both to broaden the searching areas and use some uncertain information to make the searching more purposive. A brief discuss on an abstract component model (UACModel) is begun, which was proposed to promote the interoperability and information exchange among various reusable component libraries (RCLs), and a framework for component retrieval. Then the emphases are put on some matching strategies, especially incomplete ones that encourage reuse through component customization, and fuzzy URL extensions to be supported and realized. | Wang Ying 1,2 , Sang Da yong 2, 3 1. | 6 | Mechanism of exogenous nucleic acids and their precursors improving the repair of intestinal epithelium after 7-irradiation in mice显示文摘AIM To clone expressed genes associated withrepair of irradiation-damaged mice intestinalgland cells treated by small intestinal RNA,andto explore the molecular mechanism ofexogenous nucleic acids improving repair ofintestinal crypt.METHODS The animal mode of test group andcontrol group was established,forty-five micebeing irradiated by γ ray were treated with smallintestinal RNA as test group, forty mice beingirradiated by γ ray were treated withphysiological saline as control group, five micewithout irradiation were used as normal control, their jejunal specimens were collectedrespectively at 6h,12h,24h,4d and 8d afterirradiation. Then by using LD-PCR based onsubtractive hybridization, these gene fragmentsdifferentially expressed between test group andcontrol group were obtained, and then werecloned into T vectors as well as beingsequenced.Obtained sequences were screenedagainst.GeneBank,if being new sequences, they were submitted to GeneBank.RESULTS Ninety clones were associated withrepair of irradiation-damaged intestinal glandcells treated by intestinal RNA.These clonesfrom test group of 6h,12h,24h,4d and 8dwere respectively 18,22,25,13,12.By screening against GeneBank,18 of which werenew sequences, the others were dramaticallysimilar to the known sequences, mainly similarto hsp,Nmi,Dutt1,alkaline phosphatase,homeobox,anti-CEA ScFv antibody,arginine/serine kinase and BMP-4,repA.Eighteen genefragments were new sequences, their acceptnumbers in GeneBank were respectivelyAF240164-AF240181.CONCLUSION Ninety clones were obtained tobe associated with repair of irradiation-damagedmice intestinal gland cells treated by smallintestinal RNA,which may be related toabnormal expression of genes and matchedproteins of hsp,Nmi,Duttl,Na,K-ATPase,alkalineph-osphatase,glkA,single strandedreplicative centromeric gene as well as 18 newsequences. | Da Xiang Cui~1 Guei Ying Zeng~2 Feng Wang~1 Jun Rong Xu~1 Dong Qing Ren~2 Yan Hai Guo~1 Fu Rong Tian~2 Xiao Jun Yan~1 Yu Hou~1 Cheng Zhi Su~1 1 Institute of Genetic Diagnosis of the Fourth Military Medical University,Xi’an 710032,China 2 Department of Irradiation Medicine of the Fourth Military Medical University,Xi’an 710032,China | 2000 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2000,6,5: | 8
| 7 | Composition and Distribution of Mosquito Vectors in a Peri-Urban Community Surrounding an Institution of Learning in Lafia Metropolis,Nasarawa State,Central Nigeria显示文摘Vector surveillance is very key in solving mosquito-borne health problems in Nigeria. To this end,the composition and distribution of mosquito vectors in a peri-urban community surrounding an institution of learning in Lafia metropolis,Nasarawa State,Central Nigeria was carried out between December 2016 and June 2017.The Prokopack Aspirator was used to collect indoor resting mosquitoes between 6:00 a.m.and 9:00 a.m.from 30 randomly selected houses.Mosquitoes collected were knocked down and transferred into a well labelled petri-dish and taken to the laboratory for processing.A total of 664 mosquitoes were collected which spread across Culex quinquefasciatus 572(86.14%),Anopheles gambiae 88(13.25%)and Aedes aegypti 4(0.60%).The abundance of mosquitoes in relation to seasons, species, sex, abdominal conditions as well as transmission indices across seasons significantly varied(P<0.05).But,the distribution of mosquito in relation to house types showed no significant difference(P>0.05).The inhabitants of the area should ensure that all drainages flow through so as to reduce mosquito breeding grounds. Also, members of the community should always protect themselves by sleeping under insecticide treated bed nets. | Ombugadu,A.
