| 1 | Effect of Heat Treatment Temperature on Properties of Chinese Calcined Flint Clay Based Plastic Refractories显示文摘Effects of different heat treatment temperatures on properties of Chinese calcined flint clay based plastic refractories were investigated using Chinese calcined flint clay as starting material,aluminum sulfate and fireclay as binding system. The results showed that with temperature rising,Chinese calcined flint clay based plastic refractories shrinked firstly and then expanded. The modulus of rupture (MOR) and the cold crushing strength (CCS) increased firstly and then decreased from 110 ℃ to 600 ℃,then increased obviously. | 3 | Effect of Boric Acid on Properties of Calcined Flint Clay-bauxite Castables显示文摘In order to prolong the working time of calcined flint clay-bauxite castables during construction at high temperature,boric acid was added into the castables. The effect of boric acid on working time and curing cold crushing strength of the castables at 25 ℃ and 35 ℃ were investigated. After 24 h curing in mould and another 24 h curing at 110 ℃ after demoulding,the specimens were heat treated at 1 000 ℃,1 300 ℃,and 1 500 ℃ for 3 h,respectively. The permanent linear change,bulk density,modulus of rupture,and cold crushing strength were determined. The result shows that there is no need to add boric acid when calcined flint clay-bauxite castables works at 25 ℃; when calcined flint clay-bauxite castables works at 35 ℃,boric acid can increase the working time of the castables,but decrease the curing cold crushing strength a little. | 6 | Research on application of kyanite in plastic refractory显示文摘Effect of kyanite addition on properties of plastic refractories that based on Chinese calcined flint clay were investigated with the Chinese calcined flint clay as raw materials, aluminum sulfate and fireclay as binding systems. After 24 h curing after demoulding and another 24 h curing at 110 ℃, the specimens were heat-treated at 1000, 1300 and 1500℃ for 3 h, respectively. Thepermanent linear change, bulk density, modulus of rupture, clod crushing strength, thermal expansion coefficient and thermal shock resistance were examined. The results show that the shrinkage of plastic refractory decreased with increasing kyanite addition after heat-treated at 1000 and 1300℃ , and its expansivity increased with increasing kyanite addition after heat-treated at 1500 ℃. The strength can be increased when kyanite was added into the plastic refractory. The thermal expansion coefficient and the expansivity were increased, and the shrinkage can be reduced at high temperature when kyanite addition was more than 10%. | 10 | The SUMOylation of TAB2 mediated by TRIM60 inhibits MAPK/NF-κB activation and the innate immune response显示文摘Activation of the TAK1 signalosome is crucial for mediating the innate immune response to pathogen invasion and is regulated by multiple layers of posttranslational modifications,including ubiquitination,SUMOylation,and phosphorylation;however,the underlying molecular mechanism is not fully understood.In this study,TRIM60 negatively regulated the formation and activation of the TAK1 signalosome.Deficiency of TRIM60 in macrophages led to enhanced MAPK and NF-κB activation,accompanied by elevated levels of proinflammatory cytokines but not IFN-I.Immunoprecipitation-mass spectrometry assays identified TAB2 as the target of TRIM60 for SUMOylation rather than ubiquitination,resulting in impaired formation of the TRAF6/TAB2/TAK1 complex and downstream MAPK and NF-κB pathways.The SUMOylation sites of TAB2 mediated by TRIM60 were identified as K329 and K562;substitution of these lysines with arginines abolished the SUMOylation of TAB2.In vivo experiments showed that TRIM60-deficient mice showed an elevated immune response to LPS-induced septic shock and L.monocytogenes infection.Our data reveal that SUMOylation of TAB2 mediated by TRIM60 is a novel mechanism for regulating the innate immune response,potentially paving the way for a new strategy to control antibacterial immune responses. | Zhiwen Gu Xueying Chen Wenyong Yang Yu Qi Hui Yu Xiaomeng Wang Yanqiu Gong Qianqian Chen Bo Zhong Lunzhi Dai Shiqian Qi Zhiqiang Zhang Huiyuan Zhang Hongbo Hu | 2021 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,8: | 0 |
