1WO_(3) Inversce Opal Photonic Crystals: Unique Property, Synthetic Methods and Extensive Application显示文摘Tungsten trioxide inverse opal photonic crystals(WO_(3) IOPCs)not only possess the intrinsic properties of WO_(3)/but also own the unique characteristics of lOPCs structure.The evolution of preparation method of WO_(3) IOPCs has been briefly presented as electrodeposition method,sol-gel methodology and’dynamic hard-template’strategy in this review.Then the crystalline structure,optical property and electrical performance of WO_(3) IOPCs are later described.Afterwards,this review focuses on the wide application of WO_(3) lOPCs in chemical sensor,photo(electro)catalysis,electrochromic material and photochromic field in the last decade.Finally,a brief outlook over future investigation in preparation and modification,as well as promising application is proposed.This paper aims to encourage the attention and effort of researchers on WO_(3) IOPCs and other semiconductor materials with lOPCs structure.Xueming Dang Xiao Jiang Tingting Zhang Huimin Zhao 2021Chinese Journal of Chemistry2021,39,6:1

4Ball Tips of Micro/Nano Probing Systems:A Review显示文摘To satisfy the measuring demands for the micro components of the industry, micro/nano probing systems with various ball tips have been developed. However, most of them cannot be used to measure the real micro geometrical features high precisely because the parameters of the ball tips are not appropriate. The ball tips with a diameter of less than 100 μm, a sphericity and eccentricity of far less than 1 μm are required urgently. A review on the state-of-the-art of ball tips of micro/nano probing systems is presented. The material characteristics and geometric parameters of now available ball tips are introduced separately. The existing fabrication methods for the ball tips are demonstrated and summarized. The ball tips' future trends,which are smaller diameter, better sphericity and smaller eccentricity, are proposed in view of the practical requirements of high-precision measurement for micro geometrical features.
