1Performance analysis and comparison of PoW,PoS and DAG based blockchains显示文摘In the blockchain,the consensus mechanism plays a key role in maintaining the security and legitimation of contents recorded in the blocks.Various blockchain consensus mechanisms have been proposed.However,there is no technical analysis and comparison as a guideline to determine which type of consensus mechanism should be adopted in a specific scenario/application.To this end,this work investigates three mainstream consensus mechanisms in the blockchain,namely,Proof of Work(PoW),Proof of Stake(PoS),and Direct Acyclic Graph(DAG),and identifies their performances in terms of the average time to generate a new block,the confirmation delay,the Transaction Per Second(TPS)and the confirmation failure probability.The results show that the consensus process is affected by both network resource(computation power/coin age,buffer size)and network load conditions.In addition,it shows that PoW and PoS are more sensitive to the change of network resource while DAG is more sensitive to network load conditions.Bin Cao Zhenghui Zhang Daquan Feng Shengli Zhang Lei Zhang Mugen Peng Yun Li 2020Digital Communications and Networks2020,6,4:15

12Energy Efficiency of Distributed Antenna Systems with D2D Communications Under Imperfect CSI显示文摘In this paper,we investigate the distributed antenna systems(DAS)based on device to device(DASD2D)communications under the imperfect channel state information(CSI).Our aim is to maximize the energy efficiency(EE)of the D2D users equipment(DUE)under the constraints of the maximum transmission power of D2D pairs and the quality of service(QoS)requirements of the cellular user equipment(CUE).The worst-case design is considered so that the QoS of the CUE can be guaranteed for every realization of the CSI error in the ellipsoid region.The EE objective function of the optimization problem is non-convex and non-linear,and thus this problem cannot be solved by the traditional optimization methods.To solve this problem,first we transform it to an EE maximization problem without uncertain parameters by exploiting the Markov and Cauchy-Schwartz inequality.Then using the fractional programming theory and difference of convex functions optimization method,the robust EE maximization algorithms based on the hard and soft protection method are developed to maximize the system’s EE performance,respectively.However,these two algorithms are designed at the cost of the reduced EE of the DUE.Therefore,in order to further improve the EE performance and make a trade-off between the EE performance and the robustness,the iterative update algorithms for the total power constraint and average interference constraint are developed to maximize the system’s EE performance,respectively.Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the four proposed EE algorithms and illustrate the trade-off between the EE performance and robustness for the iterative update algorithms.Chunlong He Fangyan Zeng Chiya Zhang Cunhua Pan Daquan Feng Fu-Chun Zheng 2020Journal of Communications and Information Networks2020,5,1:0
13Blockchain-Based Secure Crowdsourcing in Wireless IoT显示文摘With the explosive growth of interconnected smart devices and sensors,the Internet has been entering the Internet of things(IoT)era and revolutionizing many aspects of our daily life. Meanwhile, crowdsourcing has been considered as a promising technology to realize collaborative intelligence. Therefore, more and more IoT-based crowdsourcing applications are emerged to take advantages of the widely distributed IoT devices to sense, collect, and analyze data with the aim to solve complex and nontrivial tasks. However,there exist many technical challenges to be addressed in the IoT-based crowdsourcing, such as security, privacy, and incentive provision. In this paper, we propose a blockchain-based architecture as an integrated solution to realize the secure and trustworthy crowdsourcing in wireless IoT. We first overview the challenges in the traditional crowdsourcing system. Then, we briefly introduce the background of the blockchain and smart contract, and propose a blockchain-based crowdsourcing architecture. In particular, we elaborate the utilization of smart contract on the specific phases of crowdsourcing. 14CD47KO/CRT dual-bioengineered cell membrane-coated nanovaccine combined with anti-PD-L1 antibody for boosting tumor immunotherapy显示文摘Tumor vaccines trigger tumor-specific immune responses to prevent or treat tumors by activating the hosts’immune systems,and therefore,these vaccines have potential clinical applications.However,the low immunogenicity of the tumor antigen itself and the low efficiency of the vaccine delivery system hinder the efficacy of tumor vaccines that cannot produce high-efficiency and long-lasting antitumor immune effects.Here,we constructed a nanovaccine by integrating CD47KO/CRT dual-bioengineered B16F10 cancer cell membranes and the unmethylated cytosine-phosphate-guanine(CpG)adjuvant.Hyperbranched PEI25k was used to load unmethylated cytosine-phosphate-guanine(CpG)through electrostatic adsorption to prepare PEI25k/CpG nanoparticles(PEI25k/CpG-NPs).CD47KO/CRT dual-bioengineered cells were obtained by CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing technology,followed by the cell surface translocation of calreticulin(CRT)to induce immunogenic cell death(ICD)in vitro.Finally,the extracted cell membranes were coextruded with PEI25k/CpG-NPs to construct the CD47KO/CRT dual-bioengineered cancer cell membrane-coated nanoparticles(DBE@CCNPs).DBE@CCNPs could promote endocytosis of antigens and adjuvants in murine bone marrow derived dendritic cells(BMDCs)and induce their maturation and antigen cross-presentation.To avoid immune checkpoint molecule-induced T cell dysfunction,the immune checkpoint inhibitor,the anti-PD-L1 antibody,was introduced to boost tumor immunotherapy through a combination with the DBE@CCNPs nanovaccine.This combination therapy strategy can significantly alleviate tumor growth and may open up a potential strategy for clinical tumor immunotherapy.Shengyang Liu Jiayan Wu Yuanji Feng Xiaoya Guo Tong Li Meng Meng Jie Chen Daquan Chen Huayu Tian 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,4:0
