1以系统为导向的反转课堂教学在MBBS心脏诊断学教学中的运用评价显示文摘目的评价以系统为导向的反转课堂教学在MBBS心脏诊断学教学中的运用效果。方法对昆明医科大学2014年9月进入诊断学学习阶段的80名东南亚医学留学生采用'以系统为导向'的'反转课堂'教学方法教授心脏诊断学部分。结果 73.80%的学生认为采用的一个病例串联与临床工作很吻合,23.81%的学生认为比较吻合;91.67%的学生认为授课过程中师资有引导学生讨论,其中69.05%认为非常有用;95.24%的学生认为教师的讲课有使用多元化教学方式,其中78.57%认为很有效;96.43%的学生认为教师有进行小结和总结,其中67.86%认为很有效;86.90%的学生认为所讲内容没有超负荷;95.24%的学生认为师资有寻求学生反馈;96.43%的学生认为教学课件设计清晰;96.43%的学生认为教师对课题内容掌握透彻;97.62%的学生认为教师有充分时间给学生提问答疑。结论以系统为导向的反转课堂教学方法能很好地发挥学生的积极主动性,更好地从纵向扩充MBBS留学生对心脏诊断学部分的学习,并且是有效的和容易被接受的。该教学方法更符合外国留学生的医学教学,更好地优化了教学时间和教学资源,从而提高了医学教学质量和学生对知识的运用能力。周娜 林玥 林秋果 James D.Smith Loh Cheng David KNIGHT 张红珊 陈江 周晓鸿 李炯明 2015中国继续医学教育2015,7,7:7

3Renal functional outcomes are not adversely affected by selective angioembolization following percutaneous nephrolithotomy显示文摘Objective:Selective angioembolization(SAE)effectively diagnoses and treats iatrogenic vascular complications following percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL).Methods:We retrospectively reviewed 1329 consecutive PCNLs and identified patients who underwent SAE following PCNL with at least 12-month follow-up.Estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)was calculated for all patients preoperatively,postoperatively and at last followup.A 1:2 matched cohort analysis was performed.Results:Twenty-three patients underwent SAE and matched to 46 controls.There was no statistically significant difference in preoperative,postoperative,and follow-up eGFR when comparing patients who underwent SAE and those with an uneventful course.Conclusion:Long-term eGFR is comparable in patients who undergo uncomplicated PCNL and those requiring SAE.Ricardo Palmerola Vinay Patel Christopher Hartman Chris Sung David Hoenig Arthur D.Smith Zeph Okeke 2017Asian Journal of Urology2017,4,1:6

6Redefinition of Fatty Liver Disease from NAFLD to MAFLD through the Lens of Drug Development and Regulatory Science显示文摘Metabolic(dysfunction)-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)affects a third of the population and is a leading cause of liver-related death.Since no effective treatments exist,novel approaches to drug development are required.Unfortunately,outdated terminology and definitions of the disease are hampering efforts to develop new drugs and treatments.An international consensus panel has put forth an influential proposal for the disease to be renamed from nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)to MAFLD,includ-ing a proposal for how the disease should be diagnosed.As allies with the many stakeholders in MAFLD care―including patients,patients’advocates,clinicians,researchers,nurse and allied health groups,regional societies,and others―we are aware of the negative consequences of the NAFLD term and definition.We share the sense of urgency for change and will act in new ways to achieve our goals.Although there is much work to be done to overcome clinical inertia and reverse worrisome recent trends,the MAFLD initiative provides a firm foundation to build on.It provides a roadmap for moving for-ward toward more efficient care and affordable,sustainable drug and device innovation in MAFLD care.We hope it will bring promising new opportunities for a brighter future for MAFLD care and improve care and outcomes for patients of one of the globe’s largest and costliest public health burdens.From this viewpoint,we have revisited this initiative through the perspectives of drug development and regulatory science.Yasser Fouad Melissa Palmer Minjun Chen Arie Regev Rajarshi Banerjee Rob Myers Robert Riccio Richard Torstenson Ramy Younes Puneet SArora Henrik Landgren Morten A.Karsdal Martin Blake David A.Shapiro Hans-Juergen Gruss Muhammad Y.Sheikh Dina Attia Steven Bollipo Alastair D.Smith Bradley Freilich Robert G.Gish Detlef Schuppan 2022Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2022,10,2:0
