1外源抗生素对栽培作物与野生植物的氧化胁迫及其富集转运的差异性显示文摘为探讨外源抗生素对栽培作物和野生植物的氧化胁迫及其在两者体内富集转运的差异性,采用土培实验研究了外源抗生素对栽培作物(青菜、生菜、玉米)和野生植物(稗草、马唐、狗尾)抗氧化酶活性(SOD、POD、CAT)和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响,以及残留的四环素类、磺胺类、喹诺酮类抗生素在栽培作物和野生植物中的富集转运特征.结果表明,外源抗生素显著抑制了栽培作物的SOD活性,其地下部分和地上部分的SOD活性较CK(无抗生素污染)降低了64.57%~105.52%和178.24%~260.00%.外源抗生素还显著增加了栽培作物的MDA含量,而野生植物变化较小.栽培作物和野生植物对外源抗生素的富集能力整体上呈现:栽培作物>野生植物,但其转运抗生素的能力:野生植物>栽培作物,且两者体内及其根际土壤中均以四环素类抗生素的残留量最大.研究表明,在抗生素污染的土壤中,栽培作物受到的胁迫作用在一定程度上要大于野生植物;栽培作物和野生植物分别具有较高的富集抗生素能力和转运抗生素能力,因此两者都具有不可忽视的生态风险,且在抗生素污染的土壤-植物系统中四环素类抗生素的生态风险较高.武剑 Debela Sisay-Abebe 华倩雯 陈欣瑶 张园 2020南京师大学报(自然科学版)2020,43,2:5
