2Electroacupuncture inhibits annulus fibrosis cell apoptosis in vivo via TNF-α-TNFR1-caspase-8 and integrin β1/Akt signaling pathways显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To examine whether electroacupuncture(EA) treatment inhibited cell apoptosis of intervertebral annulus fibrosis(AF) via tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)-tumor necrosis factor receptor 1(TNFR1)-caspase-8 and integrin β1/Akt signaling pathways in a rat model of cervical intervertebral disc degeneration caused by unbalanced dynamic and static forces.METHODS: Thirty-two Sprague-Dawley rats were included in this study, of which 24 rats underwent surgery to induce cervical intervertebral disc degeneration, while eight rats received EA treatment at Dazhui(GV 14). Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect TNF-α, TNFR1, and caspase-8Apoptosis of AF cells was examined with terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated d UTP-biotin nick end labeling(TUNEL) staining. The m RNA and protein expression levels of integrin β1 andAkt were evaluated with real-time polymerase chain reaction and western blot analysis, respectively.RESULTS: Treatment with EA decreased TUNEL-positive AF cells and lowered TNF-α, TNFR1 and caspase-8 positive cells compared with control groups. EA treatment also increased integrin β1and Akt m RNA and protein levels compared with controls.CONCLUSION: Treatment with EA inhibits AF cell apoptosis through suppression of the TNF-α-TNFR1-caspase-8 signal pathway and increases the expression of integrin β1 and Akt. 3Anonymous handover authentication protocol for mobile wireless networks with conditional privacy preservation显示文摘With the development of the wireless communication technology and the popularity of mobile devices, the mobile wireless network(MWN) has been widely used in our daily life. Through the access point(AP), users could access the Internet anytime and anywhere using their mobile devices. Therefore, MWNs can bring much convenience to us. Due to the limitation of AP's coverage, the seamless handover frequently occurs in practical applications. How to guarantee the user's privacy and security and identify the real identity when he/she brings harm to the system becomes very challenging. To achieve such goals, many anonymous handover authentication(AHA) protocols have been proposed in the last several years. However, most of them have high computation costs because mobile nodes need to carry out the bilinear pairing operations or the hash-to-point operations. Besides, most of them cannot satisfy some critical requirements, such as non-traceability and perfect forward secrecy. In this paper, we first outline the security requirements of AHA protocols, and then propose a new AHA protocol to eliminate weaknesses existing in previous AHA protocols. Based on the hardness of two famous mathematical problems, we demonstrate that the proposed AHA protocol is secure against different kinds of attacks and can meet a variety of security requirements. 4A provable-secure and practical two-party distributed signing protocol for SM2 signature algorithm显示文摘Mobile devices are widely used for data access,communications and storage.However,storing a private key for signature and other cryptographic usage on a single mobile device can be challenging,due to its computational limitations.Thus,a number of(t,n)threshold secret sharing schemes designed to minimize private key from leakage have been proposed in the literature.However,existing schemes generally suffer from key reconstruction attack.In this paper,we propose an efficient and secure two-party distributed signing protocol for the SM2 signature algorithm.The latter has been mandated by the Chinese government for all electronic commerce applications.The proposed protocol separates the private key to storage on two devices and can generate a valid signature without the need to reconstruct the entire private key.We prove that our protocol is secure under nonstandard assumption.Then,we implement our protocol using MIRACL Cryptographic SDK to demonstrate that the protocol can be deployed in practice to prevent key disclosure.Yudi ZHANG Debiao HE Mingwu ZHANG Kim-Kwang Raymond CHOO 2020Frontiers of Computer Science2020,14,3:6

The coupling process of microwave pulse into a slot is studied by using the modified FD-TD method, and the dependence of microwave coupling on slot sizes, the carrier frequencies and the polarization directions of the incident waves is analysed. Resonant and enhancement effects which occur in this process are observed. 7Fault Analysis of Wind Power Rolling Bearing Based on EMD Feature Extraction显示文摘In a wind turbine,the rolling bearing is the critical component.However,it has a high failure rate.Therefore,the failure analysis and fault diagnosis of wind power rolling bearings are very important to ensure the high reliability and safety of wind power equipment.In this study,the failure form and the corresponding reason for the failure are discussed firstly.Then,the natural frequency and the characteristic frequency are analyzed.The Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD)algorithm is used to extract the characteristics of the vibration signal of the rolling bearing.Moreover,the eigenmode function is obtained and then filtered by the kurtosis criterion.Consequently,the relationship between the actual fault frequency spectrum and the theoretical fault frequency can be obtained.Then the fault analysis is performed.To enhance the accuracy of fault diagnosis,based on the previous feature extraction and the time-frequency domain feature extraction of the data after EMD decomposition processing,four different classifiers are added to diagnose and classify the fault status of rolling bearings and compare them with four different classifiers.Debiao Meng Hongtao Wang Shiyuan Yang Zhiyuan Lv Zhengguo Hu Zihao Wang 2022Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2022,,1:4
8SecBCS: a secure and privacy-preserving blockchain-based crowdsourcing system显示文摘A robust and scalable crowd management infrastructure is crucial in addressing operational challenges when deploying high-density sensors and actuators in a smart city. While crowdsourcing is widely used in crowd management, conventional solutions, such as Upwork and Amazon Mechanical Turk, generally depend on a trusted third-party platform. There exist several potential security concerns(e.g., sensitive leakage, single point of failure and unfair judgment) in such a centralized paradigm. Hence, a recent trend in crowdsourcing is to leverage blockchain(a decentralized ledger technology) to address some of the existing limitations. A small number of blockchain-based crowdsourcing systems(BCSs) with incentive mechanisms have been proposed in the literature, but they are generally not designed with security in mind. 10Discrete particle simulation of mixed sand transport显示文摘An Eulerian/Lagrangian numerical simulation is performed on mixed sand transport. Volume averaged Navier-Stokes equations are solved to calculate gas motion, and particle motion is calculated using Newton's equation, involving a hard sphere model to describe particle-to-particle and particle-to-wall collisions. The influence of wall characteristics, size distribution of sand particles and boundary layer depth on vertical distribution of sand mass flux and particle mean horizontal velocity is analyzed, suggesting that all these three factors affect sand transport at different levels. In all cases, for small size groups, sand mass flux first increases with height and then decreases while for large size groups, it decreases exponentially with height and for middle size groups the behavior is in-between. The mean horizontal velocity for all size groups well fits experimental data, that is, increasing logarithmically with height in the middle height region. Wall characteristics greatly affects particle to wall collision and makes the flat bed similar to a Gobi surface and the rough bed similar to a sandy surface. 12Sand particle lift-off velocity measurements and numerical simulation of mass flux distributions in a wind tunnel显示文摘Lift-off velocity of saltating sand particles in wind-blown sand located at 1.0 mm above the sand bed surface was measured using a phase Doppler particle analyzer in a wind tunnel. The results show that the probability distribution of lift-off velocity can be expressed as a lognormal function, while that of lift-off angle follows an exponential function. The probability distribution of lift-off angle conditioned for each lift-off velocity also follows an exponential function, with a slope that becomes steeper with increasing lift-off velocity. This implies that the probability distribution of lift-off velocity is strongly dependent on the lift-off angle. However, these lift-off parameters are generally treated as an independent joint probability distribution in the literature. Numerical simulations were carried out to investigate the effects of conditional versus independent joint probability distributions on the vertical sand mass flux distribution. The simulation results derived from the conditional joint probability distribution agree much better with experimental data than those from the independent ones. Thus, it is better to describe the lift-off velocity of saltating sand particles using the conditional joint probability distribution. 14Efficient privacy-preserving user authentication scheme with forward secrecy for industry 4.0显示文摘Industry 4.0,which combines information technology,network and industrial production,is expected to have a tremendous impact on our daily lives.In such a complex and security-critical system with resource-constrained sensor nodes,the design of a secure user authentication scheme for preventing real-time data from unauthorized access is full of challenges,and the main crux lies in how to realize the important property of forward secrecy.Existing schemes either fail to achieve forward secrecy or achieve forward secrecy with high computation cost on sensor nodes.Besides,they often fail to conform to the development trend of industry 4.0 systems where a cloud center is necessary to help intelligent decision-making and alleviate computation and storage pressure.Therefore,in this paper,we propose an efficient privacy-preserving user authentication scheme with forward secrecy for industry 4.0,and formally prove its security in the random oracle model.Compared with previous schemes,it has three advantages:(1)all eleven state-of-the-art criteria are achieved;(2)its computation cost on sensor nodes is comparable to those insecure schemes that employ only symmetric cryptographic algorithms,and is superior to those that also use asymmetric cryptographic algorithms;(3)it takes the advantage of the computation and storage capabilities of the cloud center to achieve user anonymity and the resistance to offline dictionary attack without performing any asymmetric cryptographic algorithms on gateways.Our computation cost on gateways is the smallest among all state-of-the-art relevant schemes for comparison.Chenyu WANG Ding WANG Guoai XU Debiao HE 2022Science China(Information Sciences)2022,65,1:2
