1Types of Enclaves and Their Features and Origins in Intermediate-Acid Intrusive Rocks from the Tongling District, Anhui Province, China显示文摘Enclaves in intermediate-acid plutons from Tongling can be divided into three types: xenoliths, relics and magmatogenic enclaves. The magmatogenic enclaves consist of cumulates, micrograined dioritite mixtite and dioritic chilled border enclaves. Petrologically, relics with eyed and meta-poikilitic texture are characterized by high content of biotite (>80%) and low content of cordierite and grossular. The cumulates with accumulate texture consist of a great amount of pyroxene, hornblende and minor spinel and phlogopite. The micrograined dioritic mixtite is composed of more hornblendes and feldspar and less needle apatites and an ellipsoid basic core included in plagio-clase. The chilled border enclaves have the same mineral association, but more dark minerals than the host rocks consisting of plagioclase, quartz, alkaline feldspar, hornblende and biotite. 2Effect of static bed height in the upper fluidized bed on flow behavior in the lower riser section of a coupled reactor显示文摘To study olefin reduction by using an auxiliary reactor for FCC naphtha upgrading, a large-scale cold model of a riser-bed coupled to an upper fluidized bed was established. The effect of static bed height in the upper fluidized bed on particle flow behavior in the lower riser was investigated experimentally. A restriction index of solids holdup was used to evaluate quantitatively the restrictive effect of the upper fluidized bed. Experimental results show that, under the restrictive effect of the upper fluidized bed, the riser could be divided into three regions in the longitudinal direction: accelerating, fully developed and restriction. The axial distribution of solids holdup in the riser is characterized by large solids holdup in the top and bottom sections and small solids holdup in the middle section. Overall solids holdup increased with increasing static bed height in the upper fluidized bed, while particle velocity decreased. Such restrictive effect of the upper fluidized bed could extend from the middle and top sections to the whole riser volume when riser outlet resistance is increased, which increases with increasing static bed height in the upper fluidized bed. 3Can outbred mice be used as a mouse model of mild cognitive impairment?显示文摘Deficits in spatial learning and memory are some of the earliest symptoms in mild cognitive im-pairment (MCI). However, there are few valid MCI animal models available to evaluate putative therapeutic strategies. The aim of this study was to obtain a natural animal model of MCI. Outbred Kunming (aged 5 and 12.5 months) and ICR (7 and 12 months) mice were utilized in the present study. Morris water maze and radial six-arm water maze (RAWM) were simultaneously used to evaluate impaired spatial learning and memory in middle-aged mice (approximately 12 months of age). Compared with younger mice in the respective groups, the middle-aged mice suffered visible impairment of spatial memory in the Morris water maze and RAWM, and mild spatial learning deficiency occurred in the RAWM study alone. 4Effects of Ag Doping Content and Dispersion on the Photocatalytic and Antibacterial Properties in ZnO Nanoparticles显示文摘ZnO nanoparticles(NPs)with different contents of Ag dopants were obtained by one-step solvothermal method.The crystalline structures of the prepared composites were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD).The morphology and composition of the samples were studied by means of scanning transmission electron microscopy(TEM)5 X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and electron microscopy(SEM).Photoluminescence(PL)spectra have been used to investigate pure ZnO,Ag-ZnO and Ag-ZnO-PVP NPs to determine the effect of composition on PL properties.It was found that the Ag-ZnO samples showed stronger emissions than pure ZnO.The catalytic activity of samples was measured by the degradation rate of R6G,which exhibited that Ag-ZnO nanocomposite demonstrated enhanced photocatalytic activity compared to the pure ZnO NPs.The possible influence factors to the photocatalytic and antibacterial activities of the sample were explored,including Ag contents and dispersion.It was presented that the photocatalytic activity of Ag-ZnO-PVP was better than that of Ag-ZnO and it showed the highest photocatalytic activity with 7%of Ag content.The Ag-ZnO-PVP can kill the Escherichia coli(E.coli)cells.GUAN Renquan ZHAI Hongju SUN Dewu ZHANG Junkai WANG Yan LI Jiaxin 2019Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2019,35,2:2

8Genome-wide association analysis reveals genetic loci and candidate genes associated with intramuscular fat in Duroc pigs显示文摘Intramuscular fat(IMF) is a major meat-quality trait in pigs. The content of IMF is directly associated with the taste and flavor of pork. As a complex trait, there could be multiple genes affecting IMF content in pork. Genomewide association study is a powerful tool to detect genomic regions associated with phenotypic variations. The objectives of the present study were to identify or refine the positions of genomic regions affecting IMF, and to characterize candidate genes and pathways that may influence this trait. Of note, we identified a significant region in longissium dorsi muscle in a Duroc pig population for IMF content with Porcine SNP60 v2 Bead Chip. This region spans 1.24 Mb on chromosome 8 and had been identified as a quantitative trait locus for IMF in Pietrain, Large White, Landrace, and Leicoma pigs. In this region, eight SNPs were significantly associated with IMF content. Three genes proximal to these significant SNPs were considered candidate genes, including ZDHHC16, LOC102162218 and PCDH7. 19Sn-O dual-doped Li-argyrodite electrolytes with enhanced electrochemical performance显示文摘As a type of candidate for all-solid-state Li batteries,argyrodite solid electrolytes possess high ionic conductivity,but poor compatibility against Li metal.Here,we report novel Li_(6) PS_(5) I-based argyrodite sulfides with Sn-O dual doping,which is a powerful solution to comprehensively improve the performance of a material.The combination of O and Sn-aliovalent doping not only enables an improved ionic conductivity but more importantly realizes an intensively enhanced interfacial compatibility between argyrodite and Li metal and Li dendrite suppression capability.The assembled battery with Sn-O dual-doped electrolyte and Li anode demonstrates high capacity and decent cycling stability.Dual doping is thus believed to be an effective way to develop high performance sulfide solid electrolytes.Ting Chen Dewu Zeng Long Zhang Meng Yang Dawei Song Xinlin Yan Chuang Yu 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,8:1
