RESEARCH ON THE EVALUATION METHOD OF FRICTION AND LUBRICATION IN DEEP DRAWING显示文摘The deformation characteristic of bland in deep drawing is discussed. It is pointed out that the friction and lubrication conditions in for drawing are different from that in mechanical motion or machine work or other plastic process. The common test methods in laboratories are analyzed. It shows that though all those test methods can test the friction coefficient, the probe test method is most suitable for the research of friction and lubrication and the process in deep drawing, for this method is identical with the actual work condition either from the test principle or deformation status of the blank. Last the successful application in the deep drawing simulator newly developed the the probe method are intro- duced in detail. | D. N. He, X. F. Yin, H. Z. Thao, D. L*, X. Y. Ruan, J. L. Cheng and J. | 2 | A LOOP DRAWBEAD RESTRAINING FORCE MODEL IN SHEET METAL DEEP DRAWING PROCESS显示文摘In sheet metal forming, drawbeads are often used to control uneven material flow which may cause defects such as wrinkles, fracture, surface distortion and springback. Appropriate setting and adjusting the drawbead force is one of the most important pa- rameters in sheet metal forming process control. This paper derives the model of loop drawbead restraining force (DBRF) using plastic forming theory, and gives the min imum blankholding force. Experiments are carried out to verify the proposed DBRF model. The good agreement between the calculated values and experiments data justi- fies the proposed loop drawbead restraining force model. | Y.J. Luo, S.P. Li, J.F. Zheng, D.N. He, Y.Q. Zhang, J.L. | 3 | OPTIMIZATION OF AUTOBODY PANEL STAMPING PROCESS BASED ON DYNAMIC EXPLICIT FINITE ELEMENT METHOD显示文摘Taking CPU time cost and analysis accuracy into account, dynamic explicit finite ele- ment method is adopted to optimize the forming process of autobody panels that often have large sizes and complex geometry. In this paper, for the sake of illustrating in detail how dynamic explicit finite element method is applied to the numerical simulation of the autobody panel forming process,an example of optimization of stamping process pain meters of an inner door panel is presented. Using dynamic explicit finite element code Ls-DYNA3D, the inner door panel has been optimized by adapting pa- rameters such as the initial blank geometry and position, blank-holder forces and the location of drawbeads, and satisfied results are obtained. | X. | 6 | Relationship of quantitative structure and pharmacokinetics in fluoroquinolone antibacterials显示文摘AIM: To study the relationship between quantitative structure and pharmacokinetics (QSPkR) of fluoroquinolone antibacterials. METHODS: The pharmacokinetic (PK) parameters of oral fluoroquinolones were collected from the litera- ture. These pharmacokinetic data were averaged, 19 compounds were used as the training set, and 3 served as the test set. Genetic function approximation (GFA) module of Cerius2 software was used in QSPkR analysis. RESULTS: A small volume and large polarizability and surface area of substituents at C-7 contribute to a large area under the curve (AUC) for fluoroquinolones. Large polarizability and small volume of substituents at N-1 contribute to a long half life elimination. CONCLUSION: QSPkR models can contribute to some fluoroquinolones antibacterials with excellent pharmacokinetic properties. | Die Cheng Wei-Ren Xu Chang-Xiao Liu | 2007 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2007,13,17: | 2

Effects of stress of different duration on depression-like behavior and expression of CB1 and GluA1 in medial prefrontal cortex of rats显示文摘Objective:To explore the changes of cannabinoid receptor(CB1)and AMPA receptor subunit GluA1 in the medial prefrontal cortex(mPFC)of depression model rats induced by chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS).Methods:30 rats were randomly divided into three groups. The three-week model group was given a three-week CUMS model, the four-week model group was given a four-week CUMS model, and the control group was given no treatment. The behavior of rats were detected in each group, and the expression of CB1 and GluA1 protein in synaptosomes in mPFC brain region was detected by Western blot. Results:Compared with the control group, the surcose preference decreased, the feeding latency increased in the novel inhibition feeding test, and the immobility time increased in the forced swimming test in the four-week model group. However, after three weeks of CUMS,there was no obvious change in the behavior of rats compared with the control group, suggesting that four-week model of CUMS was successful.CUMS can reduce the expression level of CB1 and GluA1 protein in synaptosomes of mPFC brain area in four-week model group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between three-week model group and control group.Conclusion:Four-week CUMS was more likely to lead to depressive-like behavior in rats, which may be closely related to the expression of CB1 and GluA1 in mPFC. | Yu-Xin Zhang Hong-Mei Sun Cong Gai Cui-Cui Cheng Lu-Ping Yang Zhen-Yu Guo Yu-Shan Gao Die Hu | 2022 | Journal of Hainan Medical University2022,28,10: | 0
SPAGINS:semiempirical parameterization for fragments in gamma-induced nuclear spallation显示文摘From the empirical phenomena of fragment distributions in nuclear spallation reactions, semiempirical formulas named SPAGINS were constructed to predict fragment cross-sections in high-energyγ-induced nuclear spallation reactions(PNSR).In constructing the SPAGINS formulas, theoretical models, including the TALYS toolkit,SPACS,and Rudstam formulas, were employed to study the general phenomenon of fragment distributions in PNSR with incident energies ranging from 100 to 1000 MeV.Considering the primary characteristics of PNSR,the SPAGINS formulas modify the EPAX and SPACS formulas and efficiently reproduce the measured data. The SPAGINS formulas provide a new and effective tool for predicting fragment production in PNSR. | Hui‑Ling Wei Meng‑Die Zhou Pu Jiao Yu‑Ting Wang Jie Pu Kai‑Xuan Cheng Ya‑Fei Guo Chun‑Yuan Qiao Gong‑Tao Fan Hong‑Wei Wang Chun‑Wang Ma | 2023 | Nuclear Science and Techniques2023,34,12: | 0
PHYSICAL SIMULATION BASED INTELLIGENT SYSTEM FOR THE PREDICTION OF SHEET METAL DRAWING CAPABILITY显示文摘With the combination of a new theoretical formula, physical simulation experiments, the technology of artificial neural network and database, an intelligent system for the prediction of sheet metal drawing capability is constructed for the first time. A modified criterion for sheet metal drawing capability is proposed in this paper, namely, the Technological Limiting Drawing Ratio, TLDR = f(R, n, s, t, F, μ,r_d,r_p…). Based on the studies of other scholars, a new formula is derived to predict the TLDR in this paper. Then a series of orthogonal physical simulation experiments are designed to investigate the effect of technological parameters on the TLDR, and the results are analyzed in the paper. Then the predicting system is constructed with the combination of the theoretical formula, orthogonal experiments, the technology of artifocial neural network and database. The predicted results show good agreements with experimental data, so it can be used to avoid the blindness in the selection of sheet metal before stamping. The system operates under the Windows operating system, and it supports the mechanism of Client/Server as well as Intranet, so the system has high engineering value. | D.L* D.N.He X.J.Bao Y. | 11 | Electroacupuncture treatment attenuates stress-induced depressive-like behavior in rats through modulation of PNNs in the mPFC显示文摘The perineuronal nets(PNNs)are a kind of extracellular matrix structure which mainly surround parvalbumin-positive(PV^(+))GABAergic interneurons. The aim of this study is to investigate the role of PNNs in the medial prefrontal cortex(mPFC)in the antidepressant effect of electroacupuncture treatment.Adult rats underwent chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS)for 28 days, and electroacupuncture treatment of Baihui and Yintang acupoints was administrated from day 8 to day 28.Then we detected the depressive-and anxiety like behavior of rats, the density of PNNs,the percentage of PV^(+)neurons that surround PNNs,the expression levels of PNNs constituting proteins in the mPFC. | Zhang Yuxcin Hu Die Gai Cong Ma Haojie Cheng Cuicui Zhang Jinkun Yang Luping Sun Hongmei | 2021 | 解剖学杂志2021,44,S01: | 0
Expression of PNNs and the functional changes of GABA-ergic neurons in the medial prefrontal cortex in a rat model of depression显示文摘Objective:To investigate the effects of chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS)on perineuronal nets(PNNs)andγ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)-ergic neurons in the medial prefrontal cortex(mPFC)of adult rats.Methods:28 rats were randomly divided into two groups. The model group adopted CUMS to establish a depression model, and the control group did not give any treatment. The density of PNNs and the percentage of PNNs positive(PNNs^(+))and parvalbumin positive(PV^(+))neurons in total PV^(+)neurons in the mPFC were detected by immunofluorescence. The protein expression of main components of PNNs,Aggrecan and Brevican, and GABA main synthase glutamic acid decarboxylase 67(GAD67)in the mPFC were detected by Western blot. Results:The density of PNNs and the percentage of PNNs^(+)and PV^(+)neurons in total PV^(+)neurons in the mPFC in the model group were decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05);The expression levels of PNNs component proteins Aggrecan and Brevican, and GABA main synthase GAD67 were also decreased in the model group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The levels of PNNs and GABA synthase GAD67 in the mPFC of rats were decreased after chronic unpredictable mild stress. | Yu-Xin Zhang Cong Gai Hao-Jie Ma Cui-Cui Cheng Jin-Kun Zhang Lu-Ping Yang Wan-Di Feng Meng-Qi Zhou Hai-Hong Zhao Die Hu Hong-Mei Sun | 2021 | Journal of Hainan Medical University2021,27,4: | 0
Enzymatically prepared alginate oligosaccharides improve broiler chicken growth performance by modulating the gut microbiota and growth hormone signals显示文摘Background Alginate oligosaccharide(AOS)holds great potential as a novel feed supplement in farm animals. However, the effects of AOS on chicken health and the underlying mechanisms are not fully understood. This study aimed to optimize the enzymatic preparation of AOS by using bacterial alginate lyases expressed in yeast, investigate the effects of the prepared AOS on the growth performance and gut health of broiler chickens, and reveal the underlying mechanisms. Results Five alginate lyases from bacteria were cloned into Pichia pastoris GS115 and the alginate lyase PDE9 was expressed at relatively high yield, activity and stability in P.pastoris.Animal trials were carried out using 3201-day-old male Arbor Acres broilers(four groups;8 replicates/group×10 chicks/replicate)receiving either a basal diet or the same diet supplemented with 100,200 and 400 mg/kg PDE9-prepared AOS for 42 d.The results showed that dietary supplementation of 200 mg/kg AOS displayed the highest activity in promoting the birds’ADG and ADFI(P<0.05).AOS ameliorated the intestinal morphology, absorption function and barrier function,as indicated by the enhanced(P<0.05)intestinal villus height, maltase activity, and the expression of PEPT,SGLT1,ZNT1,and occludin.AOS also increased serum insulin-like growth factor-1,ghrelin(P<0.05),and growth hormone(P<0.1).Moreover,the concentrations of acetate, isobutyrate, isovalerate, valerate, and total SCFAs in cecum of birds fed AOS were significantly higher than the control birds(P<0.05).Metagenomic analysis indicated that AOS modulated the chicken gut microbiota structure, function, and microbial interactions and promoted the growth of SCFAs-producing bacteria, for example,Dorea sp.002160985;SCFAs,especially acetate, were found positively correlated with the chicken growth performance and growth-related hormone signals(P<0.05).We further verified that AOS can be utilized by Dorea sp.to grow and to produce acetate in vitro. Conclusions We demonstrated that the enzymatically produced AOS effectively promoted broiler chicken growth performance by modulating the chicken gut microbiota structure and function. For the first time,we established the connections among AOS,chicken gut microbiota/SCFAs,growth hormone signals and chicken growth performance. | A La Teng Zhu La Yuqing Feng Die Hu Yimei Feng Xiaolu Jin Dan Liu Yuming Guo Gong Cheng Yongfei Hu | 2023 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2023,14,5: | 0
Nucleolin promotes tumor growth in colorectal cancer by enhancing hnRNPA1-mediated PKM2 alternative splicing显示文摘Emerging evidence indicates that metabolism reprogramming plays an important role in cancer progression.RNAbinding protein nucleolin(NCL)was reported to function as an important oncogenic factor in multiple cancer types. However, the role and mechanism of NCL in cancer metabolism are unknown. In this study,we found that NCL directly interacted with hnRNPA1 and promoted CRC cell proliferation by enhancing aerobic glycolysis.Mechanistically,NCL bound PKM pre-mRNA and increased hnRNPA1-mediated PKM alternative splicing, resulting in increased PKM2 expression and tumor growth.A seed-mediated growth approach was used to synthesize gold nanostars(GNS),which were further modified with aptamer AS1411(an NCL ligand),GE11(an EGFR ligand),and nuclear localization signal to obtain functionalized nanoparticles(GNSAS1411-GE11).GNS-AS1411-GE11 efficiently enter the nucleus of CRC cells and blocked the glycolysis-promoting effects of NCL,inhibiting the growth of CRC xenograft.Targeting NCL is a promising strategy for treating CRC. | Xue Wang Han Cheng Die Hu Ying Chen Waseem Hassan Jing Zhao Jiuming Li Zhaohui Huang | 2023 | Genes & Diseases2023,10,6: | 0
