1Physical Processes in Barrier Discharge Lamp Working in He/D2O Mixture显示文摘This paper presents both results of a numerical modeling and an experimental study of the influence of various parameters on the radiation characteristics of barrier discharge lamp working in He/D2O mixture.It is obtained that the intensity of ultraviolet radiation is a non-monotonic function of both the water and the helium pressures.The experimental results also show that the increase of both the discharge voltage and the discharge pulse frequency leads to the increase of radiation intensity.The comparison between the experimentally obtained data and the results of numerical modeling allows us to define the mechanism controlling the ultraviolet radiation in He/D2O mixture at various parameters.Dmitry Levko Alexandr Shuaibov Alexandr Minya Roksolana Gritzak Zoltan Gomoki 2013高电压技术2013,39,9:0
2Influence of field emission on microwave microdischarges显示文摘An instability in the stable operation of microdischarges sustained at microwave frequencies,is investigated by a self-consistent one-dimensional particle-in-cell Monte Carlo collisions model.The instability is caused by the field electron emission from electrodes and is triggered by the high electric fields at the sheaths in a dense microplasma.For an operating frequency of 9 GHz,and electrode gap of 60μm,the field emission(FE)is not active at the breakdown voltage.However,once a stable dense plasma is produced post-breakdown,a strong sheath results in an electrode electric fields that exceed the threshold for FE causing a runaway in the electron generation in the plasma.Dmitry Levko Laxminarayan L.Raja 2016High Voltage2016,1,1:0
