2东亚地区土壤湿度次季节-季节模式预测技巧评估(英文)显示文摘利用次季节-季节(S2S)预测计划的五个数值模式历史回报,评估了东亚5~9月土壤湿度的模式预测技巧。发现在中国南方和东北,多数S2S模式对土壤湿度的有效预测可提前5~10天;在我国青藏高原和西北地区,仅有欧洲中心模式的有效预测能提前20天左右。一般来说,土壤湿润区的预测技巧好于干燥区,多数模式在9月的预测技巧高于其余月份。然而,模式间的预测技巧还存在较大的差异。此外,厄尔尼诺-南方涛动对土壤湿度的S2S技巧也具有一定的影响,当发生厄尔尼诺(拉尼娜)事件时,我国东部的土壤湿度预测技巧偏高(低)。与大气变量相比,土壤湿度的预测技巧明显偏低,说明陆面过程的次季节预测还有待进一步的提高。ZHU Hanchen CHEN Haishan ZHOU Yang DONG Xuan 2019Atmospheric and Oceanic Science Letters2019,12,6:3

5再分析资料和CESM模式模拟的表层土壤湿度次季节变率显示文摘利用欧洲中心(ERA-Interim)和美国气候预测系统(CFSR)再分析资料,结合地球系统模式CESM的模拟结果,考察了1979–2016年全球表层土壤湿度次季节变率的基本特征。在各个季节和所有资料中,土壤湿度均有明显的次季节变率,且有明显的区域和季节性差异。在中国东部、北美、南非、澳大利亚的夏季,土壤湿度有较大的次季节方差,CFSR和CESM中的土壤湿度变率强于ERA-Interim。通过谱分析,发现中国东部和南非的土壤湿度主要为10–30天的周期,北美和澳大利亚的土壤湿度同时具有10–30天和30–50天的周期。WANG Yudan CHEN Haishan ZHOU Yang DONG Xuan ZHU Siguang 2020Atmospheric and Oceanic Science Letters2020,13,1:1
6Impact of Antecedent Soil Moisture Anomalies over the Indo-China Peninsula on the Super Meiyu Event in 2020显示文摘In the summer of 2020,a super Meiyu event occurred in the Yangtze River basin(YRB),causing enormous economic losses and human casualties.Recent studies have investigated the possible causes of this super Meiyu event from the perspective of anomalous atmospheric circulation activities and sea surface temperature(SST)anomalies;however,the influence of land surface processes has not garnered considerable attention.This study investigates the possible contributions of land surface processes to this extreme event based on observational analysis and numerical simulations,and shows that antecedent soil moisture(SM)anomalies over the Indo-China Peninsula(ICP)may have had a vital influence on the super Meiyu in 2020.Negative SM anomalies in May over the ICP increased the surface temperature and sensible heat flux.The“memory”of soil allowed the anomalies to persist into the Meiyu period.The heating of the lower atmosphere by the surface strengthened the western Pacific subtropical high,which caused an anomalous anticyclone from the ICP to Northwest Pacific and thus enhanced the southwesterly winds and vertical motion over the YRB.Consequently,the water vapor flux and convergence were strengthened.Sensitivity experiments based on the Weather Research and Forecasting(WRF)model further confirmed the results of observational analysis and indicated that the warm air heated by the ICP surface significantly warmed the lower troposphere from the ICP to Northwest Pacific under the influence of the background wind,thus increasing the geopotential height and inducing an anticyclone.The results of the sensitivity experiments showed that the SM anomalies in May over the ICP increased the precipitation by 10.6%from June to July over the YRB.These findings can improve our understanding of the mechanism of the super Meiyu event in 2020 and facilitate the prediction of extreme Meiyu events.Yinshuo Dong Haishan Chen Xuan Dong 2023Journal of Meteorological Research2023,37,2:1

8Novel computer-assisted approach to quick prediction and optimization of gradient separation for online enrichment-reversed phase liquid chromatography tandem system显示文摘An algorithm capable of predicting and optimizing the gradient separation of LC×LC system was developed in this paper.Two groups of structural analogues,five ginsenosides as well as eight bisphenols,which were difficult to discriminate in routine analysis,were used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm in fast separation optimization.Average errors of retention times below 1%were found in the retention prediction for all types of gradient programs,implying that the theory could lead to high quality in prediction of the retention times under gradients elution.Meanwhile,84%of relative average deviations(RADs)between the predicted peak width and the measured ones were less than 20%.The larger deviation occurred at the time when the peak appeared while the gradient of the mobile phase changed,which led the deviations increased to 20%–42%.In all,method development and optimization for LC×LC tandem system was realized by the homemade user-friendly software.The present protocol may turn on great opportunities for the convenient method development in analysis of trace structural analogues in environmental,food and biological samples.Shuying Han Yilin Song Xinyi Jiang Junqin Qiao An Kang Haishan Deng Dong Zhu Rui Liu Hongzhen Lian 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,9:0
9Pressure stimulated current in progressive failure process of combined coal-rock under uniaxial compression:Response and mechanism显示文摘Effective monitoring of the structural health of combined coal-rock under complex geological conditions by pressure stimulated currents(PSCs)has great potential for the understanding of dynamic disasters in underground engineering.To reveal the effect of this way,the uniaxial compression experiments with PSC monitoring were conducted on three types of coal-rock combination samples with different strength combinations.The mechanism explanation of PSCs are investigated by resistivity test,atomic force microscopy(AFM)and computed tomography(CT)methods,and a PSC flow model based on progressive failure process is proposed.The influence of strength combinations on PSCs in the progressive failure process are emphasized.The results show the PSC responses between rock part,coal part and the two components are different,which are affected by multi-scale fracture characteristics and electrical properties.As the rock strength decreases,the progressive failure process changes obviously with the influence range of interface constraint effect decreasing,resulting in the different responses of PSC strength and direction in different parts to fracture behaviors.The PSC flow model is initially validated by the relationship between the accumulated charges of different parts.The results are expected to provide a new reference and method for mining design and roadway quality assessment.Tiancheng Shan Zhonghui Li Xin Zhang Haishan Jia Xiaoran Wang Enyuan Wang Yue Niu Dong Chen Weichen Sun Dongming Wang 2024International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2024,34,2:0
10Roles of effective stabilizers in improving oral bioavailability of naringenin nanocrystals:Maintenance of supersaturation generated upon dissolution by inhibition of drug dimerization显示文摘Nanocrystals(NCs),a colloidal dispersion system formulated with stabilizers,have attracted widespread interest due to their ability to effectively improve the oral bioavailability of poorly water-soluble drugs.The stabilizer plays a key role because it can affect the physical stability and even the oral bioavailability of NCs.However,how stabilizers affect the bioavailability of NCs remains unknown.In this study,F68,F127,HPMC,and PVP were each used as a stabilizer to formulate naringenin NCs.The NCs formulated with PVP exhibited excellent release behaviors,cellular uptake,permeability,oral bioavailability,and anti-inflammatory effects.The underlying mechanism is that PVP effectively inhibits the formation of naringenin dimer,which in turn improves the physical stability of the supersaturated solution generated when NC is dissolved.This finding provides insights into the effects of stabilizers on the in vivo performances of NCs and supplies valuable knowledge for the development of poorly water-soluble drugs.Guangshuai Zhang Haishan Guan Jianfeng Li Mo Li Xiaofan Sui Baocheng Tian Huiming Dong Bingyang Liu Zhonggui He Ning Li Mingming Zhao Qiang Fu 2022Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2022,17,5:0
