| 1 | Aggregator-based demand response mechanism for electric vehicles participating in peak regulation in valley time of receiving-end power grid显示文摘With the increase in the power receiving proportion and an insufficient peak regulation capacity of the local units, the receiving-end power grid struggles to achieve peak regulation in valley time. To solve this problem while considering the potential of the large-scale charge load of electric vehicles(EVs), an aggregator-based demand response(DR) mechanism for EVs that are participating in the peak regulation in valley time is proposed in this study. In this aggregator-based DR mechanism, the profits for the power grid’s operation and the participation willingness of the EV owners are considered. Based on the characteristics of the EV charging process and the day-ahead unit generation scheduling, a rolling unit commitment model with the DR is established to maximize the social welfare. In addition, to improve the efficiency of the optimization problem solving process and to achieve communication between the independent system operator(ISO) and the aggregators, the clustering algorithm is utilized to extract typical EV charging patterns. | 2 | Delayed Fracture Behavior of CrMo-Type High Strength Steel Containing Titanium显示文摘The delayed fracture behaviors of CrMo-type high strength steels containing different amount of titanium (0 to 0. 10%) were studied. The steels were quenched at 880 ℃ and tempered from 400 ℃ to 650 ℃, and a wide range of tensile strength was obtained. The sustained load tensile test was carried out by using notched tensile specimens in Walpole solution. The experimental results showed that with higher strength, the Ti-microalloyed steels show higher resistance to delayed fracture compared with non-microalloyed steel due to titanium beneficial role and microstructure changes. The undissolved TiC is uniformly distributed as strong hydrogen traps, retarding or preventing the diffusion and accumulation of hydrogen to lower-interaction energy sites, such as prior austenite and martensite lath boundaries in stress concentration area. Meanwhile, the grain refining effect of titanium is also an important factor to improve the delayed fracture resistance of Ti-microalloyed steels. | 3 | Delayed Fracture Behavior of CrMo Type High Strength Steel Containing Vanadium显示文摘The effect of microalloying element vanadium on hydrogen-induced delayed fracture behavior of quenched and tempered low alloy CrMo type steel in Walpole aqueous solution was investigated. The sustained load tensile test was carried out by using notched tensile specimens. The experimental results show that the suitable addition of vanadium is effective in improving delayed fracture resistance. The finely dispersed precipitation of vanadium carbide causes a significant secondary hardening, so the tempering temperature of steel containing vanadium is higher than that of the base steel at the same strength level. This homogeneously distributed carbide acts as strong hydrogen trap, thus retards the diffusion and accumulation of hydrogen and avoids the entering of hydrogen into stress concentration site. These beneficial effects of vanadium carbide are the main reasons for the improvement of delayed fracture resistance of steel containing vanadium.
