| 1 | Structure and photocatalytic properties of TiO_2-Graphene Oxide intercalated composite显示文摘TiO2-Graphene Oxide intercalated composite (TiO2-Graphene Oxide) has been successfully prepared at low temperature (80°C) with graphite oxide (GO) and titanium sulfate (Ti(SO4)2) as initial reactants.GO was firstly exfoliated by NaOH and formed single and multi-layered graphite oxide mixture which can be defined as graphene oxide,[TiO]2+ induced by the hydrolysis of Ti(SO4)2 diffused into graphene oxide interlayer by electrostatic attraction.The nucleation and growth of TiO2 crystallites took place at low temperature and TiO2-Graphene Oxide composite was successfully synthesized.Furthermore,the photocatalytic properties of TiO2-Graphene Oxide under the irradiation of UV light were also studied.The results show that the degradation rate of methyl orange is 1.16 mg min-1 g-1(refer to the efficiency of the initial 15 min).Compared with P25 powder,this kind of intercalation composite owns much better efficiency.On the other hand,the reusable properties and stable properties of TiO2-Graphene Oxide intercalated composite are also discussed in this paper.At last,crystalline structure,interface status,thermal properties and microscopic structure of TiO2-Graphene Oxide were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS),thermogravimetric analysis (TGA),field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and high-resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy (HRTEM).Also,we have analyzed major influencing factors and mechanism of the composite structures which evidently improve the photocatalytic properties. | ZHANG Qiong HE YunQiu CHEN XiaoGang HU DongHu LI LinJiang YIN Ting JI LingLi | 2011 | Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,3: | 14 |
| 2 | Orthogonal M-ary code shift keying spread spectrum underwater acoustic communication显示文摘M-ary and code shift keying(CSK)spread spectrum is generally applied to overcoming the spreading gain versus data rate limitation in underwater acoustic(UWA)communications.In addition,the concept of orthogonal M-ary CSK is introduced to UWA communication to gain higher rates.We propose a scheme employing dual-orthogonal-channel M-ary and CSK spread spectrum UWA communication based on Gold sequences owing large code set and good self and cross correlation.The modulation and demodulation scheme of the orthogonal M-ary CSK is derived algebraically and the factors critical to its performance are discussed.Furthermore,its bit error rate(BER)curve is evaluated via simulations and compared with the dual-channel M-ary CSK.Finally,the validity of the simulations is verified in tank experiments.1096.8 bps data rate of the proposed communication scheme is realized for 10 kbits data volume with no error.Overall through deduction,numerical simulation,and experiment,it is shown that the proposed method offers significantly improved performance. | YU Yang ZHOU Feng QIAO Gang NIE Donghu | 2014 | Chinese Journal of Acoustics2014,33,3: | 6 |
| 3 | Construction of human liver cancer vascular endothelium cDNA expression library and screening of the endothelium-associated antigen genes显示文摘AIM: To gain tumor endothelium associated antigen genes from human liver cancer vascular endothelial cells (HLCVECs)cDNA expression library, so as to find some new possible targets for the diagnosis and therapy of liver tumor.METHODS: HLCVECs were isolated and purified from a fresh hepatocellular carcinoma tissue sample, and were cultured and proliferated in vitro. A cDNA expression library was constructed with the mRNA extracted from HLCVECs.Anti-sera were prepared from immunized BALB/c mice through subcutaneous injection with high dose of fixed HLCVECs, and were then tested for their specificity against HLCVECs and angiogenic effects in vitro, such as inhibiting proliferation and inducing apoptosis of tumor endothelial cells, using immunocytochemistry, immunofluorescence,cell cycle analysis and M-I-l- assays, etc. The identified xenogeneic sera from immunized mice were employed to screen the library of HLCVECs by modified serological analyses of recombinant cDNA expression libraries (SEREX).The positive clones were sequenced and analyzed by bioinformatics.RESULTS: The primary cDNA library consisted of 2×10^6 recombinants. Thirty-six positive clones were obtained from 6× 10^5 independent dones by immunoscreening. Bio-informatics analysis of cDNA sequences indicated that 36 positive clones represented 18 different genes. Among them, 3 were new genes previously unreported, 2 of which were hypothetical genes. The other 15 were already known ones. Series analysis of gene expression (SAGE) database showed that ERP70,GRP58, GAPDH, SSB, $100A6, BMP-6, DVS27, HSP70 and NAC alpha in these genes were associated with endothelium and angiogenesis, but their effects on HLCVECs were still unclear. GAPDH, $100A6, BMP-6 and hsp70 were identified by SEREX in other tumor cDNA expression libraries.CONCLUSION: By screening of HLCVECs cDNA expression library using sera from immunized mice with HLCVECs,the functional genes associated with tumor endothelium or angiogenesis were identified. The modified SEREX,xenogeneic functional serum screening, was demonstrated to be effective for isolation and identification of antigen genes of tumor endothelium, and also for other tumor cell antigen genes. | 4 | Hepatic Histopathological Characteristics and Antioxidant Response of Phytoplanktivorous Silver Carp Intraperitoneally Injected with Extracted Microcystins显示文摘Objective To investigate the hispathological characteristics and antioxidant responses in liver of silver carp after intraperitoneal administration of microcystins (MCs) for further understanding hepatic intoxication and antioxidation mechanism in fish. Methods Phytoplanktivorous silver carp was injected intraperitoneally (i.p.) with extracted hepatotoxic microcystins (mainly MC-RR and -LR) at a dose of 1000 μg MC-LReq./kg body weight, and liver histopathological changes and antioxidant responses were studied at 1, 3, 12, 24, and 48 h, respectively, after injection. Results The damage to liver structure and the activities of hepatic antioxidant enzymes including catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD), and glutathione peroxide (GPX) were increased in a time-dependent manner. Conclusion In terms of clinical and histological signs of intoxication and LD50 (i.p.) dose of MC-LR, silver carp appears rather resistant to MCs exposure than other fishes. | 19 | Performance of highly flexible sub-cable for REBCO Cable-In-Conduit conductor at 5.8 T applied field显示文摘Due to the high current capability and excellent flexibility,High Flexible REBCO Cables(HFRC)have emerged as an important candidate for composite high‐temperature superconducting conductors.The REBCO six around one Cable‐In‐Conduit Conductor(CICC)concept has been designed for application in the Central Solenoid(CS)coil of the China Fusion Engineering Test Reactor.In the application of fusion devices,the performance of CICC under electromagnetic(EM)loading and thermal stress is very important for reliable and economic operation.Therefore,a 1.22 m long sub‐cable with HFRC design for CICC was manufactured and tested at 4.2 K in a background magnetic field up to 5.8 T.The aim is to investigate the stability of the current‐carrying properties of the HFRC cable under electromagnetic and thermal cyclic loading.The test results show that the critical current(I_(c))of the HFRC cable reached 17.3 kA in a background magnetic field of 5.8 T at 4.2 K.Furthermore,no performance degradation was observed after 24 cycles of 80 kN/m peak load with a background field of 5.8 T and 8 warm‐up‐cool‐down cycles between 77 K and room temperature.The test results provide a good basis for the development of full‐size conductors in future magnet applications. | Guanyu Xiao Huan Jin Chao Zhou Hongjun Ma Donghu Wang Fang Liu Huajun Liu Arend Nijhuis Arnaud Devred | 2022 | Superconductivity2022,,3: | 0 |
