| 2 | Noninvasive in vivo study of NADH fluorescence and its real-time intrinsic dynamical changes: Experiments and seven-layered skin model Monte Carlo simulations显示文摘Reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NADH)plays a crucial role in many biochemical reactions in human metabolism.In this work,a flow-mediated skin fluorescence(FMSF)-postocclusion reactive hyperaemia(PORH)system was developed for noninvasive and in vivo measurement of NADH fluorescence and its real-time dynamical changes in human skin tissue.The real-time dynamical changes of NADH fluorescence were analyzed with the changes of skin blood flow measured by laser speckle contrast imaging(LSCI)experiments simultaneously with FMSFPORH measurements,which suggests that the dynamical changes of NADH fluorescence would be mainly correlated with the intrinsic changes of NADH level in the skin tissue.In addition,Monte Carlo simulations were applied to understand the impact of optical property changes on the dynamical changes of NADH fluorescence during the PORH process,which further supports that the dynamical changes of NADH fluorescence measured in our system would be intrinsic changes of NADH level in the skin tissue. | Huayi Hou Gongzhi Du Yuancheng Wang Chunping Su Lianbo Guo Xiangbai Chen | 2022 | Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2022，15，3： | 0 |
| 3 | The Moderating Effect of Organizational Identification on Occupational Stress and Insomnia Among Nurses显示文摘Objective:To explore the relationship between organizational identification,occupational stress,and insomnia among nurses and to analyze the moderating role of organizational identification between occupational stress and insomnia.Methods:Through stratified sampling,720 nurses working in a tertiary A-level hospital in Shandong Province from March to May 2021 were surveyed using an effort-reward imbalance questionnaire,an organizational identification questionnaire,and the Athens Insomnia scale.Results:Organizational identification was negatively correlated with occupational stress and insomnia(r_(1)=-0.121,P_(1)<0.01;r_(2)=-0.144,P_(2)<0.01).Occupational stress was positively correlated with insomnia(r=0.379,P<0.01).Organizational identity significantly moderated nurses’occupational stress and insomnia(β=-0.192,t=-2.558,P<0.05).Conclusion:Occupational stress and organizational identification can predict insomnia.Organizational identification could negatively mediate the relationship between occupational stress and insomnia.Improving organizational identification may help alleviate insomnia symptoms by relieving occupational stress. | Jing Wang Haiyun Gai Chunping Ni Juan Du Shanshan Li Huihui Yu | 2024 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2024，8，1： | 0 |
| 4 | Numerical Simulation Study on Wear of Spur Gears under Dynamic Conditions显示文摘A numerical simulation model is proposed to predict the wear depth of gears,where Archard's wear equation and a nonlinear dynamic model are combined to establish a wear calculation model under dynamic conditions.The dynamic meshing force,determined by the non-linear dynamic model,and the sliding coefficient are used by Archard's wear equation to calculate the surface wear.Then the dynamic meshing force and sliding coefficient would be recalculated according to the surface wear state.After repeated iterations,the simulation results show that the peak and fluctuation of the meshing force increase first,then decrease,and eventually maintain stability during the process of wear.As for the distribution of wear depth,its fluctuation also increases first and then declines.Finally,the distribution of wear depth becomes V-shaped.Comparing the trends of the two factors,it is clear that the meshing force and wear depth are closely related.Moreover,the wear rate maintains a higher constant value first and then declines to a lower constant value. | Changsong Zheng Zhouli Zhang Chunping He Weipeng Lou Huizhu Li Qiu Du | 2019 | Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology2019，28，1： | 0 |
