| 4 | Pore throat characteristics of tight sandstone of Yanchang Formation in eastern Gansu,Ordos Basin显示文摘An important factor to evaluate reservoir quality is the pore-throat size.However,the strong heterogeneity makes it difficult to characterize the pore-throat distribution in tight reservoirs.The field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM),high pressure mercury injection and rate-controlled mercury injection are used to investigate the pore-throat size distribution in tight sandstone reservoirs of Member 7 of the Yanchang Formation in eastern Gansu,Ordos Basin,and studies of the pore throat size controlling on physical property of the tight sandstone reservoirs are also carried out.The result shows that the pore type is mainly dominated by the residual intergranular pore,dissolution pore,micropore and a few micro-fractures;the high-pressure mercury injection experiment indicates that the pore-throat size ranges from 0.0148 μm to 40mm,the pore throat more than 1 mm is less;the ratecontrolled mercury injection experiment reveals that for samples with different physical properties,the pore radius mainly varies from 80 μm to 350 μm;the throat radius exhibits the strong heterogeneity,and is from 0.12 μm to 30μm;the pore-throat size can be effectively characterized by combination of high-pressure and rate-controlled mercury injections,and it varies from 0.0148 μm to 350 μm.The permeability is mainly controlled by the large pore throat(>R_(50))which accounts for a small proportion;in the tight sandstone with the permeability greater than 0.1 mD,the permeability is mainly controlled by the micropore and mesopore;in the tight sandstone with the permeability smaller than 0.1 mD,the permeability is mainly controlled by the nanopore and micropore;the proportion of small pore throat increases with reduction of permeability,it is important that the small pore throat influences the reservoir storage property though its effect on permeability are small. | Hao Wu Chunlin Zhang Youliang Ji Rui'e Liu Shang Cao Sheng Chen Yunzhao Zhang Ye Wang Wei Du Gang Liu | 2018 | Petroleum Research2018，3，1： | 7 |

| 6 | Plasma and platelet serotonin levels in patients with liver cirrhosis显示文摘AIM: To analyze the relationship between plasma and platelet serotonin levels and the degree of liver insufficiency. METHODS: The prospective study included 30 patients with liver cirrhosis and 30 healthy controls. The degree of liver failure was assessed according to the Child-Pugh classification. Platelet and platelet poor plasma serotonin levels were determined. RESULTS: The mean plasma serotonin level was higher in liver cirrhosis patients than in healthy subjects (215.0 ± 26.1 vs 63.1 ± 18.1 nmol/L; P < 0.0001). The mean platelet serotonin content was not significantly different in patients with liver cirrhosis compared with healthy individuals (4.8 ± 0.6; 4.2 ± 0.3 nmol/platelet; P > 0.05). Plasma serotonin levels were significantly higher in Child- Pugh grade A/B than in grade C patients (246.8 ± 35.0 vs 132.3 ± 30.7 nmol/L; P < 0.05). However, platelet serotonin content was not significantly different between Child-Pugh grade C and grade A/B (4.6 ± 0.7 vs 5.2 ± 0.8 nmol/platelet; P > 0.05). CONCLUSION: Plasma serotonin levels are significantly higher in patients with cirrhosis than in the controls and represent the degree of liver insufficiency. | 8 | Rates and risk factors for suicidal ideation,suicide attempts and suicide deaths in persons with HIV:a systematic review and meta-analysis显示文摘Background People living with HIV/AIDS(PLWHA)must contend with a significant burden of disease.However,current studies of this demographic have yielded wide variations in the incidence of suicidality(defined as suicidal ideation,suicide attempt and suicide deaths).Aims This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to assess the lifetime incidence and prevalence of suicidality in PLWHA.Methods Publications were identified from PubMed(MEDLINE),SCOPUS,OVID(MEDLINE),Joanna Briggs Institute EBP and Cochrane Library databases(from inception to before 1 February 2020).The search strategy included a combination of Medical Subject Headings associated with suicide and HIV.Researchers independently screened records,extracted outcome measures and assessed study quality.Data were pooled using a random-effects model.Subgroup and meta-regression analyses were conducted to explore the associated risk factors and to identify the sources of heterogeneity.Main outcomes were lifetime incidence of suicide completion and lifetime incidence and prevalence of suicidal ideation and suicide attempt.Results A total of 185199 PLWHA were identified from 40 studies(12 cohorts,27 cross-sectional and 1 nested case-control).The overall incidence of suicide completion in PLWHA was 10.2/1000 persons(95%CI:4.5 to 23.1),translating to 100-fold higher suicide deaths than the global general population rate of 0.11/1000 persons.The lifetime prevalence of suicide attempts was 158.3/1000 persons(95%CI:106.9 to 228.2)and of suicidal ideation was 228.3/1000 persons(95%CI:150.8 to 330.1).Meta-regression revealed that for every 10-percentage point increase in the proportion of people living with HIV with advanced disease(AIDS),the risk of suicide completion increased by 34 per 1000 persons.The quality of evidence by Grading of Recommendations,Assessment,Development and Evaluations for the suicide deaths was graded as‘moderate’quality.Conclusions The risk of suicide death is 100-fold higher in people living with HIV than in the general population.Lifetime incidence of suicidal ideation and attempts are substantially high.Suicide risk assessments should be a priority in PLWHA,especially for those with more advanced disease. | Matt Pelton Matt Ciarletta Holly Wisnousky Nicholas Lazzara Monica Manglani Djibril M Ba Vernon M Chinchillli Ping Du Anna E Ssentongo Paddy Ssentongo | 2021 | General Psychiatry2021，34，2： | 3 |
| 9 | Stem cells for cardiac repair: an introduction显示文摘Cardiovascular disease is a major cause of morbidity and mortality throughout the world. Most cardiovascular diseases, such as ischemic heart disease and cardiomyopathy, are associated with loss of functional cardiomyocytes. Unfortunately, the heart has a limited regenerative capacity and is not able to replace these cardiomyocytes once lost. In recent years, stem cells have been put forward as a potential source for cardiac regeneration. Pre-clinical studies that use stem cell-derived cardiac cells show promising results. The mechanisms,though, are not well understood, results have been variable, sometimes transient in the long term, and often without a mechanistic explanation.There are still severalmajor hurdles to be taken. Stem cell-derived cardiac cells should resemble original cardiac cell types and be able to integrate in the damaged heart. Integration requires administration of stem cell-derived cardiac cells at the right time using the right mode of delivery. Once delivered, transplanted cells need vascularization, electrophysiological coupling with the injured heart, and prevention of immunological rejection. Finally, stem cell therapy needs to be safe, reproducible, and affordable.
