| 1 | Research on the Different Frequencies of Transcutaneous Electrical Acupoint Stimulation for Postpartum Pelvic Girdle Pain显示文摘Objective:To observe the clinical effect of different frequencies of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation in treating postpartum pelvic girdle pain and promoting postpartum rehabilitation.Methods:From January to September 2022,300 patients with pelvic girdle pain after spontaneous delivery in a hospital in Shaanxi Province were selected and randomly divided into three groups,low frequency,high frequency,and alternating frequency,with 100 cases in each group.In addition to routine postpartum care and psychological counseling,the three groups received transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation at low-frequency(2 Hz,)high-frequency(100 Hz),and alternating frequency(2/100 Hz),respectively.The differences in initial pain,pain scores before and after treatment,satisfaction with analgesic effect,and postpartum rehabilitation effect were evaluated among the three groups of patients.Results:There was a significant correlation between maternal age and postpartum pelvic girdle pain(P<0.001),but no correlation was observed between newborn birth weight and postpartum pelvic girdle pain(P>0.05).After 1d/2d of treatment,the pain scores and rehabilitation effect of patients in the alternating-frequency group and low-frequency group were significantly better than those in the high-frequency group,and the postpartum curative effect of patients in the alternating-frequency group was the best,followed by the low-frequency group,and the high-frequency group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Among the three groups,the alternating-frequency group had the highest satisfaction with the analgesic effect and the highest rate of selecting the same analgesic regimen the next time;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation at different frequencies is safe and effective in treating postpartum pelvic girdle pain and beneficial to postpartum rehabilitation.Sparse-dense wave stimulation is effective in treating postpartum pelvic girdle pain.It has the best effect in promoting postpartum rehabilitation and the highest patient satisfaction.Therefore,its application in clinical practice is highly recommended. | Chunrong Yang Feng Yuan Yanni Wang Duomei Ren | 2023 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2023，7，2： | 0 |
| 2 | Observations on the Effectiveness of Internet+ Nursing Practice in Promoting Exclusive Breastfeeding显示文摘Objective:To analyze the effect of Internet+nursing practice to promote exclusive breastfeeding.Methods:60 new mothers were selected from our hospital between February 2021 and February 2022,randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group.Conventional care was given to the control group and the Internet+care was given to the observation group.The healing of perineal wounds,breastfeeding rate as well as the nursing satisfaction of both groups were compared with each other.Results:The perineal wound healing rate was 100.00%in the observation group and 83.33%in the control group,the healing rate was higher in the observation group(P<0.05).80.00%,with higher nursing satisfaction in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Internet+nursing guidance during the perinatal care of mothers can improve the success rate of breastfeeding and achieve higher nursing satisfaction. | Duomei Ren Pei Zhang Lei Han Yudan Ma Chunrong Yang | 2022 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2022，6，5： | 0 |
| 3 | Effect of Case Management for Patients with Gestational Diabetes显示文摘Objective:To explore the effect of allocating case managers for gestational diabetes patients.Methods:200 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus from December 2021 to December 2022 were included in this study,and the collection period.They were divided into groups according to the interventions received.Each patient in the observation group was managed by a case manager,while the control group were managed with conventional methods without the supervision of a case manager.There were 100 cases in each group,and the curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The re-admission rate of patients due to poor blood sugar control in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy outcome of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Case management of gestational diabetes can not only control the blood glucose of pregnant women,but also improve pregnancy outcomes. | Yanni Wang Duomei Ren Shue Wang Chunrong Yang Meirong Wang | 2023 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2023，7，4： | 0 |
| 4 | Study on the Effectiveness of the Application of Perineal Wound Model in Teaching Midwife Interns显示文摘Objective:To discuss and analyze the effectiveness of the application of perineal wound model in teaching midwife interns.Methods:The research subjects in this study were 40 midwife interns who enrolled in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022,which were divided into a control group(consisted of 20 interns,taught with the conventional method)and a research group(consisted of 20 participants,taught with the perineal wound model)using the random number table method.The outcomes of these two groups were compared.Results:The examination results of the research group were better than control group(P<0.05);the interns of the research group were more satisfied towards the teaching method compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the perineal wound model in teaching midwife interns could effectively improve their examination achievements and teaching satisfaction,which brings a significant clinical value. | Chunrong Yang Lili Zhang Duomei Ren Meirong Tian | 2023 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2023，7，3： | 0 |
