1Glass crystallization making red phosphor for high-power warm white lighting显示文摘Rapid development of solid-state lighting technology requires new materials with highly efficient and stable luminescence,and especially relies on blue light pumped red phosphors for improved light quality.Herein,we discovered an unprecedented red-emitting Mg_(2)AI_(4)Si_(5)0_(18):Eu^(2+)composite phosphor(λex=450 nm,λem=620 nm)via the crystallization of MgO-AI_(2)O_(3)-Sio_(2) aluminosilicate glass.Combined experimental measurement and first-principles calculations verify that Eu^(2+)dopants insert at the vacant channel of Mg_(2)AI_(4)Si_(5)0_(18)crystal with six-fold coordination responsible for the peculiar red emission.Importantly,the resulting phosphor exhibits high internal/external quantum efficiency of 94.5/70.6%,and stable emission against thermal quenching,which reaches industry production.The maximum luminous flux and luminous efficiency of the constructed laser driven red emitting device reaches as high as 274 Im and 54lm W^(-1),respectively.The combinations of extraordinary optical properties coupled with economically favorable and innovative preparation method indicate,that the Mg_(2)AI_(4)Si_(5)0_(18):Eu^(2+)composite phosphor will provide a significant step towards the development of high-power solid-state lighting.Tao Hu Lixin Ning Yan Gao Jianwei Qiao Enhai Song Zitao Chen Yayun Zhou Jing Wang Maxim S.Molokeev Xiaoxing Ke Zhiguo Xia Qinyuan Zhang 2021Light(Science & Applications)2021,10,4:2

6Progress on Heat Transfer in Fractures of Hot Dry Rock Enhanced Geothermal System显示文摘Hot Dry Rock(HDR)is the most potential renewable geothermal energy in the future.Enhanced Geothermal System(EGS)is the most effective method for the development and utilization of HDR resources,and fractures are the main flow channels and one of the most important conditions for studying heat transfer process of EGS.Therefore,the heat transfer process and the heat transfer mechanism in fractures of EGS have been the hot spots of research.Due to the particularity of the mathematical models of heat transfer,research in this field has been at an exploratory stage,and its methods are mainly experimental tests and numerical simulations.This paper introduces the progress on heat transfer in fractures of Hot Dry Rock EGS in detail,provides a comparative analysis of the research results and prospects for future research directions:It is suggested that relevant scholars should further study the mathematical equations which are applicable to engineering construction of seepage heat transfer in irregular fractures of the rock mass,the unsteady heat transfer process between multiple fractures of the rock mass and the heat transfer mechanism of the complex three-dimensional models of EGS.Yiya Wang Hailong Yu Shucheng Wu Li Liu Liuyang Huang Baozhong Zhu Yunlan Sun Enhai Liu 2021Energy Engineering2021,118,4:0
7Rapid single flux quantum pseudo random generator显示文摘The principles and characteristics of rapid single flux quantum (RSFQ) circ- uits are discussed. According to these theories, we have designed RSFQ inverter, XOR cell and shift registers relative to the pseudo random generator. Based on these cells, the RSFQ pseudo random generator is given. 10Analysis on Heterosis and Combining Ability of Main Agronomic Characteristics in Huang-Huai-Hai Summer Soybean显示文摘With 10 elite soybean varieties from Huang-Huai-Hai Valleys as materials,25 hybridization combinations were compounded based on NC II,and the heterosis and combining ability for the major agronomic characters in summer soybean was studied.The results showed that heterosis of agronomic traits of soybean was ubiquity,and the average heterosis of all characters showed positive advantages.The advantage of seed weight per plant,number of seeds per plant and number of pods per plant were the highest,at 35.58%,34.23%and 31.47%,respectively,and thus made a great contribution to yield heterosis.The general combining ability of Hedou 19,Handou 6,Shanning 14 and Williams 82 was relatively higher in seed weight per plant,number of seeds per plant and number of pods per plant,and they are quality parents for designing strong hybridization combinations.There were significant differences in special combining ability(SCA)among parents for the same trait in different combinations.Some showed positive effect,and others showed negative effects.We should select the best combination according to breeding objective in selecting and matching special elite combinations.Xinyang HUANG Enhai ZHAO Jing ZHOU Yanzheng ZHOU Yun ZHAO Xu YANG Jicun LI Suzhen LI 2022Agricultural Biotechnology2022,11,6:0
