1Wave control of a flexible space tether based on elastic metamaterials显示文摘This study proposes a spider‐web elastic metamaterial to suppress vibrations in space slender structures,such as flexible space tethers.The metamaterial consists of unit cells that are periodically distributed on the space tether to obtain band gaps.The finite element model of the unit cell is established by employing the absolute nodal coordinate formulation(ANCF)due to the large deformation of the structure.The eigenfrequencies and corresponding vibration modes of the unit cell are obtained by ANCF.Moreover,the band gap of the unit cell is calculated based on the phonon crystal theory.The relationship between the vibration modes and the band gaps is analyzed.Finally,an experiment is conducted to verify the vibration transmission characteristics of finite period cells.The results show the effectiveness of the spider‐web elastic metamaterial for vibration suppression of a flexible tether.This study provides insights into the use of elastic metamaterials for vibration isolation in space tether systems.Yexiong Huang Enmin Chen Jialiang Sun Dongping Jin 2023International Journal of Mechanical System Dynamics2023,3,1:1
2N-gram MalGAN:Evading machine learning detection via feature n-gram显示文摘In recent years,many adversarial malware examples with different feature strategies,especially GAN and its variants,have been introduced to handle the security threats,e.g.,evading the detection of machine learning detectors.However,these solutions still suffer from problems of complicated deployment or long running time.In this paper,we propose an n-gram MalGAN method to solve these problems.We borrow the idea of n-gram from the Natural Language Processing(NLP)area to expand feature sources for adversarial malware examples in MalGAN.Generally,the n-gram MalGAN obtains the feature vector directly from the hexadecimal bytecodes of the executable file.It can be implemented easily and conveniently with a simple program language(e.g.,C++),with no need for any prior knowledge of the executable file or any professional feature extraction tools.These features are functionally independent and thus can be added to the non-functional area of the malicious program to maintain its original executability.In this way,the n-gram could make the adversarial attack easier and more convenient.Experimental results show that the evasion rate of the n-gram MalGAN is at least 88.58%to attack different machine learning algorithms under an appropriate group rate,growing to even 100%for the Random Forest algorithm.Enmin Zhu Jianjie Zhang Jijie Yan Kongyang Chen Chongzhi Gao 2022Digital Communications and Networks2022,8,4:0
3The effect of a conductive polyaniline/carbon black composite on the performance of a semiconductive layer显示文摘In this study,conductive polyaniline(PANI)ribbons were introduced to a semi-conductive layer to improve the conductivity stability of the layer during thermal expansion and enhance its ability to inhibit charge injection into the insulating layer.To maximise the effect of PANI,PANI and carbon black(CB)were preformed into a uniformly dispersed composite,which was then added to the polymer matrix of the semiconductive layer.The experimental results show that the resistivity of the semi-conductive layer containing the PANI/CB composite is more stable during thermal expansion than that of the semiconductive layer only doped with CB.This is attributed to the conductive CB network being enhanced by the PANI ribbons.In addition,due to the unique conductivity mechanism and high dielectric constant of PANI,the semiconductive layer has a strong ability to inhibit space charge injection into the insulating layer.Enmin Wang Sheng Zhang Ciyao Wang Shumei Chen Chuncheng Hao Qingquan Lei 2022High Voltage2022,7,2:0
