1New approach to determine the priorities from interval fuzzy preference relations显示文摘An approach is proposed to solve the problem how to obtain the priorities from interval fuzzy preference relations. Firstly, another expression of interval numbers is given. Then, some basic definitions on consistency and weak transitivity of real and interval fuzzy preference relations are described. Based on these definitions, a two-phase process for determining the priorities from interval fuzzy preference relations is presented. 3Modeling CO_2 miscible flooding for enhanced oil recovery显示文摘The injection of fuel-generated CO2 into oil reservoirs will lead to two benefits in both enhanced oil recovery (EOR) and the reduction in atmospheric emission of CO2. To get an insight into CO2 miscible flooding performance in oil reservoirs, a multi-compositional non-isothermal CO2 miscible flooding mathematical model is developed. The convection and diffusion of CO2-hydrocarbon mixtures in multiphase fluids in reservoirs, mass transfer between CO2 and crude, and formation damages caused by asphaltene precipitation are fully considered in the model. The governing equations are discretized in space using the integral finite difference method. The Newton-Raphson iterative technique was used to solve the nonlinear equation systems of mass and energy conservation. A numerical simulator, in which regular grids and irregular grids are optional, was developed for predicting CO2 miscible flooding processes. Two examples of one-dimensional (1D) regular and three-dimensional (3D) rectangle and polygonal grids are designed to demonstrate the functions of the simulator. Experimental data validate the developed simulator by comparison with 1D simulation results. 4Method for multiple attribute decision making based on incomplete linguistic judgment matrix显示文摘With respect to the multiple attribute decision making problems with linguistic preference relations on alternatives in the form of incomplete linguistic judgment matrix, a method is proposed to analyze the decision problem. The incomplete linguistic judgment matrix is transformed into incomplete fuzzy judgment matrix and an optimization model is developed on the basis of incomplete fuzzy judgment matrix provided by the decision maker and the decision matrix to determine attribute weights by Lagrange multiplier method. Then the overall values of all alternatives are calculated to rank them. 6Carrier-free highly drug-loaded biomimetic nanosuspensions encapsulated by cancer cell membrane based on homology and active targeting for the treatment of glioma显示文摘Nanosuspensions,as a new drug delivery system for insoluble drugs,are only composed of a drug and a small amount of stabilizer,which is dispersed in an aqueous solution with high drug-loading,small particle size,high dispersion,and large specific surface area.It can significantly improve the dissolution,bioavailability,and efficacy of insoluble drugs.In this study,paclitaxel nanosuspensions((PTX)NS)were prepared by an ultrasonic precipitation method,with the characteristics of simple preparation and easy repetition.With the help of a homologous targeting mechanism,a kind of glioma C6 cancer cell membrane(CCM)-coated(PTX)NS was developed and modified with DWSW peptide to obtain DWSW-CCM-(PTX)NS with the functions of BBB penetration and tumor targeting.The results showed that the cancer cell membrane could effectively camouflage the nanosuspensions so that it was not cleared by the immune system and could cross the blood-brain-barrier(BBB)and selectively target tumor tissues.Cell uptake experiments and in vivo imaging confirmed that the uptake of DWSW-CCM-(PTX)NS by tumor cells and the distribution in intracranial gliomas increased.Cytotoxicity test and in vivo anti-glioma studies showed that DWSW-CCM-(PTX)NS could significantly inhibit the growth of glioma cells and significantly prolong the survival time of glioma-bearing mice.Finally,the cancer cell membrane coating endowed the nanosuspensions with the biological properties of homologous adhesion and immune escape.This study provides an integrated solution for improving the targeting of nanosuspensions and demonstrates the encouraging potential of biomimetic nanosuspensions applicable to tumor therapy.Yueyue Fan Yuexin Cui Wenyan Hao Mengyu Chen Qianqian Liu Yuli Wang Meiyan Yang Zhiping Li Wei Gong Shiyong Song Yang Yang Chunsheng Gao 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,12:3
7Application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in minimally invasive ablation of benign thyroid nodules显示文摘Objective:This study aimed to investigate the application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)before and after minimally invasive ablation procedures for benign thyroid nodule(s)(BTN).Methods:This prospective study included patients with BTNs scheduled to undergo ultrasound-guided minimally invasive ablation treatment.CEUS was performed before and after ablation(at 1 day,and 1,6,and 12 months after ablation).Changes in microvascular perfusion and the volume of BTNs were noted and assessed.Results:Sixty-two patients(62 BTNs),who underwent ablation procedures between June 2016 and August 2020,were included.All lesions were confirmed by biopsy,and histopathological results were obtained before ablation treatment.On preoperative CEUS,the lesions exhibited hyperenhancement(53.23%)or iso-enhancement(46.77%)during the arterial phase,and all lesions exhibited iso-enhancement in the venous and late phases.One day after ablation,none of the BTNs exhibited obvious enhancement on CEUS.One(1.61%)lesion was retreated due to a nodule-like enhancement area detected by CEUS at the 6-month follow-up.The mean nodular volume reduction rate(VRR)at 1,6,and 12 months follow-up demonstrated no significant difference between the two ablation groups(microwave ablation versus radiofrequency ablation).Twelve months after ablation,the mean(±SD)VRR of all BTNs was 60.3±10.3%.Conclusion:CEUS helped guide treatment decisions for BTNs before ablation treatment.Moreover,it could also be used to accurately and noninvasively evaluate treatment efficacy.Jiaying Cao Peili Fan Feihang Wang Shuainan Shi Lingxiao Liu Zhiping Yan Yi Dong Wenping Wang 2022Journal of Interventional Medicine2022,5,1:3
8AN ASSIGNMENT METHOD FOR GROUP DECISION MAKING WITH UNCERTAIN PREFERENCE ORDINALS显示文摘This paper presents an assignment method to solve the group decision making problem with uncertain preference information. The uncertain preference information is given as uncertain preference ordinals by decision makers. We first address the concept and calculation formulae of preference ordinal frequency, and then, uncertain preference ordinals are transformed into preference ordinal frequencies accordingly. Furthermore, a linear assignment model is built based on the derived preference ordinal frequencies, and the ranking of alternatives can be obtained by solving the model. 12Three-dimensional (3D) structure model and its parameters for poplar shelterbelts显示文摘The spatial functions of surface area density(vegetative surface area per unit canopy volume) and cubic density(vegetative volume per unit canopy volume) have been used as two three-dimensional(3D) structural descriptors for shelterbelt.The functions were defined by models as a general case.However,sub-models such as surface area,volume,and corresponding distributions were not explicitly defined for poplar trees,which are a dominant woody species in shelterbelts all over China,and this limits applications of the models in China and elsewhere.In order to define and develop these sub-models for shelterbelts,poplar trees were destructively sampled from multiple-row shelterbelts and then were measured for their surface area and volume.Using these measurements,we estimated parameters to define their equations explicitly.Based on the architecture and planting patterns of trees in shelterbelts,the distribution of the surface areas and volumes vertically and across the width for different tree heights were constructed for the three components of trunks,branches and leaves.Incorporating the defined equations into the models,we described the 3D structure of a multiple-row poplar shelterbelt.The results showed that,the spatial change in magnitude of surface area density(0.215-10.131 m2/m3) or cubic density(0.00007-0.04667 m3/m3) in shelterbelts is large and their distributions are not uniform.The assumption for boundary-layer flow modeling efforts that the 3D distribution of shelterbelt structure was uniform is not the case in field.The 3D structure model not only can be used to model the flow field as influenced by each tree component,but also can express the entire aerodynamic characteristics of a shelterbelt.The methodologies and equations that are developed in this study can be applied to estimate the 3D structure of a shelterbelt with a design similar to our studied poplar shelterbelts in terms of species composition and planting patterns.The fitted models can be used to describe the 3D aerodynamic structure of field shelterbelts.Furthermore,an improved description of shelterbelt structure has great potential to improve the simulation of boundary layer flows as influenced by that shelterbelt.Such insights can eventually be used to quantify the design of shelterbelt structure and/or adjustment for managing the function of shelterbelts and their effects on microclimate.FAN ZhiPing GAO JunGang ZENG DeHui ZHOU XinHua SUN XueKai 2010Science China Earth Sciences2010,53,10:2
