11双面单道埋弧焊管线钢管的力学性能评价与统计相关性研究显示文摘为了评价X70埋弧焊管线钢管的力学性能,对焊接接头和母材的强度、塑性、硬度、韧性以及可焊性进行了评价。结果表明,焊缝熔合区沉淀相的显微组织主要由晶内针状铁素体和晶界块状铁素体组成,其硬度最高而冲击韧性最低;焊接接头的抗拉强度高于母材的抗拉强度。使用相关性和一元线性回归方法对试验数据进行了统计分析,分析结果表明,屈服强度可以有效用于估算母材的抗拉强度和屈强比,决定系数R2分别约为80%和65%。另外,还可以采用母材的抗拉强度以大约60%的决定系数R2来预测焊接接头的抗拉强度,预测值与试验数据高度吻合,所提出的模型可以在实践中便捷使用。孙宏(编译) 宗秋丽(编译) 郑青昊(编译) SAOUDI A FELLAH M SEDIK A 2020焊管2020,43,5:1
