| 2 | Fuzzy cluster analysis of the provenance of ancient Yaozhou porcelain body显示文摘The technique of neutron activation analysis (NAA) has been employed to measure the content of 29 kinds of elements in the sample of Yaozhou porcelain bodies. Then a fuzzy cluster analysis has been conducted to the NAA data and a diagram of the dynamic fuzzy cluster analysis has been achieved. The results indicate that the batch of ancient Yaozhou porcelain bodies, which were of different overglaze color and were produced by different kilns during a period of over 800 years from the Tang Dynasty (618—907 A.D.) to the Yuan Dynasty (1271—1368 A.D.), has shared a stable and concentrated raw material source. Provenances of por-celain bodies from different times, though having their spe-cific independence, enjoy a close relationship and are not far from one another. Provenances of porcelain bodies made during the Tang Dynasty and the Five Dynasties (907—960 A.D.) are found to be closer to one another, while those of the Song (960—1279 A.D.) and the Jin Dynasty (1115—1234 A.D.) are comparatively concentrated in certain areas and are dif-ferent from those of the Tang Dynasty. | 3 | Digital Design and Manufacture of Spatial Cams显示文摘In order to design and manufacture spatial cams rapidly and precisely,a CAD/CAM system is introduced for the design of 3D modeling and automatic programming in NC machining. Based on Pro/ENGINEER software used widely in CAD/CAM systems,according to the curve equation of spatial cam follower’s motion specification,the follower displacement curve is drawn quickly and accurately,then the 3D modeling of spatial cam is created using Pro/Feature module in accordance with this curve,afterwards,the quality of contour surface of spatial cam is inspected by the use of surface analysis,the result of which is fed back to the modeling design of spatial cam; after analyzing the machined theory of spatial cam,the NC machining code for it is programmed automatically according to this theory and the modeling completed in the Pro/Manufacture module. | 5 | Investigations on the Chemiluminescence Reaction Between Luminol and Reductant显示文摘The chemiluminescence reaction between luminol and reductant was investigated by a flow-injection system. The results show that this reaction can be used for the determination of the reductant which is active to chemiluminescence in alkaline lumminol, and of the substance which can, in appropriate manner, be converted into the active reductant. | 6 | The β-alanyl-monoamine synthase ebony is regulated by schizophrenia susceptibility gene dysbindin in Drosophila显示文摘The Drosophila homolog of schizophrenia susceptibility gene dysbindin(Ddysb)affects a range of behaviors through regulation of multiple neurotransmitter signals,including dopamine activity.To gain insights into mechanisms underlying Ddysb-dependent regulation of dopamine signal,we investigated interaction between Ddysb and Ebony,the Drosophilaβ-alanyl-monoamine synthase involved in dopamine recycling.We found that Ddysb was capable of regulating expression of Ebony in a bi-directional manner and its subcellular distribution.Such regulation is confined to glial cells.The expression level of ebony and its accumulation in glial soma depend positively on Ddysb activity,whereas its distribution in glial processes is bound to be reduced in response to any alterations of Ddysb from the normal control level,either an increase or decrease.An optimal binding ratio between Dysb and Ebony might contribute to such non-linear effects.Thus,Ddysb-dependent regulation of Ebony could be one of the mechanisms that mediate dopamine signal. | LU BinYan SHAO LiSha FENG ShanXi WANG Tian ZHONG Yi | 2014 | Science China(Life Sciences)2014,57,1: | 1 |
