1Analysis for retrieval and validation results of FY-3 Total Ozone Unit (TOU)显示文摘Retrieval experiment was made for global total column ozone using the first year measurements of Total Ozone Unit (TOU) on board the second generation polar orbiting meteorological satellite of China, FY-3/A. The retrieval results were analyzed and validated by comparison with AURA/OMI, Meteop/GOME-2 global ozone products and ground-based ozone measurement data. The qualititative comparisons over the globe especially over Antarctica and the Tibetan Plateau show that the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics are consistent with OMI and GOME-2 products. The quantitative comparisons with ground-based measurements and AURA/OMI ozone product were made over 74 stations, the TOU total ozone retrieval has a 3% rms relative error compared with AURA/OMI ozone product and 4.2% rms relative error with ground-based measurements. The maximum difference between satellite retrieval and ground-based measurements was found in the Antarctica ozone hole. 2Pharmacological Activation of RXR-a Promotes Hematoma Absorption via a PPAR-y-dependent Pathway After Intracerebral Hemorrhage显示文摘Endogenously eliminating the hematoma is a favorable strategy in addressing intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH).This study sought to determine the role of retinoid X receptor-ot(RXR-a)in the context of hematoma absorption after ICH.Our results showed that pharmacologically activating RXR-a with bexarotene significantly accelerated hematoma clearance and alleviated neurological dysfunction after ICH.RXR-ot was expressed in microglia/macro-phages,neurons,and astrocytes.Mechanistically,bexarotene promoted the nuclear translocation of RXR-a and PPAR-y,as well as reducing neuroinflammation by modulating microglia/macrophage reprograming from the Ml into the M2 phenotype.Furthermore,all the beneficial effects of RXR-a in ICH were reversed by the PPAR-y inhibitor GW9662.In conclusion,the pharmacological activation of RXR-a confers robust neuroprotection against ICH by accelerating hematoma clearance and repolarizing microglia/macrophages towards the M2 phenotype through PPAR-y-related mechanisms.Our data support the notion that RXR-ot might be a promising therapeutic target for ICH.Chaoran Xu Huaijun Chen Shengjun Zhou Chenjun Sun Xiaolong Xia Yucong Peng Jianfeng Zhuang Xiongjie Fu Hanhai Zeng Hang Zhou Yang Cao Qian Yu Yin Li Libin Hu Guoyang Zhou Feng Yan Gao Chen Jianru Li 2021Neuroscience Bulletin2021,37,10:4
3Dual reciprocity boundary element based block model for discontinuous deformation analysis显示文摘This paper presents a further development of the dual reciprocity boundary element method(DRBEM) with stepwise updating to pave the way for the introduction of boundary element mesh into the discontinuous deformation analysis(DDA). The advantage of the proposed method lies in its adoption of static fundamental solutions and reduction in the size of the governing equations by transforming the inertial term domain integrals to boundary integrals in the dynamic large displacement analysis. The unconditionally stable Newmark-β time integration method involving numerical damping to enhance the numerical stability is implemented for the dynamic analysis. In order to be coupled with the DDA to improve the deformability of the DDA block domains, a stepwise updating algorithm of the system variables is introduced. The stress updating in the analysis involved in the calculation of a domain integral and internal cells are used for the integration of the initial stress term.
