1Vapor-phase growth of high-quality wafer-scale two-dimensional materials显示文摘Emerging two-dimensional(2D)materials have stimulated tremendous scientific and industrial interests due to their diverse and tunable physical, chemical, and mechanical properties. The scalable production of high-quality wafer-scale 2D materials has become significantly essential to bring us closer to practical industrial applications, particularly in electronic devices.Vapor-phase growth provides attractive opportunities for the synthesis of large-area and high-quality 2D materials. In this review,we will emphasize vapor-phase growth strategies from three aspects, including suppressing nucleation, seamless stitching, and evolutionary selection growth. We discuss the general understanding of the related fundamental mechanism and specific parameter optimization from precursors and substrate design to the adjusting of growth parameters(temperature and pressure).Meanwhile,we present other strategies to produce various kinds of wafer-scale 2D materials. Finally,we conclude the current challenges and future directions in this developing field. This work may inspire researchers to better design routes in the synthesis of wafer-scale 2D materials with high quality.Xin Tong Keli Liu Mengqi Zeng Lei Fu 2019InfoMat2019,1,4:5
2Explicit solvent model for spectral shift of acrolein and simulation with molecular dynamics显示文摘By introducing the concept of spring energy of permanent dipole and taking the conforma-tions of solvent molecules into account, the formulas of electrostatic solvation energy in equilibrium and nonequilibrium are derived from the explicit solvent scheme, with the spatial distribution of the discrete permanent charges and induced dipoles of the sol-vent molecules involved. The energy change of sol-ute due to the variation of wave function from the case of vacuum to that in solution is estimated by treating the solvent effect as external field in the it-eration cycles of the self-consistent field. The ex-pression for spectral shift is deduced and applied to the processes of light absorption and emission in solution. According to the new formulations, the av-eraged solvent electrostatic potential/molecular dy-namics program is modified and adopted to investi-gate the equilibrium solvation energy of water mole-cule and spectral shift of acrolein.ZHU Quan LIU Jifeng FU Kexiang HAN Keli LI Xiangyuan 2006Chinese Science Bulletin2006,51,24:1

4Body weights in Han Chinese populations显示文摘The body weights of 26,954 Han Chinese adults in 67 areas(16,503 in rural areas and 10,451 in urban areas) across China were measured from 2009 to2013.The results showed that in China, the three areas(north China, northeast China, and Jianghuai Plain) were with the greatest body weight.Northwest Han Chinese populations were heavier.Southwestern dialect groups were at the middle level and lighter than northern Han Chinese populations, but were heavier among southern Han Chinese populations.Chinese Han who located in areas of Hangjiahu were the general level, and similar to southwestern dialect groups. The mean values of body weight in Hunan Han and Fujian Han were greater than other Han groups in southern China.Gan dialect groups and Cantonese dialect groups showed the minimum body weightvalue in all Chinese Han groups.Besides, the mean body weight of Hakka was heavier than Gan dialect groups and Cantonese dialect groups which were adjacent to Hakka.Body weight increases with an increase in height, bone diameter, subcutaneous fat on the limbs and trunk, chest circumference, and abdomen circumference. This study revealed that northern Han men were heavier than southern Han men, because the former were taller and had a larger waist circumference as well as thicker subcutaneous fat on their backs.Among women, height, bone diameter of the upper limbs, chest and abdomen circumferences, and subcutaneous fat on the limbs and trunks of northern Han exceeded those of rural southern Han.Consequently, body weight values of northern Han women were higher than those of southern Han women. While a significant difference in these values was found between urban and rural men,no significant difference occurred between urban and rural women.Body weight was associated with age in urban and rural men only in the case of minority groups. However, there was a positive correlation between body weight and age in the majority groups of both urban and rural women. The particular composition of genes involved in body weight traits of Han populations across the country has created a genetic foundation accounting for varying body weights of different Han populations.Environmental factors also play a role.As the Han are widely dispersed, their habitation areas vary according to factors such as topography, temperature, precipitation, humidity, and light. Moreover, labor intensity, food composition, and the intake of various nutrients also differ across Han populations. All of these factors have affected the development of body weight in Han populations living in different locations.Yonglan Li Lianbin Zheng Huanjiu Xi Keli Yu Shunhua Lu Jinyuan Tian Xue Song Jinping Bao Yuling Li Xinghua Zhang Youfeng Wen Fu Ren 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,35:1

6Convergence of Distributed Gradient-Tracking-Based Optimization Algorithms with Random Graphs显示文摘This paper studies distributed convex optimization over a multi-agent system, where each agent owns only a local cost function with convexity and Lipschitz continuous gradients. The goal of the agents is to cooperatively minimize a sum of the local cost functions. The underlying communication networks are modelled by a sequence of random and balanced digraphs, which are not required to be spatially or temporally independent and have any special distributions. The authors use a distributed gradient-tracking-based optimization algorithm to solve the optimization problem. In the algorithm, each agent makes an estimate of the optimal solution and an estimate of the average of all the local gradients. The values of the estimates are updated based on a combination of a consensus method and a gradient tracking method. The authors prove that the algorithm can achieve convergence to the optimal solution at a geometric rate if the conditional graphs are uniformly strongly connected, the global cost function is strongly convex and the step-sizes don’t exceed some upper bounds.WANG Jiexiang FU Keli GU Yu LI Tao 2021Journal of Systems Science & Complexity2021,34,4:0
