1Prognostic factors of refractory NSCLC patients receiving anlotinib hydrochloride as the third-or further-line treatment显示文摘Objective:Anlotinib hydrochloride is a multitarget tyrosine kinase inhibitor that targets vascular endothelial growth factor receptor,fibroblast growth factor receptor,platelet-derived growth factor receptor,c-Kit,and c-MET;therefore,it exhibits both antitumor and anti-angiogenetic activities.A phase III trial has shown that anlotinib improved progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS)in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),who presented with progressive disease or intolerance after standard chemotherapy.This study aimed to analyze the characteristics of patients receiving anlotinib treatment to determine the dominant populations who are fit for the treatment.Methods:Data were collected from March 2015 to January 2017 from a randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled,multicenter,phase III trial of anlotinib(ALTER0303).A total of 437 patients were enrolled and randomly allocated(2:1)to the anlotinib and placebo groups.Kaplan–Meier analysis and log-rank test were performed to compare PFS and OS.Cox proportional hazards model was adopted for multivariate prognostic analysis.Results:Multivariate analysis indicated that high post-therapeutic peripheral blood granulocyte/lymphocyte ratio and elevated alkaline phosphatase levels were independent risk factors for PFS.Meanwhile,elevated thyroid-stimulating hormone,blood glucose,and triglyceride levels;hypertension;and hand–foot syndrome were independent protective factors of PFS.High posttherapeutic peripheral blood granulocyte/lymphocyte ratio,an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group(ECOG)score≥2,and the sum of the maximal target lesion length at baseline were independent risk factors of OS,and hypertriglyceridemia was an independent protective factor of OS.Conclusions:This study preliminarily explored the possible factors that affected PFS and OS after anlotinib treatment in patients with advanced refractory NSCLC,and the baseline characteristics of the therapeutically dominant populations were then identified.Jing Wang Yizhuo Zhao Qiming Wang Li Zhang Jianhua Shi Zhehai Wang Ying Cheng Jianxing He Yuankai Shi Hao Yu Yang Zhao Weiqiang Chen Yi Luo Xiuwen Wang Kejun Nan Faguang Jin Jian Dong Baolan Li Zhujun Liu Baohui Han Kai Li 2018Cancer Biology & Medicine2018,15,4:46
2Broadband polarized photodetector based on p-BP/n-ReS2 heterojunction显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D) atomic crystals,such as graphene,black phosphorus(BP) and transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDCs) are attractive for use in optoelectronic devices,due to their unique crystal structures and optical absorption properties.In this study,we fabricated BP/ReS2 van der Waals(vdWs) heterojunction devices.The devices realized broadband photoresponse from visible to near infrared(NIR)(400–1800 nm) with stable and repeatable photoswitch characteristics,and the photoresponsivity reached 1.8 mA/W at 1550 nm.In addition,the polarization sensitive detection in the visible to NIR spectrum(532–1750 nm) was demonstrated,and the photodetector showed a highly polarization sensitive photocurrent with an anisotropy ratio as high as 6.44 at 1064 nm.Our study shows that van der Waals heterojunction is an effective way to realize the broadband polarization sensitive photodetection,which is of great significance to the realization and application of multi-functional devices based on 2D vdWs heterostructures.Wenkai Zhu Xia Wei Faguang Yan Quanshan Lv Ce Hu Kaiyou Wang 2019Journal of Semiconductors2019,40,9:6
3Large Room-Temperature Magnetoresistance in van der Waals Ferromagnet/Semiconductor Junctions显示文摘A magnetic tunnel junction(MTJ)is the core component in memory technologies,such as the magnetic random-access memory,magnetic sensors and programmable logic devices.In particular,MTJs based on twodimensional van der Waals(vd W)heterostructures offer unprecedented opportunities for low power consumption and miniaturization of spintronic devices.However,their operation at room temperature remains a challenge.Here,we report a large tunnel magnetoresistance(TMR)of up to 85%at room temperature(T=300 K)in vdW MTJs based on a thin(<10 nm)semiconductor spacer WSe_(2)layer embedded between two Fe_(3)GaTe_(2e)lectrodes with intrinsic above-room-temperature ferromagnetism.The TMR in the MTJ increases with decreasing temperature up to 164%at T=10 K.The demonstration of TMR in ultra-thin MTJs at room temperature opens a realistic and promising route for next-generation spintronic applications beyond the current state of the art.Wenkai Zhu Shihong Xie Hailong Lin Gaojie Zhang Hao Wu Tiangui Hu Ziao Wang Xiaomin Zhang Jiahan Xu Yujing Wang Yuanhui Zheng Faguang Yan Jing Zhang Lixia Zhao Amalia Patanè Jia Zhang Haixin Chang Kaiyou Wang 2022Chinese Physics Letters2022,39,12:2
4Microstructural evolution of a Ni-Co based superalloy during hot compression atγ'sub-/super-solvus temperatures显示文摘The effects of strain rate on the microstructural evolution and deformation mechanism of a Ni-Co based superalloy were investigated by isothermal compression tests performed atγ'sub-solvus(1090℃)andγ'super-solvus temperatures(1150℃)with a wide strain rate range from 0.001 to 10 s^(-1)under a true strain of 0.693.Electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD),electron channeling contrast imaging(ECCI)and transmission electron microscope(TEM)techniques were used to characterize the microstructures.The results revealed that the dynamic recrystallization(DRX)volume fraction increased and stored energy of theγ'matrix grains decreased with increasing the strain rate duringγ'sub-solvus temperature deformation,while the opposite phenomena were observed duringγ'super-solvus temperature deformation.The comprehensive effect of initial grain size,primaryγ'phase,twins and adiabatic temperature rise led to these results.The primaryγ'particles undergone the deformation behavior within itself and obviously accelerated the DRX of the matrix.The microstructural evolution proved that discontinuous dynamic recrystallization(DDRX)was the dominant mechanism during the hot deformation carried out at bothγ'sub-solvus andγ'super-solvus temperatures.Primaryγ'particles obviously accelerated the nucleation step and retarded the growth step of DDRX duringγ'sub-solvus temperature deformation.Besides,the acceleration effect of primaryγ'particles on DDRX increased with the increase of strain rate.Continuous dynamic recrystallization(CDRX)was confirmed to be an assistant mechanism duringγ'super-solvus temperature deformation and was promoted with the increase of strain rate.Peng Liu Rui Zhang Yong Yuan Chuanyong Cui Faguang Liang Xi Liu Yuefeng Gu Yizhou Zhou Xiaofeng Sun 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,18:2
5Polarization-sensitive and wide-spectrum photovoltaic detector based on quasi-1D ZrGeTe_(4)nanoribbon显示文摘Low-dimensional semiconductors with in-plane anisotropy and narrow bandgap have been extensively applied to polarized detection in the near-infrared(NIR)region.However,the narrow bandgap can cause noise owing to the high dark current in photodetectors.This article reports quasi-1D ZrGeTe_(4)nanoribbonbased photodetectors with low dark current and broadband polarization detection.The photodetector was fabricated by evaporating 50-nm-thick Au electrodes on a ZrGeTe_(4)nanoribbon.Benefiting from the photovoltaic characteristics in the ZrGeTe_(4)nanoribbon and Au electrodes,these photodetectors can operate without bias voltage,with decreased dark current,and improved device performance.Furthermore,the quasi-1D ZrGeTe_(4)nanoribbon-based photodetectors demonstrate a polarization sensitivity in a broadband from visible(VIS)to the NIR region,such as a high photoresponsivity of 625.65 mA W1,large external quantum efficiency of 145.9%at 532 nm,and photocurrent anisotropy ratio of 2.04 at 1064 nm.They exhibit a novel perpendicular optical reversal of 90in polarization-sensitive photodetection,angle-resolved absorption spectra,and azimuth-dependent reflectance difference microscopy(ADRDM)from VIS to the NIR region,as opposed to other nanoribbon-based polarization-sensitive photodetectors.This work paves the way for utilizing photovoltaic photodetectors based on low-dimensional materials for broad-spectrum polarized photodetection.Ruixue Bai Tao Xiong Jinshu Zhou Yue-Yang Liu Wanfu Shen Chunguang Hu Faguang Yan Kaiyou Wang Dahai Wei Jingbo Li Juehan Yang Zhongming Wei 2022InfoMat2022,4,3:2
