1Magnetic Helical Micro-and Nanorobots:Toward Their Biomedical Applications显示文摘Magnetic helical micro- and nanorobots can perfo rm 3D navigation in various liquids with a sub-micrometer precision under low-strength rotating magnetic fields(< 10 m T). Since magnetic fields with low strengths are harmless to cells and tissues, magnetic helical micro/nanorobots are promising tools for biomedical applications, such as minimally invasive surgery, cell manipulation and analysis, and targeted therapy. 2Aerodynamic characteristics research on wide-speed range waverider configuration显示文摘Waverider generated from a given flow field has a high lift-to-drag ratio because of attached bow shock on leading edge. However, leading edge blunt and off-design condition can make bow shock off leading edge and have unfavorable influence on aerodynamic characteristics. So these two problems have always been concerned as important engineering science issues by aeronautical engineering scientists. In this paper, through respectively using low speed and high speed waverider design principles, a wide-speed rang vehicle is designed, which can level takeoff and accelerate to hypersonic speed for cruise. In addition, sharp leading edge is blunted to alleviated aeroheating. 3Synthesis of Nano-ZSM-5 in Ultra-Concentrated System and Its Performance in Diesel Hydrodewaxing显示文摘Nanocrystalline ZSM-5(with a crystal size in the range of 20—30 nm) has been synthesized in only 20 h via the crystallization of ultra-concentrated homogeneous synthesis mixtures. The influence of low water content, use of compound surfactant, a proper crystallization time and SiO_2/Al_2O_3 molar ratio on the properties of the final nanocrystalline ZSM-5 has been studied. Especially, the use of compound surfactant has influenced some properties of nano-ZSM such as the morphology, crystal size and crystallization greatly. The nano-ZSM-5 zeolite was investigated using XRD, BET, SEM, NH_3-TPD, and other techniques. 4The Effect of Surfactant on Synthesis of ZSM-5 in a Super-Concentrated System显示文摘ZSM-5 zeolite was synthesized in a super-concentrated system using different kinds of surfactants. The ZSM-5 samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, FT-IR and BET techniques. 5Application status and challenges of machine vision in plant factory—A review显示文摘Plant factories have a great potential for mitigating the contradiction between the world’sgrowing population and food scarcity. During the process of its automatic production,machine vision plays a significant role. This technique almost covers every production linkfrom raising seedlings, transplanting, management, and harvesting to fruit grading. To provide references and a starting point for those who are committed to studying this issue. Inthis paper, the application prospects of machine vision in plant factories were analyzed,and the present researches were summarized from the fields of plant growth monitoring,robot operation assistance, and fruit grading. The results found that although the existingmethods have solved some practical problems at low cost, high efficiency and precision,some challenges still are faced by machine vision. Firstly, the changing lighting, complexbackgrounds, and color similarity within plant different parts cause the commonly usedimage segmentation algorithms to fail. The shortage of standard agricultural datasets alsokeeps deep learning and unsupervised classification algorithms from making progress.Secondly, there are some theoretical knowledge gaps for machine vision application in aparticular environment of plant factories, which seriously contains its application effect.Thirdly, the lack of special image acquisition devices and supporting facilities resulted inpoor image quality. All these factors hinder machine vision application in plant factories.Nevertheless, it is still a powerful tool and irreplaceable at present. 20p-/n-Type modulation of 2D transition metal dichalcogenides for electronic and optoelectronic devices显示文摘Two-dimensional layered transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDCs)have demonstrated a huge potential in the broad fields of optoelectronic devices,logic electronics,electronic integration,as well as neural networks.To take full advantage of TMDC characteristics and efficiently design the device structures,one of the most key processes is to control their p-/n-type modulation.In this review,we summarize the p-/n-type modulation of TMDCs based on diverse strategies consisting of intrinsic defect tailoring,substitutional doping,surface charge transfer,chemical intercalation,electrostatic modulation,and dielectric interface engineering.The modulation mechanisms and comparisons of these strategies are analyzed together with a discussion of their corresponding device applications in electronics and optoelectronics.Finally,challenges and outlooks for p-/n-type modulation of TMDCs are presented to provide references for future studies.Songyu Li Yang Ma Nabonswende Aida Nadege Ouedraogo Famin Liu Congya You Wenjie Deng Yongzhe Zhang 2022Nano Research2022,15,1:0
