| 1 | 同伴教育模式在留学硕士研究生泌尿外科轮转中的应用及初步探讨显示文摘随着留学生教育的逐步开展,留学研究生教育逐渐成为高等教育国际化重要的一部分,临床轮转过程中不可避免的遇到诸多问题及困惑。在分析留学研究生教学、泌尿外科临床轮转的特点基础上,本文对留学研究生在轮转中的主要问题、主要诉求进行分析并深入调研,提出留学研究生轮转过程中采用'同伴教育'模式,初步的实践表明,国内研究生以'同伴'身份参与,是带教教师临床教学的有效补充,可提高留学研究生轮转过程中的适应性、理解能力及临床操作能力,对提高留学研究生的教育质量有积极的意义。 | 张连栋 南宁 张栋 李和程 张鹏 张同殿 Fazlullah 王子明 种铁 | 2019 | 医学教育研究与实践2019，27，5： | 2 |
