1Two-Layer Coupled Network Model for Topic Derivation in Public Opinion Propagation显示文摘In view of the fact that news can generate derivative topics when it spreads through micro-blogs,a two-layer coupled SEIR public opinion propagation model is proposed in this paper.The model divides the process of public opinion propagation into two layers:the original topic layer and the derived topic layer.Messages are transmitted separately by the SEIR model in the two topic layers,which are independent and interactive.The influence of the topic derivation rate on the propagation trend is established by solving for the equilibrium point and propagation threshold.Further,we establish the relationship between the original topic and the derived topic by simulation.This paper uses the Baidu index to demonstrate the correctness of the model.The relationship between the derived topic and the original topic is verified by adjusting the parameters by the control variable method.The results show that the proposed model is consistent with the propagation of actual public opinion.Yuexia Zhang Yixuan Feng 2020China Communications2020,17,3:5

5The TripleSat constellation:a new geospatial data service model显示文摘With the increase of different sensors,applications and customers,the demand from data providers and users is for a new geospatial data service model,which supports low cost,high dexterity,and which would provide a comprehensive service.Based on such requirements and demands,the 21AT TripleSat constellation terminal and data delivery and management system has been developed by a Beijing based high-tech enterprise,Twenty First Century Aerospace Technology Co.,Ltd.(21AT).The company is the first commercial Earth observation satellite operator and service provider in China.This new geospatial data service model allows the user to directly access multi-source satellite data,manage the data order,and carry out automatic massive data production and delivery.The solution also implements safe and hierarchical user management,statistical data analysis,and automatic information reports.In addition,a mobile application is also available for users to easily access system functions.This new geospatial solution has already been successfully applied and installed in many customer sites in China,and is now available globally for international clients interested in fast geospatial solutions.It enables the success of customers’operational services.Besides providing TripleSat Constellation images,the multi-source data access system also allows the users to access other satellite data sources,based on customized agreement.This paper describes and discusses this new geospatial data service model.Qiang Wen Jianjun He Shengyong Guan Ting Chen Yin Hu Wenbin Wu Feng Liu Yuexia Qiao Suet Yheng Kok Samuel Yeong 2017Geo-Spatial Information Science2017,20,2:1
6TSPAN32 suppresses chronic myeloid leukemia pathogenesis and progression by stabilizing PTEN显示文摘We report herein that TSPAN32 is a key node factor for Philadelphia (Ph+) leukemia pathogenesis. We found that TSPAN32expression was repressed by BCR-ABL and ectopic TSPAN32 expression upon Imatinib treatment inhibited the proliferation of Ph+cell lines. Tspan32 overexpression significantly prevented BCR-ABL induced leukemia progression in a murine model and impairedleukemia stem cell (LSC) proliferation. LSCs represent an obstacle for chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) elimination, which continuallyreplenish leukemia cells and are associated with disease relapse. Therefore, the identification of essential targets that contribute tothe survival and self-renewal of LSCs is important for novel curative CML. Mechanistically, TSPAN32 was shown to interact withPTEN, increased its protein level and caused a reduction in PI3K-AKT signaling activity. We also found that TSPAN32 was repressedby BCR-ABL via the suppression of an important transcription factor, TAL1. Ectopic expression of TAL1 significantly increasedTSPAN32 mRNA and protein level, which indicated that BCR-ABL repressed TSPAN32 transcription by decreasing TAL1 expression.Overall, we identified a new signaling axis composed of “BCR-ABL-TAL1-TSPAN32-PTEN-PI3K-AKT”. Our findings furthercomplement the known mechanisms underlying the transformation potential of BCR-ABL in CML pathogenesis.
