1Hydrothermal synthesis and characterization of MnCo_(2)O_(4) in the low-temperature hydrothermal process:Their magnetism and electrochemical properties显示文摘MnCo_(2)O_(4) octahedral structure with edge length about 500 nm was successfully synthesized by a simple hydrothermal route.With the use of NaOH,the chemical potential and the rate of ionic motion in the precursor solution were controlled,and the particle size was limited.The magnetization measurements revealed that the products exhibited ferrimagnetic characteristics with different saturation magnetization and coercivity at different measuring temperatures.In addition,the as-prepared MnCo_(2)O_(4) as anodes for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)exhibited a reversible capacity of 1180 mA·h/g and 1090 mA·h/g at current density of 0.1 C and 1 C,respectively.The excellent cyclic performance was confirmed because the value of reversible capacity for MnCo_(2)O_(4) was 618 mA·h/g after 50 cycles at 0.1 C.Owing to the good rate performance,MnCo_(2)O_(4) octahedral products were suggested to have a promising application as anode material for LIBs.Lianfeng DUAN Fenghui GAO Limin WANG Songzhe JIN Hua WU 2013Journal of Advanced Ceramics2013,2,3:0
2FEM Analysis of Force Parameters During Hot Extrusion Expanding and Reducing Tube Process显示文摘In this paper,based on the plastic forming large deformation theory and thermodynamic elastic-plastic FEM,the process of expanding and reducing tube was analyzed by using nonlinear finite element software MARC.The coupled thermal-me- chanical models for the thermal-extrusion tube process were established,and the dynamic simulation to them was carried out.By the study on 3 D deformation regulation of the thermal-extrusion tube,the distribution of stress,strain and the curves between the force of extrusion and the distance were obtained.As a result,with only a small quantity of necessary experiments,the select of the schemes and parameters can conveniently be performed in the computers.So,not only large numbers of experiments can be avoided, but also trial-manufacture period is consumedly shortened and some costs may be saved.In addition,in order to validate our nu- merical calculation,an experiment of the tube made of 20 steel is presented in this paper.Good agreement is shown between mea- sured and predicted results of the theoretical analysis model.The study provides a scientific basis for parametric optimizations of the thermal extrusion expanding and reducing tube production equipment.At the same time,the method used in the present paper has important referential value for studying the similar thermal extrusion parts.WANG Fenghui JIAO Anyuan LI Haidong GAO Xingqi YANG Siqiong (Anshan University of Science & Technology,Anshan 114044,China 2006武汉理工大学学报2006,28,S2:0
3Mechanical Stress Induces Neuroendocrine and Immune Responses of Sea Cucumber(Apostichopus japonicus)显示文摘Grading procedure in routine sea cucumber hatchery production is thought to affect juvenile sea cucumber immunological response. The present study investigated the impact of a 3-min mechanical perturbation mimicking the grading procedure on neuroendocrine and immune parameters of the sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus. During the application of stress, concentrations of noradrenaline and dopamine in coelomic fluid increased significantly, indicating that the mechanical perturbation resulted in a transient state of stress in sea cucumbers. Coelomocytes concentration in coelomic fluid increased transiently after the beginning of stressing, and reached the maximum in 1 h. Whereas, coelomocytes phagocytosis at 3 min, superoxide anion production from 3 min to 0.5 h, acid phosphatase activity at 0.5 h, and phenoloxidase activity from 3 min to 0.5 h were all significantly down-regulated. All of the immune parameters recovered to baseline levels after the experiment was conducted for 8 h, and an immunostimulation occurred after the stress considering the phagocytosis and acid phosphatase activity. The results suggested that, as in other marine invertebrates, neuroendocrine/immune connections exist in sea cucumber A. japonicus. Mechanical stress can elicit a profound influence on sea cucumber neuroendocrine system. Neuroendocrine messengers act in turn to modulate the immunity functions.
