| 1 | Wnt/β-catenin signaling is involved in the Icariin induced proliferation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of icariin on proliferation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs) in Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats.METHODS: BMSCs were obtained from SD rat bone marrow with differential time adherent method. Its characteristic was identified through differentiation cell surface antigens and the multi-lineage(osteo/adipo/chondo) differentiation potential. 3-(4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT) method and 5-Bromo-2-Deoxyuridine(Brd U) incorporation were applied to detect the effect of icariin on BMSCs proliferation.Flow cytometry was used to detect proliferation in-dex of BMSCs. The m RNA level and the distribution of β-catenin were evaluated by Real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR) and Immunofluorescent staining respectively. Western blot was used to detect protein expression levels of β-catenin, glycogen synthase kinase-3 beta(GSK-3β), phospho-glycogen synthase kinase-3 beta(p GSK-3β)and cyclin D1.RESULTS: Icariin promoted BMSCs proliferation at the concentration of 0.05-2.0 mg/L. The percentage of Brd U positive cells of BMSCs was increased from40.98% to 70.42%, and the proliferation index value was increased from 8.9% to 17.5% with the treatment of 0.05 mg/L icariin, which significance values were both less than 0.05. Compared with the control group, total and nuclear β-catenin proteins, as well as β-catenin m RNA expression, were all increased with icariin treatment. Meanwhile, the phosphorylation level of GSK-3β and cyclin D1 protein expressions were also increased in BMSCs with icariin treatment.CONCLUSION: The findings of the present study demonstrated that low dosage of icariin could promote BMSCs proliferation. | 2 | Ln3+(Ln=Eu,Dy)-doped Sr2CeO4 fine phosphor particles:Wet chemical preparation,energy transfer and tunable luminescence显示文摘The Sr2 CeO4:Ln3+(Ln=Eu,Dy)fine phosphor particles were prepared by a facile wet chemical approach,in which the consecutive hydrothermal-combustion reaction was performed.The doping of Ln3+into Sr2 CeO4 has little influence on the structure of host,and the as-prepared samples display wellcrystallized spherical or elliptical shape with an average particle size at about 100-200 nm.For Eu3+ions-doped Sr2 CeO4,with the increase of Eu3+-doping concentration,the blue light emission band with the maximum at 468 nm originating from a Ce4+→O2-charge transfer of the host decreases obviously and the characteristic red light emission of Eu3+(5 D0→7 F2 transition at 618 nm)is enhanced gradually.Simultaneously,the fluorescent lifetime of the broadband emission of Sr2 CeO4 decreases with the doping of Eu3+,indicating an efficient energy transfer from the host to the doping Eu3+ions.The ene rgy transfer efficiency from the host to Eu3+was investigated in detail,and the emitting color of Sr2 CeO4:Eu3+can be easily tuned from blue to red by varying the doping concentration of Eu3+ions.Moreover,the luminescence of Dy3+-doped Sr2 CeO4 was also studied.Similar energy transfer pheno menon can be observed,and the incorporation of Dy3+into Sr2 CeO4 host leads to the characteristic emission of 4 F9/2→6 H15/2(488 nm,blue light)and 4 F9/2→6 H13/2(574 nm,yellow light)of Dy3+.The Sr2 CeO4:Ln3+fine particles with tunable luminescence are quite beneficial for its potential applications in the optoelectronic fields. | Na Gao Yanfei Yang Shikao Shi Jiye Wang Shuping Wang Jibiao Li Lianshe Fu | 2020 | Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,12: | 4 |

| 4 | Application and effect evaluation on Acknowledge-Introduce-Duration-Explanation-Thank you(AIDET)communication mode in cataract daytime operation nursing显示文摘Background:To explore the application effect of Acknowledge-Introduce-Duration-Explanation-Thank you(AIDET)communication mode in reducing anxiety and improving the care services satisfaction of the patients.Methods:The 100 cases undergoing cataract daytime operation from February to July 2019 were divided into test group and control group.The test group conducted health education and nursing care for patients during admission,pre-operation,post-operation,and discharge according to the AIDET communication mode.And the control group was given health education and nursing care to the patients according to the traditional way of communication.Results:The difference of the socioeconomic information between these two groups showed no statistical significance.The care services satisfaction score in the test group was statistically higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).This result indicated that the patients suffered less anxiety with the AIDET mode of communication.Conclusions:The application of AIDET communication mode to the nursing service of cataract daytime operation can reduce the tension and anxiety of the patients from the treatment and improve their satisfaction to care services. | Kun Fu Shuping Li Sufen Lu | 2020 | Annals of Eye Science2020,,2: | 1 |
