| 1 | Analysis of railway subgrade frost heave deformation based on GPS显示文摘In order to analyze the connection between the railway subgrade frost heave deformation and temperature variation, five GPS stations' data were used to monitor the deformation on a certain section of railway subgrade in northeast China. GAMIT software is used to process the data, providing daily solution, daytime solution and nighttime solution. Vertical trends of these five stations were analyzed to investigate frost heave effect on railway subgrade deformation. | 5 | Abnormal expression of homeobox c6 in the atherosclerotic aorta and its effect on proliferation and migration of rat vascular smooth muscle cells显示文摘Homeobox c6(Hoxc6)affects the proliferati on,migration,and in filtration of maligna nt tumor cells;however,the effect of Hoxc6 on atherosclerosis(AS)as well as the proliferation and migration of vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMCs),which play a role in promoting AS,has not yet been well clarified.In the present study,we tested the hypothesis that Hoxc6 affects the proliferation and migration of rat VSMCs,and hence is involved in AS.The results showed that the expression of Hoxc6 mRNA and protein was higher in normal rat aortic wall than in the myocardium.Subsequently,a rat model of AS was established by high-fat feeding for 2 months.The expression of Hoxc6 mRNA and protein was increased significantly in AS lesions,while the expression of p53 protein was decreased and that of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)was increased.Moreover,not only the proliferation and mobility of cells in normal culture were decreased,but also the proliteration was stimulated by oxidized low-density lipoproteinr which was decreased after downregulation of Hoxc6 expression in VSMCs in rat.Consecutively,the expression of PCNA protein was decreased,while that of p53 was increased.These results indicated that Hoxc6 is probably involved in AS via p53 and PCNA by affecting the proliferation and migration of VSMCs. | Xiangshu Long Ganhua You Qiang Wu Yu Zhou Fuxun Yu Yan Xiao Shiyan Deng Fang Song Jing Huang Maobo Tian | 2020 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,9: | 1 |
| 6 | Mapping the spatio-temporal visibility of global navigation satellites in the urban road areas based on panoramic imagery显示文摘The satellite visibility number of GNSS is an important indicator for evaluating its availability for positioning and navigation.In urban areas,urban canyons cause serious satellite signals block,resulting in positioning uncertainty.Many studies used 3D city models to evaluate the visible satellites in some areas at a certain time.Nevertheless,this kind of method is difficult to apply because 3D models are not widely available.This paper thus proposes an easy method to evaluate the visibility of satellites with widely available street view panoramic imagery and GNSS ephemeris.The proposed method utilizes the locations of street view panoramic imagery and the associated GNSS ephemeris to calculate the visible satellite number at different times.Hence,the visible satellite number at a specific time can be mapped.Moreover,the visibility of satellites can be predicted according to its orbit parameters.To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed method,Wuhan and Shanghai were taken to map post-event,real-time and forecast GNSS visibility.The experiments demonstrated that the proposed method provides a light weighted and easy to use solution to map the spatio-temporal visibility of satellites in urban areas,which is an important reference for GNSS stations layout and positioning qualities evaluation. | Ruixiong Kou Bisheng Yang Zhen Dong Fuxun Liang Shuwen Yang | 2021 | International Journal of Digital Earth2021,14,7: | 0 |
| 7 | Elevated Atmospheric CO_(2)Reduced Antibiotics Accumulation in Rice Grains and Soil ARGs Abundance in Multiple Antibiotics-contaminated Paddy Fields显示文摘Antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)as new pollutants have become a global environmental pollution problem in recent years.Elevated atmospheric CO_(2) is one of the major factors affecting global climate change.But,the impacts of elevated CO_(2) on soil ARGs in multiple antibiotics-contaminated paddy soils are largely unknown.In this study,six antibiotics including sulfadiazine(SDZ),sulfamethoxazole(SMZ),tetracycline(TC),oxytetracycline(OTC),enrofloxacin(ENR),and ciprofloxacin(CIP)were selected to investigate their combined effects on rice biomass,antibiotics accumulation,soil bacterial community and ARGs under elevated CO_(2) levels.Results showed that elevated CO_(2) significantly reduced the accumulation of SMZ,OTC,ENR,and CIP in rice grains by 18.98%,20.07%,41.73%,and 44.25%,respectively.Elevated CO_(2) could affect soil microbialβ-diversity,and tend to reduce the microbial functions of human diseases,organismal systems,and genetic information processing.In addition,elevated CO_(2) significantly decreased the abundance of sulfonamide ARGs,tetracycline ARGs,and quinolone ARGs by 19.59%,18.58%,and 28.96%,respectively,while increased that of multidrug ARGs by 11.54%.Overall,this study emphasized that elevated CO_(2) may mitigate the threat of antibiotics contamination to rice food security but aggravate the environmental risk of multidrug ARGs in soil,contributing to a better understanding of the consequences of elevated CO_(2) levels on food security and soil ecological health in multiple antibiotics-contaminated paddy fields. | WANG Yabo XU Meiling WANG Xiaojie AI Fuxun DU Wenchao YIN Ying JI Rong GUO Hongyan | 2023 | Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2023,39,3: | 0 |
