1Transient Fault Locating Method Based on Line Voltage and Zero-mode Current in Non-solidly Earthed Network显示文摘为解决配电网小电流接地故障时故障点定位困难的问题,提出一种基于线电压和零模电流暂态分量的故障定位新方法。该方法借助馈线自动化(feeder automation,FA)系统实现,不需要额外增加设备。馈线终端检测线电压和零模电流信号,利用暂态线电压的希尔伯特变换与暂态零模电流的乘积计算故障方向参数,FA主站根据故障点前后方向参数极性相反的特征确定故障点所在的线路区段。介绍基于线电压的小电流接地故障检测和接地故障相确定的算法。数字仿真与试验结果表明该方法是正确可行的。ZHANG Linli XU Bingyin XUE Yongduan GAO Houlei 2012中国电机工程学报2012,32,13:48
2A fast boundary protection for an AC transmission line connected to an LCCHVDC inverter station显示文摘For AC transmission lines connected to an LCC-HVDC inverter station,commutation failure can lead to the wrong operation of traditional protection.To solve the problem,this paper proposes a fast protection scheme using transient information from one end of the AC line.The boundary frequency characteristics of the AC line connected to LCC-HVDC inverter are analyzed first.This reveals the existence of significant attenuation on both high frequency signals and some specific frequency signals.Based on the boundary characteristics,a novel boundary protection principle utilizing a backward traveling wave is then proposed.A PSCAD/EMTDC simulation model of a±800 kV LCC-HVDC and 500 kV AC transmission system is established,and different fault cases are simulated.The simulation results prove that the novel protection principle is immune to commutation failure,fault resistance and fault type.Zhen Liu Houlei Gao Sibei Luo Le Zhao Yuyao Feng 2020Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems2020,5,1:2

6Novel transient-energy-based directional pilot protection method for HVDC line显示文摘This paper proposes a novel directional pilot protection method based on the transient energy for bipolar HVDC line.Supposing the positive direction of current is from DC bus to the DC line,in the case of an internal line fault,the transient energies detected on both sides of the line are all negative within a short time,which denotes the positive direction fault;while for an external fault,the transient energy on one end is positive,which means a negative direction fault,but the transient energy on the opposite end is negative,which indicates that the fault direction is positive.According to these characteristics,an integration criterion identifying fault direction is constructed.In addition,through setting a fixed energy threshold,the faulted line and lightning disturbance can also be discriminated.Simulation results from UHVDC transmission system show the validity of the proposed protection method.Guibin Zou Qiang Huang Shenglan Song Bingbing Tong Houlei Gao 2017Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems2017,2,1:1

8Modeling methodology and fault simulation of distribution networks integrated with inverter-based DG显示文摘The increasing penetration of inverter-based distributed generations(DGs)significantly affects the fault characteristics of distribution networks.Fault analysis is a keystone for suitable protection scheme design.This paper presents the modelling methodology for distribution networks with inverter-based DGs and performs fault simulation based on the model.Firstly,a single inverter-based DG model based on the cascaded control structure is developed.Secondly,a simulation model of distribution network with two inverter-based DGs is established.Then,different fault simulations are performed based on the Real Time Digital Simulator(RTDS).Theoretical analyses are conducted to justify the simulation results,including the equivalent circuit of distribution networks with inverter-based DGs and the solution method for loop currents.Longchang Wang Houlei Gao Guibin Zou 2017Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems2017,2,1:0
