1Preparation and in vitro Release Performance of Sustained-release Captopril/Chitosan-gelatin Net-polymer Microspheres显示文摘The captopril/Chitosan-gelatin net-polymer microspheres(CTP/CGNPMs) were prepared using Chitosan(CTS) and gelatin(GT) by the methods of emulsification,cross-linked reagent alone or in combination and microcrystalline cellulose(MCC) added in the process of preparation of microspheres,which aimed to eliminate dose dumping and burst phenomenon of microspheres for the improvement of the therapeutic efficiency and the decrease of the side effects of captopril(CTP). The results indicated that CTP/CGNPMs had a spherical shape,smooth surface and integral structure inside but no adhesive phenomena in the preparation. The size distribution ranged from 220 μm to 280 μm. The CTP release test in vitro demonstrated that CTP/CGNPMs played the role of retarding the release of CTP compared with ordinary CTP tablets. The release behaviors of CGNPMS were influenced by preparation conditions such as experimental material ratio(EMR) and composition of cross linking reagents. Among these factors,the EMR(1/4),CLR(FA+SPP) and 0.75% microcrystalline cellulose(MCC) added to the microspheres constituted the optimal scheme for the preparation of CTP/CGNPMs. The ER,DL and SR of CTP/CGNPMs prepared according to the optimal scheme were 46.23±4.51%,9.95±0.77% and 261±42%,respectively. The CTP/CGNPMs had the good characteristics of sustained release of drug and the process of emulsification and cross-linking were simple and stable. 2Tensile Properties of 3-Dimension-4-directional Braided C_f/Si C Composite based on Double-scale Model显示文摘The longitude tensile properties of 3-Dimension-4-directional(3D-4d) braided C/Si C composites(CMCs) were investigated with the help of a double scale model. This model involves micro-scale and unit-cell scale. In micro-scale, the tensile properties of fiber tows which involves matrix cracking, interfacial debonding, and fiber failure are studied. The unit-cell scale model can reflect the braided structure and simulate the tensile properties of 3D-4d CMCs by introducing the tensile properties of fiber tows into it. Quasi-static tensile tests of 3D-4d braided CMCs were performed on a PWS-100 test system. 3Effect of PyC Interface Thickness on the Heat-stability of Cansas-ⅡSiC_(f)/SiC Composites显示文摘The effect of the pyrolytic carbon(PyC)interface thickness on the heat-stability of CansasⅡSiC_(f)/SiC composites under Ar up to 1500℃was studied in detail.After the heat treatment at 1500℃for 50 h,the interface bonding strength of the thin interface(about 200 nm)decreases from 74.4 to 20.1 MPa(73.0%),while that of the thick interface(about 2μm)declines from 7.3 to 3.2 MPa(52.7%).At the same time,the decline fraction of strength of the composites with the thin interface is 12.1%,less than that with the thick interface(42.0%).The fiber strength also decreases after heat treatment,which may be due to the significant growth ofβ-SiC grains and critical defects.The different heat-stability of the interface with the thin and thick thickness might be related to the inconsistency of the degree of the graphitization of PyC.Compared with the composites with the thick interface,the composites with the thin interface remained higher tensile strength after heat treatment due to the better interface bonding strength.The interface with strong bonding strength could protect the fiber by postponing the decomposition of amorphous phases SiC_(x)O_(y) and hindering the generation of fiber defects.韩笑 于国强 张盛 SHI Jian GAO Xiguang SONG Yingdong WANG Fang 2023Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2023,38,4:1

5Fabricating a hollow cuboctahedral structure for N-doped carbon coated p-n heterojunctions towards high-performance photocatalytic organic transformation显示文摘The application of semiconductors-based photocatalysts in organic transformation has been limited by the low light utilization efficiency and the rapid recombination of photo-induced charge carriers.In this paper,we have successfully fabricated a hollow cuboctahedral nanostructure(CNNCH),which is composed of N-doped carbon layer and CuO/NiO p-n heterojunctions.The hollow structure in CNNCH can effectively favor the light utilization through the multiple light reflection and scattering.The separation of photo-induced charge carriers can be highly improved by the exitence of charge transfer pathways between the p-n heterojunctions and semiconductor/N-doped carbon layer interfaces.Due to the above advantages,hollow cuboctahedral CNNCH as the photocatalyst has behaved high performance towards the photocatalytic cross-dehydrogenative coupling reaction.Hao Gao Liming Sun Mengge Li Wenwen Zhan Xiaojun Wang Xiguang Han 2022Nano Research2022,15,5:0
