1小花棘豆(Oxytropis glabra DC.)内生真菌的培养与鉴定显示文摘小花棘豆(Oxytropis glabra DC.)是内蒙古草原上的重要毒草,实验结合微生物学和分子生物学手段进行了其内生真菌研究。结果表明:体外培养的小花棘豆内生真菌生长缓慢,呈圆形、隆起、边缘整齐、辐射状生长的白色菌落,后菌体分泌黑褐色的色素物质,分生孢子近圆柱形,有粗且比孢子壁厚的暗色横隔膜,隔膜数1-5个。10个菌株的5.8S rDNA/ITS序列与内生真菌Embellisia sp.L12株的序列高度相似。推测该内生真菌属于Embellisia。卢萍 Dennis Child 赵萌莉 Dale R Gardener 吕桂芬 韩国栋 2009生态学报2009,29,1:29
2Antidiabetic therapy and increased risk of hepatocellular carcinoma in chronic liver disease显示文摘AIM:To explore the association between hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and type 2 diabetes mellitus, describe the temporal relations between the onset of diabetes and the development of HCC and evaluate the possible effects of antidiabetic therapy on HCC risk.METHODS:We recruited 465 HCC patients, 618 with cirrhosis and 490 control subjects.We evaluated the odds ratio(OR) for HCC by univariate and multivariate analysis.Moreover, OR for HCC in diabetic subjects treated with insulin or sulphanylureas and with metformin were calculated.RESULTS:The prevalence of diabetes mellitus was 31.2% in HCC, 23.3% in cirrhotic patients and 12.7% in the Control group.By univariate and multivariate analysis, the OR for HCC in diabetic patients were respectively 3.12(CI 2.2-4.4, P < 0.001) and 2.2(CI 1.2-4.4, P = 0.01).In 84.9% of cases, type 2 diabetes mellitus was present before the diagnosis of HCC.Moreover, we report an OR for HCC of 2.99(CI 1.34-6.65, P = 0.007) in diabetic patients treated with insulin or sulphanylureas, and an OR of 0.33(CI 0.1-0.7, P = 0.006) in diabetic patients treated with metformin.CONCLUSION:Our study confi rms that type 2 diabetes mellitus is an independent risk factor for HCC and pre-exists in the majority of HCC patients.Moreover, in male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, our data shows a direct association of HCC with insulin and sulphanylureas treatment and an inverse relationship with metformin therapy.Valter Donadon Massimiliano Balbi Michela Ghersetti Silvia Grazioli Antonio Perciaccante Giovanni Della Valentina Rita Gardenal Maria Dal Mas Pietro Casarin Giorgio Zanette Cesare Miranda 2009World Journal of Gastroenterology2009,15,20:23
3The anti-photooxidation of anthocyanins-rich leaves of a purple rice cultivar显示文摘In the leaf of rice (Oryza sativa L.) cultivar Yunnan purple rice,the anthocyanins with an obvious absorption peak at 530nm were distributed in the cells of upper and lower epidermis,bulliform tissue and bristle. The maximal photosynthetic oxygen evolution rate and chlorophyll content in flag leaves were 28% and 23%,respectively,more than the common green leaf rice cultivar Chijiaoru-anzhan. Higher chlorophyll content is probably one of the physiological adaptations for enhancing light harvesting capacity of the antenna in photosystems in this cyanic leaves species. Upon the photooxidation of leaf segments mediated by methyl viologen in weak light for 3 days,the distinct bleaching of anthocyanins in purple rice was associated with the reduction of scavenging ability to DPPH· free radical ability and the increase in membrane leakage rate. But almost no changes in contents of flavonoids and total phenolics were observed. Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Fv/Fo,qP and φPSⅡ decreased with the increase in NPQ and DES of xanthophylls cycle after photooxidation treatment. Green rice leaves showed more decrease in DPPH· scavenging rate and more increase in cell membrane leakage rate but showed a trace of anthocyanins during photooxidation. It is sug-gested that anthocyanin may be a beneficial and primary antioxidant in sun cyanic rice leaves against oxidative stress induced by environmental adversity. 4Soil respiration in tropical seasonal rain forest in Xishuangbanna, SW China显示文摘With the static opaque chamber and gas chromatography technique, from January 2003 to January 2004 soil respiration was investigated in a tropical seasonal rain forest in Xishuangbanna, SW China. In this study three treatments were applied, each with three replicates: A (bare soil), B (soil+litter), and C (soil+litter+seedling). The results showed that soil respiration varied seasonally, low from December 2003 to February 2004, and high from June to July 2004. The annual average values of CO2 efflux from soil respiration differed among the treatments at 1% level, with the rank of C (14642 mgCO2· m-2. h-1)>B (12807 mgCO2· m-2. h-1)>A (9532 mgCO2· m-2. h-1). Diurnal variation in soil respiration was not apparent due to little diurnal temperate change in Xishuangbanna. There was a parabola relationship between soil respiration and soil moisture at 1% level. Soil respiration rates were higher when soil moisture ranged from 35% to 45%. There was an exponential relationship between soil respiration and soil temperature (at a depth of 5cm in mineral soil) at 1% level. The calculated Q1o values in this study,ranging from 2.03 to 2.36, were very near to those of tropical soil reported. 6Genome size and sequence composition of moso bamboo: A comparative study显示文摘Moso bamboo (Phyllostachys pubescens) is one of the world's most important bamboo species. It has the largest area of all planted bamboo―over two-thirds of the total bamboo forest area―and the highest economic value in China. Moso bamboo is a tetraploid (4x=48) and a special member of the grasses family. Although several genomes have been sequenced or are being sequenced in the grasses family, we know little about the genome of the bambusoids (bamboos). In this study, the moso bamboo genome size was estimated to be about 2034 Mb by flow cytometry (FCM), using maize (cv. B73) and rice (cv. Nipponbare) as internal references. The rice genome has been sequenced and the maize genome is being sequenced. We found that the size of the moso bamboo genome was similar to that of maize but significantly larger than that of rice. To determine whether the bamboo genome had a high proportion of repeat elements, similar to that of the maize genome, approximately 1000 genome survey sequences (GSS) were generated. Sequence analysis showed that the proportion of repeat elements was 23.3% for the bamboo genome, which is significantly lower than that of the maize ge-nome (65.7%). The bamboo repeat elements were mainly Gypsy/DIRS1 and Ty1/Copia LTR retrotrans-posons (14.7%), with a few DNA transposons. However, more genomic sequences are needed to con-firm the above results due to several factors, such as the limitation of our GSS data. This study is the first to investigate sequence composition of the bamboo genome. 9The synthesis of astaxanthin esters,independent of the formation of cysts,highly correlates with the synthesis of fatty acids in Haematococcus pluvialis显示文摘The compositions and contents of astaxanthin esters and fatty acids in four types of Haematococcus pluvialis cells were studied by HPLC and GC-MS. Results showed that the synthesis and accumulation of astaxanthin was independent of the formation of cysts, but was highly correlated with the synthesis and accumulation of fatty acids, though it is an well known phenomenon that the accumulation of astaxanthin is usually accompanied by the formation of cyst. The red cysts contain more than 30% of fatty acids, with 81% of the unsaturated fatty acids. 10Polyphyly of the fern family Tectariaceae sensu Ching:Insights from cpDNA sequence data显示文摘Tectariaceae are a pantropical fern family of about 20 genera, among which 8 are distributed in China. The morphological distinctiveness of the family is widely recognized, yet relatively little systematic research has been conducted on members of Tectariaceae. Phylogenetic analyses of chloroplast DNA sequence data (rbcL and atpB) from 15 species representing all 8 genera in China were carried out under parsimony criteria and Bayesian inference. The phylogenetic reconstructions indicated that the fern family Tectariaceae as traditionally circumscribed are polyphyletic. Ctenitis, Dryopsis, Lastreopsis clustered with and should be included within the newly-defined Dryopteridaceae, and Pleocnemia is also tentatively assigned to it. A narrowly monophyletic Tectariaceae is identified, which includes Ctenitopsis, Hemigramma, Pteridrys, Quercifilix, and Tectaria. In the single rbcL analysis, Arthropteris clustered with the above-mentioned monophyletic Tectariaceae. 13Thermostability of photosynthesis in two new chlorophyll b-less rice mutants显示文摘Leaves of the two new chlorophyll b-less rice mutants VG28-1, VG30-5 and the wild type rice cv. Zhonghua 11 were subjected to temperatures 28, 36, 40, 44 and 48℃ in the dark for 30 min or gradually elevated temperature from 30℃ to 80℃ at 0.5℃/min. The thermostability of photosynthetic apparatus was estimated by the changes in chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, photosynthetic rate and pigment content, chloroplast ultrastructure and tissue location of H2O2 accumulation. There were different patterns of Fo-temperature curves between the Chl b-less mutants and the wild type plant, and the temperature of Fo rising threshold was shifted 3℃ lower in the Chl b-less mutants (48℃) than in the wild type (51℃). At temperature up to about 45℃, chloroplasts were swollen and thylakoid grana became misty accompanied with the complete loss of photosynthetic oxygen evolution in the two Chl b-less mutants, but chloroplast ultrastruc- ture in the wild type showed no obvious alteration. After 55℃ exposure, the disordered thylakoid and significant H2O2 accumulation in leaves were found in the two Chl b-less mutants, whereas in the wild type plant, less H2O2 was accumulated and the swollen thylakoid still maintained a cer- tain extent of stacking. A large extent of the changes in qP, NPQ and Fv/Fm was consistent with the Pn decreasing rate in the Chl b-less mutants during high temperature treatment as compared with the wild type. The results indicated that the Chl b-less mutants showed a tendency for higher thermosensitivity, and loss of Chl b in LHC II could lead to less thermostability of PSII structure and function. 14Energetics and Propagation of Coronal Mass Ejections in Different Plasma Environments显示文摘Based on previous work, we investigate the propagation of CMEs in amore realistic plasma environment than the isothermal atmosphere, and find thatMach number MA for the inflow into the reconnection site has to be at least 0.013in order to give a plausible eruption (compared to MA = 0.005 for the isothermalatmosphere). Taking MA = 0.1, we find that the energy output and the electricfield induced inside the current sheet match the temporal behavior inferred fromthe energetic, long duration, CME-associated X-ray events. The results indicatethat catastrophic loss of equilibrium in the coronal magnetic field provides the mostpromising mechanism for major solar eruptions, and that the more energetic theeruption is, the earlier the associated flare peaks. The variation of the output powerwith the background field strength revealed by our calculations implies the poor cor-relation between slow CMEs and solar flares. This work also further confirms theexplanation we proposed for the peculiar motion of giant X-ray arches and anoma-lous post-flare loops. 15Studies of solar flares and CMEs related to the space solar missions in the future显示文摘Solar eruptions and the related processes involve magnetic fields and plasma flows of various scales in both time and space. These processes include the convective motions of the mass and magnetic field in the photosphere, evolutions of magnetic fields in both the chromosphere and the corona prior to and during the disruption of magnetic fields in response to the photospheric motions. These evolutions constitute a whole process of transporting the magnetic energy and the helicity from the photosphere to the corona, and then to interplanetary space. 16硝酸酯类药物治疗贲门失弛缓症的系统评价显示文摘背景 硝酸酯类药物用于贲门失弛缓症已有较长时间,但其疗效仍有争议。目的 评价硝酸酯类药物对贲门失弛缓病人的短期和长期疗效。检索策略 检索Cochrane对照试验注册资料库(2001年4期),MEDLINE(1966-2001),EMBASE(1980-2001),LILACS——拉丁美洲和加勒比海健康科学文库(1982-2001),和CBM——中国生物医学数据库(1981-2000)、中国循证医学中心手检资料中的随机对照试验。选择标准 各种硝酸酯药物治疗贲门失弛缓症的随机对照试验。资料收集与分析 按意向治疗的原则收集数据,包括症状改善,食管下括约肌压力、压力波振幅、食管排空率、食管滞留率的变化,副作用等。计算以上改变的比值比(OR),预防1例不良事件发生需要治疗的人数(NNT)。主要结果 发现两个随机试验。但两篇报道均为交叉试验,都没有第一次分配后的治疗结果,因此其结果尚不能纳入本评价。目前正与两文作者联系。评价员的结论 现阶段还不能得出对临床实践的建议。评价硝酸酯类药物治疗失弛缓症还需更多的随机对照试验。温忠慧 王一平 Elizabeth Gardener 欧阳钦 2002中国循证医学2002,2,2:3

20Urban niche dynamics of Kaifeng city显示文摘Niche theory is one of the most important ecological theories. It is widely applied to analyzing such phenomena as competition among, and evolution of, urban ecosystem func- tional modules. This paper describes a study concerning different functional modules of Kaifeng city urban ecosystem. Niche theory and techniques were used to analyze the changes of these functional modules in the period 1994–2003. The results showed that, in the period 1994–2003: (1) Niche value of the atmospheric environment and urban virescence modules increased, while niche value of the water environment and sound environment modules decreased; (2) niche value of the tertiary industry module increased, niche value of the secondary industry module decreased, while niche value of the primary industry module showed little change; and (3) niche value of the infrastructure, resource distribution, and production & social security modules increased, while niche value of the population module decreased.
