1基于高光谱图像技术的雪花梨品质无损检测显示文摘为探讨基于高光谱图像技术对雪花梨品质进行无损检测的可行性,研究了利用高光谱图像系统提取雪花梨中糖和水的光谱响应和形态特征参数,获取样品含糖量和含水率的敏感水分吸收光谱带,利用人工神经网络建立雪花梨含糖量和含水率预测模型及利用投影图像面积预测雪花梨鲜重。结果表明,基于高光谱图像技术对雪花梨品质进行无损检测是可行的。雪花梨含糖量预测值和实际值间相关系数R为0.996,误差平均值为0.5°Brix;含水率预测值和实际值间相关系数R为0.94,相对误差平均值为0.62%;鲜重预测值和实际值间相关系数R为0.93。洪添胜 乔军 Ning Wang Michael O. 2急性缺血性卒中静脉阿替普酶溶栓治疗的纳入和排除标准的科学依据美国心脏协会/美国卒中协会对医疗卫生专业人员发布的声明(续前)显示文摘19 颅内出血史 根据最初的 FDA 标签和2013年AHA/ASA指南,颅内出血史是静脉阿替普酶治疗缺血性卒中的一项额外禁忌证或排除标准。最近修订后的标签仅将近期 ICH 列为一项警告,并且在禁忌证中删除了ICH史。与前面讨论的静脉阿替普酶治疗排除标准相似,文献回顾仅在大样本回顾性研究中发现了少量这类病例。缺乏相关数据可能是修订后的FDA 标签不再将 ICH 史作为禁忌证而仅将近期ICH 列为一项警告的原因。在这种情况下,FDA 如何定义“近期”一词尚不清楚。有趣的是,对在静脉阿替普酶治疗前通过 MRI 检测脑微出血( cerebral microbleed, CMBs)存在情况进行的研究可为这个卒中亚组患者提供更多的见解。从病理生理学角度,这种微出血的原因尚不清楚,可能反映再灌注损伤或脑血管自动调节功能破坏。因此,在静脉阿替普酶治疗后出现这些损害可能没有意义或是人为信号。Dawn O. 3蜜瓜和西瓜果汁的射频介电特性及其与糖度的关系显示文摘为了解果汁的介电特性与其主要内部品质——糖度之间的关系,该文利用末端开路的同轴探头和阻抗分析仪测量了10 MHz~1.8 GHz的频率范围内不同成熟度的3个品种密瓜汁和4个品种西瓜汁的介电特性,同时测量了反映果汁糖度的可溶性固形物含量和果肉的含水率,分析了介电特性和糖度间的关系。结果显示:密瓜和西瓜果汁的相对介电常数和介质损耗因数皆随频率的增大单调减小,品种间的差异对介电特性有影响;1.8 GHz下密瓜汁的损耗角正切与糖度有较好的线性关系,其决定系数为0.784,但西瓜汁的介电特性与糖度的相关性较差;密瓜和西瓜果汁的糖度与果肉的含水率有很好的线性相关性,其决定系数分别为0.973和0.906。该研究将为基于介电特性的果汁糖度检测仪的开发提供了研究基础。郭文川 Smart O. 5Microbial Biomass Carbon and Total Organic Carbon of Soils as Affected by Rubber Cultivation显示文摘Soil samples were collected from different rubber fields in twenty-five plots selected randomly in the Experimental Farm of the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agriculture Sciences located in Hainan, China, to analyse the ecological effect of rubber cultivation. The results showed that in the tropical rubber farm,soil microbial biomass C (MBC) and total organic C (TOC) were relatively low in the content but highly correlated with each other. After rubber tapping, soil MBC of mature rubber fields decreased significantly,by 55.5%, compared with immature rubber fields. Soil TOC also decreased but the difference was not significant. Ratios of MBC to TOC decreased significantly. The decreasing trend of MBC stopped at about ten years of rubber cultivation. After this period, soil MBC increased relatively while soil TOC still kept in decreasing. 102002—Emergence of the Gas-to-Liquids Industry:a Review of Global GTL Developments显示文摘This paper reviews the status of the gas-to-liquids (GTL) industry - including currentcommercial plants, announced projects and the technologies that are likely to be implemented in thesefuture projects. Today, only 35,000 B/D of GTL products (0.1% of market) are manufactured fromcommercial gas-based plants. Advances in technology have lowered the cost of plants to the point whereGTL plants can be profitable at crude oil prices of $16/B. The advanced stage of development of severalproposed GTL projects and attractive integrated economics, for both the gas field and plant, show thatGTL can be a significant alternative for monetizing natural gas in the 21st century. 11The first all-season sample set for mapping global land cover with Landsat-8 data显示文摘We report the world's first all-season training and validation sample sets for global land cover classification with Landsat-8 data.Prior to this,such samples were only available at a single date primarily from the growing season.It is unknown how much limitation such a single-date sample has to mapping global land cover in other seasons of the year.To answer this question,we selected available Landsat-8 images from four seasons and collected training and validation samples from them.We compared the performances of training samples in different seasons using Random Forest algorithm.We found that the use of training samples from any individual season would result in the best overall classification accuracy when validated by samples in the same season.The global overall accuracy from combined best seasonal results was 67.2% when classifying the 11 Level-1 classes in the Finer Resolution Observation and Monitoring of Global Land Cover(FROM-GLC) classification system.The use of training samples from all seasons(named all-season training sample set hereafter) produced an overall accuracy of 67.0%.We also tested classification within 10° latitude 60° longitude zones using all-season training subsample within each zone and obtained an overall accuracy of 70.2%.This indicates that properly grouped subsamples in space can help improve classification accuracies.All the results in this study seem to suggest that it is possible to use an all-season training sample set to reach global optimality with universal applicability in classifying images acquired at any time of a year for global land cover mapping.Congcong Li Peng Gong Jie Wang Zhiliang Zhu Gregory S. 15Theoretical analyses and numerical experiments of variational assimilation for one-dimensional ocean temperature model with techniques in inverse problems显示文摘In the present work, the data assimilation problem in meteorology and physical oceanography is re-examined using the variational optimal control approaches in combination with regularization techniques in inverse problem. Here the estimations of the initial condition, boundary condition and model parameters are performed simultaneously in the framework of variational data assimilation. To overcome the difficulty of ill-posedness, especially for the model parameters distributed in space and time, an additional term is added into the cost functional as a stabilized functional.
