| 1 | 华北平原氮肥周年深施对冬小麦-夏玉米轮作体系土壤氨挥发的影响显示文摘氮肥深施能有效减少土壤氨挥发,然而目前国内外关于小麦-玉米轮作体系氮肥深施缺乏周年系统性研究。本试验于2018年10月—2019年10月在中国科学院栾城农业生态系统试验站小麦-玉米轮作农田进行,利用动态箱法研究不同深施模式氨挥发损失率、氨挥发特征,旨在探讨冬小麦-夏玉米轮作体系下土壤氨排放对氮肥深施的响应,为减少农业源氨排放和优化农田施肥提供理论依据。试验设置5个处理:不施肥(CK)、常规肥料表施(T1)、缓释肥表施(T2)、缓释肥基追肥分层深施(T3)、缓释肥一次性分层深施(T4)。结果表明:氨挥发主要发生在玉米追肥季,占全年氨挥发量的84.84%;T1、T2、T3和T4处理的周年氨挥发累积量分别为22.75 kg·hm−2、6.17 kg·hm−2、2.25 kg·hm−2和0.55 kg·hm−2,分别占总施肥量的4.86%、1.32%、0.48%和0.13%。与常规肥料表施(T1)相比,缓释肥处理(T2、T3和T4)分别降低72.88%、90.11%和97.32%的氨挥发损失;一次性深施处理(T4)能避开土壤氨高挥发期,周年氨挥发累积量与不施肥处理(0.43 kg·hm−2)没有显著差异,且显著低于表施处理。CK、T1、T2、T3和T4全年产量分别为8.31 t·hm−2、13.20 t·hm−2、12.66 t·hm−2、14.42 t·hm−2和14.22 t·hm−2;与常规肥料表施(T1)相比,缓释肥深施(T3和T4)均可提高作物产量,分别增产9.25%和7.75%。而缓释肥表施(T2)产量略有降低。综合考虑土壤氨排放和作物产量,缓释肥表施(T2)可以显著降低土壤氨挥发,但是作物产量不稳定;而氮肥深施(T3、T4)能在保证作物高产的基础上显著降低土壤氨排放,是一种高效、简便、环境友好的施肥方式。 | 胡瞒瞒 董文旭 王文岩 Gokul Gaudel Peter Mosongo 胡春胜 | 2020 | 中国生态农业学报(中英文)2020,28,12: | 9 |

| 3 | Potential antioxidant and cytoprotective effects of essential oil extracted from Cymbopogon citratus on OxLDL and H_(2)O_(2) LDL induced Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells(PBMC)显示文摘Cymbopogon citratus(lemon grass)is commonly used in traditional folk medicine.The essential oil extracted from C.citratus has been reported as a potential anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory agent.This study has been designed to explore the protective effect of C.citratus(lemon grass)against modified LDL(OxLDL and H2O2 LDL)induced cytotoxicity in Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells(PBMC).The essential oil extracted from C.citratus(EOC)was subjected to FT-IR spectroscopic analysis for the identification of functional groups.In vitro antioxidant assays were carried out to assess the electron donating capability of EOC as compared with a known standard L-ascorbic acid.The cytoprotective effects of EOC were determined in PBMC induced with modified LDL.Spectra obtained from FT-IR analysis showed the presence of functional groups in EOC such as H-bonded,O-H stretching,N-H stretching,aldehyde-C-H stretching,aldehyde/ketone-C=O stretching,-C=C-stretching,-CH_(3) bending,-C-H in plane bending.EOC has greater antioxidant property when compared with the standard L-ascorbic acid.EOC at all test concentrations demonstrated free radical scavenging activity and cytoprotective effect when challenged against modified LDL in PBMC.The above results show EOC as a promising antioxidant and cytoprotective agent. | S.Jamuna Sakeena Sadullah M.S. | 4 | Analytical approach for the design of convoluted air suspension and experimental validation显示文摘An improved analytical design to investigate the static stiffness of a convoluted air spring is developed and presented in this article.An air spring provides improved ride comfort by achieving variable volume at various strokes of the suspension.An analytical relation is derived to calculate the volume and the rate of change in the volume of the convoluted bellow with respect to various suspension heights.This expression is used in the equation to calculate the variable stiffness of the bellow.The obtained analytical characteristics are validated with a detailed experiment to test the static vertical stiffness of the air spring.The convoluted air bellow is tested in an Avery spring-testing apparatus for various loads.The bellow is modeled in the ABAQUS environment to perform finite element analysis(FEA)to understand and visualize the deflection of the bellow at various elevated internal pressures and external loads.The proposed air spring model is a fiber-reinforced rubber bellow enclosed between two metal plates.The Mooney-Rivlin material model was used to model the hyperelastic rubber material for FEA.From the results,it is observed that the experimental and analytical results match with a minor error of 7.54%.The derived relations and validations would provide design guidance at the developmental stage of air bellows.These expressions would also play a major role in designing an effective active air suspension system by accurately calculating the required stiffness at various loads. | Gokul Prassad Sreenivasan Malar Mohan Keppanan | 2019 | Acta Mechanica Sinica2019,35,5: | 2 |

| 10 | Burkitt's lymphoma of maxillary gingiva: A case report显示文摘Burkitt's lymphoma(BL) is an aggressive form of nonHodgkin's B-cell lymphoma with three variants namely endemic, sporadic, and immunodeficiency-associated types. It is endemic in Africa and sporadic in other parts of the world. While the endemic form is widely reported to occur in early childhood and commonly involves the jaw bones, the sporadic form typically presents as an abdominal mass. This presentation reports a rare case of sporadic form of BL clinically manifesting as a generalized gingival enlargement in an immunocompetent adult male which demonstrated an aggressive behavior. The patient reported with a prominent anterior gingival swelling of 6 mo duration which slowly enlarged in size and associated with multiple lymph node involvement. Microscopic examination of the lesion using H, E and immunohistochemical diagnosis confirmed the diagnosis as BL. The patient succumbed to the disease before any therapy could be instituted.
