1A New Highly-Enantioselective Synthetic Process for Producing (S)-2-Hydroxybutyric Acid Methyl Ester显示文摘(S)-2-aminobutyric acid being initial raw material,(S)-2-hydroxybutyric acid methyl ester was synthesized by means of a three step reaction of hydroxylation, salification and esterification. The product had a yield rate of 60.4%, purity of 99% and ee value higher than 99% by characterization of GC, HPLC and 1H NMR. 2Research of Technique for Synthesizing Carbonyl Diethyl Malonate显示文摘Diethyl malonate being an initial raw material,processed with chlorination-replacement-desalination-vacuum rectification,is used to produce carbonyl diethyl malonate.An experiment for optimization determines that the best reaction condition was:① reaction for 7 h at 10 ℃ with mole-ratio being 2.4︰1 between chloride and raw material(diethyl malonate);② reaction for 4.5 h at 118 ℃ with mole-ratio being 1.2︰1 between the anhydrous sodium acetate and intermediate Ⅰ.The final product carbonyl diethyl malonate recovery ratio reaches up to as high as 79.12% with a purity of 96.4%,which meets the market requirement.This synthesis technique has the advantages of simple process,moderate reaction conditions,high yield and low cost,being suitable for industrial scale production.GUI Houying DONG Liuyu ZHOU Qiuming HU Xinming 2011Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2011,16,3:0
3A New Technique for Synthesis of 2,4-Dichloro-Thieno[3,2-d]Pyrimidine显示文摘3-Amino-2-methoxycarbonylthiophene used as the main raw material,an intermediate(thiofuran siamese) 2,4-dichloro-thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidine was synthesized.The prod-uct was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR).The first step yield was 84%(190 ℃) and the second step yield was 81.4%(105 ℃,m(intermediate):m(phosphorus oxychloride) = 1:6.4).The raw product was refined with a unique refining process,which can enhance the purity up to 99.5% to meet the requirement of condi-tions for the development and research of thiofuran siamese as a new medicine of anticarcinogen.Contrasted with the traditional technique,this process featured with cheap raw materials,possible for solvent recovery and reuse,low comprehensive cost,and suit-able for production on certain scale.DONG Liuyu GUI Houying ZHOU Qiuming HU Xinming GUI Shaoyong 2012Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2012,17,2:0
