| 2 | WONCA研究论文摘要汇编——社区医疗中用药错误存在问题及解决办法的重要性分级:一项基于重要性排列法促进用药安全的研究显示文摘背景用药错误的研究主要集中在医院内。本文旨在研究社区医疗中的用药错误,调查引起用药错误的主要原因并提出相关的解决办法。方法 2013年9月—2014年11月,使用重要性排列法对用药错误存在问题及解决办法进行确定和分级。500位来自伦敦西北部的社区医师参加了开放式问卷调查,回收有效问卷113份,存在问题有48个,相关解决办法有45种。从500位社区医师中随机抽选57位,对存在问题及解决办法进行评分,并根据评分情况,列出用药错误存在问题及解决办法的重要性级别表。结果前3个存在问题是:给患者开药的不同的医生在用药方面的看法不完全一致性,不适当的用药指导以及质量较差的出院总结。前3个解决办法是:设计标准的出院总结模板,减少不必要的处方以及最大限度的减少多药疗法。结论社区医师在用药管理、用药流程质量控制及用药指导方面给出了一系列建议。认为,这些可行的负担得起的干预方式在很大程度上可以预防用药错误的发生。 | TUDOR CAR L PAPACHRISTOU N GALLAGHER J 本刊编辑部 | 2017 | 中国全科医学2017，20，2： | 2 |
