2Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis analysis of the proteomes expressed in the human hepatoma cell line BEL-7404 and normal liver cell line L-02显示文摘Proteome analysis technology has been used extensively in conducting discovery research of biology and has become one of the most essential technologies in functional genomics. The proteomes of the human hepatoma cell line BEL-7404 and the normal human liver cell line L-02 have been separated by high resolution two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE) with immobilized pH gradient isoelectric focusing (IPG-IEF) in the first dimension and sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) in the second dimension (IPG-DALT). The resulting images have been analyzed using 2-D analysis software. Quantitative analysis reveals that 7 protein spots are detected only in hepatoma BEL-7404 cells, 14 only in L-02 cells, and 78 protein spots show significant fluctuation in quantity in both cell lines (P<0.01). These protein spots have been displayed on a proteome differential expression map. 9Sulfonation of Hydroxymethylated Lignin and Its Application显示文摘To valorize kraft lignin,hydroxymethylation and sulfonation were applied on this under-utilized,but vastly available,material.The hydroxymethylation pretreatment was conducted as means to improve the reactivity of lignin.The sulfonation of hydroxymethylated kraft lignin was investigated by sulfuric acid and sodium sulfite treatments under various conditions.The modified lignin samples were characterized for their charge density,solubility,elemental components,and molecular weights.The results showed that the hydroxymethylation facilitated the sulfonation by sodium sulfite,yielding a product(SSH-lignin)with the charge density of-1.2 meq/g and water solubility of 10 g/L under the conditions of Ns_(2)SO_(3)/lignin molar ratio of 0.49 mol/mol,95℃and 3 h.On the other hand,hydroxymethylation hindered the sulfonation of lignin by sulfuric acid,yielding a product(SAH-lignin)with the charge density of–0.46 meq/g and solubility of 0.9 g/L under the conditions of H_(2)SO_(4)/lignin molar ratio of 14.8 mol/mol,80℃and 1 h.The SSH-lignin had a high adsorption on kaolinite(17 mg/g)at a lignin concentration of 40 g/L.The sulfonated lignins were also found to be effective coagulant for the cationic dye ethyl violet.Weijue GAOD John P.W.INWOODD Pedram FATEHI 2019Journal of Bioresources and Bioproducts2019,4,2:0
10Large magnetocaloric effect and magnetoresistance in ErNi single crystal显示文摘The magnetic properties,magnetocaloric effect and magnetoresistance in Er Ni single crystal have been investigated in detail.With decreasing temperature,Er Ni single crystal undergoes two successive magnetic transitions:a paramagnetic to ferromagnetic transition at T_(C)=11 K and a spin-reorientation transition at TS_(R)=5 K.Meanwhile,a sharp field-induced metamagnetic transition is observed below the T_(C)along the a axis.Er Ni single crystal possesses a giant magnetocaloric effect around T_(C).The maximum magnetic entropy change is-36.1 J(kg K)^(-1)along the a axis under the field change of 0-50 k Oe.In particular,the rotating magnetocaloric effect in Er Ni single crystal reaches its maximum under a relatively low field,and the maximum rotating entropy change with a value of 9.3 J(kg K)^(-1)is obtained by rotating the applied field from the[011]to[100]directions under 13 k Oe.These results suggest that Er Ni could be a promising candidate for magnetic refrigeration working at liquid-helium temperature region.Moreover,a complicated transport behavior is uncovered in Er Ni single crystal,which is attributed to the complex magnetic states and magnetic polaronic effect.Both positive and negative magnetoresistance are observed.A considerable large magnetoresistance with the value of-34.5%is acquired at 8 K under50 k Oe when the field is along the[100]direction.Xuanwei Zhao Xianming Zheng Xiaohua Luo Fei Gaod Hai Zeng Guang Yu Sajjad Ur Rehman Changcai Chen Shengcan Ma Weijun Ren Zhenchen Zhong 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,27:0
