1Cancer incidence and mortality in Shandong province,2012显示文摘Objective: Population-based cancer registration data in 2012 from all available cancer registries in Shandong province were collected by Shandong Center for Disease Control and Prevention(SDCDC). SDCDC estimated the numbers of new cancer cases and cancer deaths in Shandong province with compiled cancer incidence and mortality rates.Methods: In 2015, there were 21 cancer registries submitted data of cancer incidence and deaths occurred in 2012. All the data were checked and evaluated based on the National Central Cancer Registry(NCCR) criteria of data quality. Qualified data from 15 registries were used for cancer statistics analysis as provincial estimation. The pooled data were stratified by area(urban/rural), gender, age group(0, 1-4, 5-9, 10-14, …, 85+ years) and cancer type. New cancer cases and deaths were estimated using age-specific rates and corresponding provincial population in 2012. The Chinese census data in 2000 and Segi's population were applied for age-standardized rates. All the rates were expressed per 100,000 person-year.Results: Qualified 15 cancer registries(4 urban and 11 rural registries) covered 17,189,988 populations(7,486,039 in urban and 9,703,949 in rural areas). The percentage of cases morphologically verified(MV%) and death certificate-only cases(DCO%) were 66.12% and 2.93%, respectively, and the mortality to incidence rate ratio(M/I) was 0.60. A total of 253,060 new cancer cases and 157,750 cancer deaths were estimated in Shandong province in 2012. The incidence rate was 263.86/100,000(303.29/100,000 in males, 223.23/100,000 in females), the age-standardized incidence rates by Chinese standard population(ASIRC) and by world standard population(ASIRW) were 192.42/100,000 and 189.50/100,000 with the cumulative incidence rate(0-74 years old) of 22.07%. The cancer incidence, ASIRC and ASIRW in urban areas were 267.64/100,000, 195.27/100,000 and 192.02/100,000 compared to 262.32/100,000, 191.26/100,000 and 188.48/100,000 in rural areas, respectively. The cancer mortality was 164.47/100,000(207.42/100,000 in males, 120.23/100,000 in females), the age-standardized incidence rates by Chinese standard population(ASMRC) and by world standard population(ASMRW) were 117.54/100,000 and 116.90/100,000, and the cumulative mortality rate(0-74 years old) was 13.53%. The cancer mortality, ASMRC and ASMRW were 141.59/100,000, 101.17/100,000 and 100.33/100,000 in urban areas, and 173.79/100,000, 124.20/100,000 and 123.64/100,000 in rural areas, respectively. Cancers of the lung, stomach, liver, esophagus, colorectum, female breast, brain, leukemia, bladder and pancreas were the most common cancers, accounting for about 82.12% of all cancer new cases. Lung cancer, stomach cancer, liver cancer, esophageal cancer, colorectal cancer, female breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, brain tumor, leukemia and lymphoma were the leading causes of cancer death, accounting for about 89.01% of all cancer deaths. The cancer spectrum showed difference between urban and rural, males and females both in incidence and mortality rates.Conclusions: Cancer surveillance information in Shandong province is making great progress with the increasing number of cancer registries, population coverage and the improving data quality. Cancer registration plays a fundamental role in cancer control by providing basic information on population-based cancer incidence, mortality, survival and time trend. 2Comparative study on the interface and mechanical properties of T700/Al and M40/Al composites显示文摘T700/Al and M40/Al composites were fabricated by squeeze casting technology, and their interface and mechanical properties were investi-gated comparatively. The results showed that both of the composites were dense, and the fibers were distributed uniformly in aluminum ma-trix. Aluminum carbide (Al4C3) was observed on the interface of the two carbon fiber-reinforced aluminum (Cf/Al) composites. There was little Al4C3 with a length of 300-500 nm and a width of 30-60 nm in the M40/Al composite, whereas there was a great deal of Al4C3 with a length of 200-400 nm and a width of 100-200 nm in the T700/Al composite, due to a higher graphitization of M40Cf than T700Cf. 3Sponge spicules in phosphorites of the Early Cambrian Gezhongwu Formation,Zhijin,Guizhou显示文摘Phosphorites occurring at the bottom of the Cambrian system contain abundant small shelly fossils,which are the prod-uct of the first episode of life explosion in the Cambrian.It was previously reported that the small shelly fossils are dominated by hy-olithids,olivooids,zhijinitids,conodontomorphs,yubelichitids,camenitids and algae,with minor amounts of sponge fossils.Large amounts of sponge spicules,diverse in form,have been found for the first time in the Gezhongwu Formation phosphorites at Shixing,Zhi-jin County,Guizhou Province,of which such spicules as diaxon-triactins,diaxon-tetractins,pentaxon-pentactins and hexon-hexactins ac-count for30%.These spicules constitute the sponge clastic phosphorites made up of sponge clastics.Meanwhile,it is also expected that the radiation and diversity of sponge animals started as early as in the earliest Early Cambrian.Habit and burying environment of sponge animal are discussed in the paper.YANGRuidong QIANYi ZHANGJie ZHANGWeihua JIANGLijun GAOHui 2004Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2004,14,10:8
4Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 45 vol.%SiC_p/7075Al Composite显示文摘Microstructure and mechanical behavior of high volume content Si Cp/7xxx Al composites have not been explored yet. Therefore, in the present work, 45 vol.% SiC p/7075 Al composite has been prepared by pressure infiltration method. High density dislocations were found around Si C/Al interface in SiC p/7075 Al composite after water-quenching and aging treatment. Fine dispersed nano-η′ phases were observed after the aging treatment. Adverse to other Si Cp/Al composites prepared by the pressure infiltration method,an interface layer was observed between SiC particles and Al matrix. Furthermore, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM) observation indicated that this interface layer was coherent/semicoherent with that of the SiC particles. 45 vol.% SiC p/7075 Al composite demonstrated high tensile strength(630 MPa) and micro-ductility. 5Mechanical Properties of C_f/Mg Composites Fabricated by Pressure Infiltration Method显示文摘The carbon fibers and the woven reinforced magnesium matrix composites were fabricated by pressure infiltration method.Effects of fiber species,fiber arrangement,hybrid particles and environment temperature on microstructures and properties of the composite were studied.Results showed that the mechanical properties at ambient temperature were affected by interfacial reaction.The magnesium matrix composites reinforced with graphite fibers showed higher strength and elastic modulus due to less interfacial reaction.During loading,the fibers were pulled out and the load was transferred through the interfaces,then the fiber bundles were fractured,finally the whole specimen failed.The introduction of hybrid SiC particles during fabrication can improve the mechanical properties of the magnesium matrix composites.Moreover,taking orthogonal carbon fiber woven as reinforcement can modify the anisotropy and reliability of materials.Meihui Songt Gaohui Wu Wenshu Yang Wei Jia Ziyang Xiu Guoqin Chen 2010Journal of Materials Science & Technology2010,26,10:6
6Bryophyte-like Fossil (Parafunaria sinensis) from Early-Middle Cambrian Kaili Formation in Guizhou Province, China显示文摘Abundant well-preserved animal and macroalgal fossils were discovered in the Early-MiddleCambrian Kaili Formation of Taijiang County, Guizhou Province, China, which constitute the Kaili Biota,named as one of the three important Burgess Shale-type faunas. The bryophyte-like fossil (Parafunariasinensis Yang gen. et sp. nov) was discovered in the horizon of occurrence of Macroalgal fossils. The fossilof P. sinensis possesses typical characters of bryophyte, such as whorled leaves, capsule and seta, andcomplex rhizoid or foot. We infer that the bryophyte-like fossil could be the ancestor of bryophyte. 7Effects of traverse speed on weld formation,microstructure and mechanical properties of ZK60 Mg alloy joint by bobbin tool friction stir welding显示文摘ZK60B(Mg-6%Zn-0.6%Zr)alloy joints fabricated by bobbin tool friction stir welding(BTFSW)with various traverse speeds were investigated.The sound joint fabricated by the BTFSW was possible under the appropriate welding parameters.The severe plastic deformation during BTFSW resulted in dispersion and segregation of the Zr-rich particles within the stirred zone(SZ)followed by evolution of a bimodal grain structure with distributed bands of 0.8-1.7μm ultrafine grains and 4.1-7.1μm equiaxed grains.Micro-hardness of SZ is substantially reduced in contrast to that of parent metal(PM)in spite of the finer grain size owing to dissolution of Mg-Zn based precipitates having hardening effects on alpha-Mg matrix.With the decrease in traverse speed,randomization degree of the plasticized metal flow increases,which is evidenced by the randomized arc line pattern at the low traverse speed.Among all defect-free joints,the 200 mm/min joint exhibits the weakest isotropy of texture within SZ and the best tensile properties,which has reduced ultimate tensile strength and yield strength by 5.4% and by 22.2%,respectively,as compared to the PM.The randomized texture hinders the joint fracturing within SZ at low elongation.Therefore,a relatively high elongation of 10.8% was achieved,which corresponded to 72% of the PM value.Gaohui LI Li ZHOU Haifeng ZHANG Sanfeng LUO Ning GUO 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,12:3
8Comparison of seismic effects during deep tunnel excavation with different methods显示文摘The rapid release of strain energy is an important phenomenon leading to seismic events or rock failures during the excavation of deep rock.Through theoretical analysis of strain energy adjustment during blasting and mechanical excavation,and the interpretation of measured seismicity in the Jin-Ping Ⅱ Hydropower Station in China,this paper describes the characteristics of energy partition and induced seismicity corresponding to different energy release rates.The theoretical analysis indicates that part of the strain energy will be drastically released accompanied by violent crushing and fragmentation of rock under blast load,and this process will result in seismic events in addition to blasting vibration.The intensity of the seismicity induced by transient strain energy release highly depends on the unloading rate of in-situ stress.For mechanical excavation,the strain energy,which is mainly dissipated in the deformation of surrounding rock,releases smoothly,and almost no seismic events are produced in this gradual process.Field test reveals that the seismic energy transformed from the rock strain energy under high stress condition is roughly equal to that coming from explosive energy,and the two kinds of vibrations superimpose together to form the total blasting excavation-induced seismicity.In addition,the most intense seismicity is induced by the cut blasting delay; this delay contributes 50% of the total seismic energy released in a blast event.For mechanical excavation,the seismic energy of induced vibration(mainly the low intensity acoustic emission events or mechanical loading impacts),which accounts only for 1.5‰ of that caused by in-situ stress transient releasing,can be ignored in assessing the dynamic response of surrounding rock.Xie Liangtao Yan Peng Lu Wenbo Chen Ming Wang Gaohui 2018Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2018,17,3:3

10Microstructure and Tensile Properties of Yttria Coated-Alumina Particulates Reinforced Aluminum Matrix Composites显示文摘The liquid-phase coating method was used to deposit Y2O3 ceramic on the surface of α-Al2O3. The coatedAl2O3p/6061Al composites were produced using squeeze casting technology. The microstructure and tensile properties of the composites were analysed and studied. The results showed that the coated Al2O3 particles are able to disperse homogeneously in the aluminum liquid. The microstructure of the composites is more even in comparison with that of as-received powders. The tensile testing indicated that mechanical properties of the coated-Al2O3p/6061Alcomposites are better than those of uncoated particles. In the composite with 30% volume fraction, the tensile strength, yield strength as well as elongation is increased by 29.8%, 38.4% and 10.3%, respectively. 11Reaction procedure of a graphite fiber reinforced Ti-Al composite produced by squeeze casting-in situ reaction显示文摘The in situ reaction procedure and microstructure evolution of a graphite fiber reinforced Ti-Al composite (Grf/Ti-Al) was investigated, and the stability of TiAl3 at high temperature was discussed. As-cast material was prepared by pressing molten pure aluminum into a preform, which was composed of titanium particles and graphite fibers. The in situ reaction procedure of the as-cast material was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and phases in the products were detected by X-ray diffraction (XRD). Experimental results showed that TiAl3 was formed first. With an increase in temperature, TiC and Al4C3 were observed, but TiAl3 decreased. In the final product, Al2O3 and TiO2 were observed. 13Study on the Thermal Expansion and Thermal Cycling of AlNp/Al Composites显示文摘The AIN particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites with 50% volume fraction were fabricated by squeeze-casting technology. The thermal expansion behavior and its response to thermal cycling were studied between 20℃ and 400℃. Compared with four theoretical models, the measured CTEs of the composite lie within the elastic bounds derived by Schapery's analysis. Schapery's model and Kerner's model agree well with the CTEs of the composites at lower temperature and elevated temperature, respectively. Strain hysteresis was observed between heating and cooling curves during cycling. 14Damping properties of fly ash/epoxy composites显示文摘An inexpensive fly ash (FA), which is from a waste product, was employed to prepare fly ash/epoxy composites. The purpose of this study is to characterize the contributions of matrix viscoelasticity, hollow structure characteristic (porosity), and filler/matrix interface friction to the high vibration damping capacity of such composites. The damping properties of the composites were investigated in the temperature range of -40 to 150°C and in the frequency range of 10 to 800 Hz by using a tension-compression mode. The results indicate that the peak value of damping loss factor (tanδ) for the fly ash/epoxy composites can reach 0.70-0.90 in test specification, and the attenuation of damping loss factor is inconspicuous with increasing frequency. 15Microstructure and Properties of M40 Carbon Fibre Reinforced Mg-Re-Zr Alloy Composites显示文摘M40 carbon fibre reinforced rare earth magnesium alloy ZM6 composites with fibre volume fraction about 60% were fabricated by pressure infiltration method. The microstructure, interfacial morphology, and precipitation were studied by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer. It was shown that the interfaces between Mg alloy and fibres were well bonded and free from cracks. The Mg12Nd phase was preferentially precipitated at the fibre/matrix interfaces, leading to the segregation of Nd at the interfaces and the dramatic decrease of Mg12Nd precipitation in the matrix far from interfaces. Crystal defects such as high-density dislocations and twins were observed in the matrix near the fibre/matrix interface. 17Fabrication of in situ Ti_2AlN/TiAl Composites by Reaction Hot Pressing and Their Properties显示文摘Ti2AlN/TiAl composites with different volume fractions of reinforcement were successfully fabricated by hot-pressing sintering method(reaction hot pressing) using Ti, Al and TiN powders as starting materials. The synthesis process includes four stages: first, the reactions between Al and Ti powers and between Al and TiN powders respectively occur and result in TiAl3 phase; secondly, Al powders in the sample are exhausted; the remaining Ti cores react with TiAl3 layer to form Ti-Al intermetallics; moreover, a few Ti2AlN particles precipitate from the TiAl3 phase; thirdly, Ti-Al intermetallics react with the remaining Ti cores to form Ti3Al and TiAl phases. TiAl phase and original TiN powers are in direct contact each other; finally, the residual TiN powers react with TiAl phase and result in a plenty of Ti2AlN phase.
