8非离子表面活性剂对丙酮丁醇梭菌发酵的影响显示文摘环境保护意识的增强和化石燃料的日益枯竭,促进了生物质能源的开发。为了解决生物丁醇燃料工业化发酵底物成本高而丁醇产量较低的问题,今探讨影响丙酮丁醇梭菌发酵产丙酮-丁醇-乙醇(ABE)溶剂的促进剂。以生物质木质纤维素的水解产物作为丙酮丁醇梭菌的发酵底物,利用非离子型表面活性剂Tween-80和聚乙二醇(PEG)6000作为丙酮丁醇梭菌的发酵促进剂。结果表明,添加Tween-80和PEG6000,降低了丙酮丁醇梭菌的比生长速率和菌体最大质量浓度,提高了发酵产物ABE的产量,从而为发酵法提高生物丁醇产量提供基础参数,也为利用木质纤维素的水解液发酵生产生物丁醇提供了基本依据。Menledy Gbor Jr.Edwin 沙如意 张徐 方吉雷 2016浙江科技学院学报2016,28,3:1
